We were referred to Jackie by our venue (the Vinoy) for a 300 person three-day Indian wedding. Right away, we were so impressed by Jackie's easy communication style, knowledge/industry contacts and her calm but confident "you can do this!" attitude. Throughout the process, Jackie made herself available at all hours (we live on the west coast so we’re on different time zones) and helped us to navigate decisions with many involved family members. She was always up to help us with special requests (i.e., where can we find a pedicab for the groom to enter on) and gave us her honest/blunt take when we needed to hear it. It was clear from our other vendors that Jackie is a force to be reckoned with in the Tampa Bay wedding industry and will always go to bat for her clients. She helped keep me, my fiancé and my mom calm throughout and was a critical part of our wedding planning team. Our big fat Indian wedding went off without a hitch and we have Jackie to thank for it. We love you, Jackie and thank you for everything!!

The Enchanted Weddings team is wonderful! Christine has helpful tools to keep you organized and ahead of the game when planning your dream wedding. We appreciated how quickly she got back to us with questions via email and that she regularly scheduled phone calls to keep everything on track. It is also very nice that she has an inventory of wedding decorations available to use on your special day. We chose her partial coordination services and think that was an amazing value! Wedding coordinators can be expensive but Christine has extremely reasonable prices considering all of her tools, vendor recommendations, decorations available to use, and all of the work her team did on our big day. She also supports and has great relationships with local vendors, which shows how well versed she is in the Tampa wedding business. I mentioned that I was working with her team on the phone with some of our vendors and got such a happy response and so much praise for her work! We were a little nervous that Christine was already booked for our wedding day, and we’d have one of her other team members as our day-of coordinator instead, but not to worry! Lanae was so organized, sweet, professional, and made sure our wedding day turned out exactly as we had dreamed! We hadn’t met her prior, but she knew every little detail and really knocked it out of the park! She went out of her way to take some extra photos for us, both on phones and on our Polaroid camera. And she even made a plate with all of the appetizers we served at cocktail hour to ensure we got to taste them, too! Our wedding day was truly a dream come true and we are so appreciative of all the hard work these ladies put in to make it such a big success! We would 10/10 recommend their services!

The Lemon Drops team was absolutely FANTASTIC! We hired them early on for our wedding at the Florida Aquarium due to their experience in the venue with decor. They provided our florals, ceiling drapery and lighting, aisle decor, centerpieces, etc. We then added on their coordination package as well to keep things all in one place. The team was AMAZING! They kept everything on a schedule, helped everything run smoothly, delivered the florals to our hotel and the venue, and never asked me a single question day of because they had it covered! Their services took any stress out, and allowed us to focus on the enjoying our perfect day.

Tatyana went above and beyond for my recent wedding 1/2024!! Truly could not ask for more in a planner and day of coordinator. She definitely worked super hard for us and it showed - our wedding day was perfect and I had no stress. She helped piece together my vision and made sure I never forgot anything and that I enjoyed the process. Seriously just book her she is a pleasure to work with!!!!

I first saw Pauline Lemon in action at a wedding in 2010. I witnessed her remove the upset bride to a private space and return with the same bride, happy and smiling just moments later. I remember her being background except for that moment. When I became engaged, I had already hired her in my mind. Even though she knew she was our choice, our first meeting was professional and Pauline took every care as though our minds were not made up. She presented what she would offer, many lovely samples and helped us dream a bit for aspects of our wedding we had not yet considered. Pauline singlehandedly located a linen provider for us when ours fell through, literally, the week of the wedding. I have a food allergy and when my family was being pushy she placed herself in front of me and instructed that they would only talk with her regarding food, and apologized for any stress they caused me. That was the last I heard of food until it was placed in front of us, exactly as we asked. She is a fierce defender of 'what the bride wants' and I loved that she included my fiance throughout. She even reviewed our photographer contract...and provided feedback to the photographer to help firm up her contract wording. The day before and day of, her and her team were a well oiled machine. They asked for everything they needed well in advance and handled all communication with the other vendors as time got closer. Our wedding day was magnificent. There was not one iota out of place. She captured our vision and DELIVERED. My husband and I were continually pleased with her services. Pauline guided the ceremony and there were no interruptions. She placed herself firmly in my sight during the entire reception and all I needed to do was make eye contact with her if I needed a break. Otherwise, her and her team were invisible. If there are fires the week of our wedding, they were put out without a whiff of smoke. Our wedding was absolutely done in Excellence.

Matt and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Samantha and You Said Yes! Wedding and Events. Samantha and her team were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. It's because of Samantha and You Said Yes! Wedding and Events that made our wedding day so perfect! A couple months out we didn't even have a florist, music, transportation, photographer... and Samantha and You Said Yes! Wedding and Events were there to save the day! We were able to get a move on with vendor decisions and we knew we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, we didn't even have one worry, because I knew Samantha and her team would have everything taken care of and they did! We received wonderful feedback from family and friends on how lovely, professional, and creative the ceremony and reception were. Most importantly, Samantha & You Said Yes! Wedding and Events made us feel apart of their family, and made sure we were taken care of. We have already recommended You Said Yes! Trudy was a godsend!!! She knew exactly when and where everyone and everything needed to be at the most crucial moments. She was on top of the day at all times. My daughter ‘s wedding would not have run as smoothly as it did if it wasn’t for Trudy. I highly recommend her and am so glad we found her.

Our wedding day was made perfect because of Amor Event Planning. We had a vision of what we wanted our perfect day to look, feel and be like and Cherrie and her team made it come true. We gave her our ideas and she brought them into reality. The best thing about having Amor Event Planning help you, is they make sure that everything is handled, so that you dont have to worry about anything days leading up to the wedding. Everything was perfect on our special day and we really could not have pulled it off without Cherrie and her team. My Wife and I could not have asked for a more polite, sincere, accomodating and professional planner. We actually consider Cherrie and her teammates friends and were glad we chose them and recommend them to anyone wanting a professional touch to any event!

This review is long overdue, but Jen was absolutely INCREDIBLE! As an out-of-state bride, I was nervous about planning a wedding from afar, but Jen handled everything flawlessly. Finding someone reliable seemed daunting, but from our very first phone call, Jen put me completely at ease. She was incredibly responsive, even with the time difference, and stayed on top of every detail. Jen truly is the best—you can’t go wrong with her!
