Eden Hall Farm is a venue welcoming weddings in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. Founded upon green principals, the hall is an ideal choice of eco-conscious couples exchanging vows. Part of the Chatham University, it is the worlds first campus designed with the goal of total sustainability. Forward-thinking, innovative, and at one with the natural world, it is a stunning location in which to begin a life together.
Facilities and Capacity
Eden Hall Farm is a campus that boldly declares the future to be green. Spanning across 388 acres of rolling fields broken by dense thickets of woodland, it offers stunning vistas as far as the eye can see. The campus makes great use of its natural resources, relying on solar energy and water collected via rain gardens. Much space is devoted to agricultural use, allowing students to develop a relationship with the land and provide the venue’s eateries with locally grown produce. It is said that Eden Hall was built “from below the ground up” and such care and forethought are evident throughout. Couples can celebrate a green wedding, exchanging vows in one of many outdoor venues such as the amphitheater or amongst the trees of the orchard. Receptions for up to 100 guests can be held in the Barazzone Center with its floor-to-ceiling windows bathing the party in natural light. The property’s most beautiful venue is, however, its gambrel-style barn whose characterful facade has stood for generations. Extremely spacious, its rafters reach high above the party below. An ideal space for a wedding celebration full of pastoral charm and can welcome up to 190 guests.
Services Offered
The staff of Eden Hall Farm is proud to welcome weddings to the venue and can assist couples in making sure their day runs smoothly. They can offer catering services that use only ingredients sourced using sustainable agricultural methods on the campus own organic farm. The management is happy to help couples organize their event, and can assist with its setup and cleanup. They can also provide access to a number of event rentals, including audiovisual equipment, a tent, and furniture.
