Nancy was an incredible wedding day coordinator. For months before the wedding, she always answered our questions in a punctual manner and offered helpful tips. On the wedding day, Nancy collaborated well with all of our vendors and ensured that the wedding went smoothly. Our wedding day could not have been as magical without all of Nancy's help!

Nancy is very warm, inviting, and truly cared about our special day. She made sure that we were happy, not stressed and executed the day without a hitch. Weddings are fun but can be very stressful. Working with Nancy was incredible from the first email she sent me through my entire wedding. Nancy made me feel at ease throughout the planning process and made it so I could be completely relaxed on my wedding day, knowing the day would run smoothly thanks to her. Her documents during the planning process were so helpful and she was always there if I had any questions, big or random/small. The weather showed rain for my completely outside wedding and Nancy made me feel at ease and prepped for whatever the weather had in store by sending an entire floor & game plan B. I entrusted Nancy’s team to decorate my venue and everything turned out beautifully! They were on top of every detail and truly helped my wedding be the happiest day of my life. Reflecting on our wedding day and the important role Nancy played throughout. The week leading up to the wedding I was an actual mess. The stress of final details and coordination of vendors made me lose sleep- until Nancy reassured me and took over communication/organization. Nancy was a major advocate for my husband and I relaying her immense knowledge and experience to ensure our wedding would play out efficiently. On the actual wedding day Nancy and her assistant Debbie made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. All of our needs were attended to including- running to get my lipstick all night, talking me through potentially getting sick right before the ceremony (haha) and always making sure I had a drink in my hand! THANK YOU for all you ladies do & truly loving love.

Nancy Cotto is a fairy-god-mother who works with a team of angels. I cannot recommend she & her team enough, they are MAGICAL. They made all of mine and my husband’s dreams come true and gave us a fairytale wedding better than we could’ve ever hoped. Her services were recommended to us by our venue, the St. Pete Museum of Fine Art, where Nancy used to work. Nancy has earned quite a glowing reputation in the Tampa/St. Pete area and every one of our vendors knew her name and/or had worked with her many times in the past & had nothing but golden shining reviews to share with us. So from the start we were excited to be meeting with her, but after our first conversation with Nancy, there was no hiring anyone else. Nancy is the warmest, most kind-hearted, and calming person I’ve ever met. Her enthusiasm and passion can be felt in her every word and her charm made my husband and I feel instantly sure we were going to be in the best hands in her care. And boy oh boy, we couldn’t have dreamt up a better experience. Nancy provides the most insanely comprehensive service. Our every need or desire was taken care of before we could even ask. My husband, our families, our friends, our bridal and groomsmen parties, and myself were waited on hand and foot. The doting and pampering felt like something out of a movie. Brittany, who was the angel with me every step of the way on my wedding day, could not have been more kind, caring, attentive, supportive, generous, selfless, conscientious, or more perfect in anyway. My every need was handled before I could even ask for it. Brittany hustled ALL day and night to make sure neither my husband or myself would go without something we wanted. At one point, I had forgotten my change of shoes for the reception up in my bridal suite & Brittany ran faster than I’ve ever seen someone move to get upstairs, find my shoes, and run them back down to me before I could even notice she was gone… but she went even further to crawl under my sweetheart table, take my heels off, and slip my flats onto my feet FOR ME, so I could have more time to eat! Each time I would step off the dance floor, my drink of choice was freshly served and waiting for me on my sweetheart table, or Brittany would be waiting to hand me a water or whatever else I ever needed. It’s like she was reading my mind & anticipating my every need. And when my horrible florist dropped the ball & didn’t deliver what was promised, Brittany with her magic somehow got the perfect flowers & decorated the cake as it was supposed to be done, without even really being given any direction and without anyone noticing. As soon as I mentioned the florist’s failure, without even a moment of hesitation or thought about how to solve a problem she had no part in, Brittany had it handled. I could go on and on forever about how much I love and appreciate Brittany and Nancy’s whole crew. I feel so lucky that we got to work with Nancy & Brittany & the whole team. Nancy and her band of angels go so far above and beyond the typical duties of “month-of coordinator”. They are selfless, heavily experienced professionals. It’s no wonder Nancy has earned such a perfect reputation. When we hired Nancy, we hoped for a great wedding, but what we got was something out of a movie, a true dream come true. We feel so fortunate to know Nancy, Brittany, and all the angels they surrounds themselves with. We hope to stay in touch with them for the rest of our lives❤️

If you are debating about getting a wedding planner, don’t! If you’re worried about one that fits your wants and needs LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Nancy and her team go above and beyond expectations in ways that I didn’t think were possible! I was initially worried about planning because I am in physician assistant school and was crazy and decided to plan a wedding in the middle of it. However, once I met Nancy everything was a breeze and wedding planning was something I looked forward to. Once the big day came around, Nancy and her team were able to take my husband and I’s vision and turn it into something I couldn’t even believe. She ensured that all we needed to do was just show up and every detail was perfect and accounted for. I don’t have enough words to praise the job that was done so I’ll leave it with this: during the wedding my husband and I were constantly asked how it was that we were so calm and enjoying ourselves and i simply would reply, “go and ask my wedding planner!”
