Fairy Wedding Planner
As a bride who worries about every detail, Nancy was the perfect fit! Her calm, professional demeanor and years of experience put me at ease from the start. She assured me she could handle everything—and she absolutely delivered.
The Cotto team executed my vision flawlessly and kept everything on track. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process. We got married at the MFA in St. Pete and Nancy's extensive knowledge of the space and vendors was so valuable. She was able to answer every question we had and SO quickly! I don't know what we would have done without her on wedding day! Thank you! -

Amazingly perfect
I don't even know where to begin in showing my gratitude for Nancy and her team. Nancy made sure everything at our wedding went perfectly. She calmed my nerves and reassured me that everything was going to go smoothly. She kept in contact with me the entire time, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I literally could not have had such a wonderful wedding if it wasn't for Nancy Cotto Events. She knew everything I wanted, and with her experience, gave me tips and advice on so many things that I had no idea on what to do. If you use Nancy and her team, you WILL NOT be sorry!! Thank you so much Nancy for helping in making this day the best day of my life. -

Nancy Cotto is a fairy-god-mother who works with a team of angels. I cannot recommend she & her team enough, they are MAGICAL. They made all of mine and my husband’s dreams come true and gave us a fairytale wedding better than we could’ve ever hoped. Her services were recommended to us by our venue, the St. Pete Museum of Fine Art, where Nancy used to work. Nancy has earned quite a glowing reputation in the Tampa/St. Pete area and every one of our vendors knew her name and/or had worked with her many times in the past & had nothing but golden shining reviews to share with us. So from the start we were excited to be meeting with her, but after our first conversation with Nancy, there was no hiring anyone else. Nancy is the warmest, most kind-hearted, and calming person I’ve ever met. Her enthusiasm and passion can be felt in her every word and her charm made my husband and I feel instantly sure we were going to be in the best hands in her care. And boy oh boy, we couldn’t have dreamt up a better experience. Nancy provides the most insanely comprehensive service. Our every need or desire was taken care of before we could even ask. My husband, our families, our friends, our bridal and groomsmen parties, and myself were waited on hand and foot. The doting and pampering felt like something out of a movie. Brittany, who was the angel with me every step of the way on my wedding day, could not have been more kind, caring, attentive, supportive, generous, selfless, conscientious, or more perfect in anyway. My every need was handled before I could even ask for it. Brittany hustled ALL day and night to make sure neither my husband or myself would go without something we wanted. At one point, I had forgotten my change of shoes for the reception up in my bridal suite & Brittany ran faster than I’ve ever seen someone move to get upstairs, find my shoes, and run them back down to me before I could even notice she was gone… but she went even further to crawl under my sweetheart table, take my heels off, and slip my flats onto my feet FOR ME, so I could have more time to eat! Each time I would step off the dance floor, my drink of choice was freshly served and waiting for me on my sweetheart table, or Brittany would be waiting to hand me a water or whatever else I ever needed. It’s like she was reading my mind & anticipating my every need. And when my horrible florist dropped the ball & didn’t deliver what was promised, Brittany with her magic somehow got the perfect flowers & decorated the cake as it was supposed to be done, without even really being given any direction and without anyone noticing. As soon as I mentioned the florist’s failure, without even a moment of hesitation or thought about how to solve a problem she had no part in, Brittany had it handled. I could go on and on forever about how much I love and appreciate Brittany and Nancy’s whole crew. I feel so lucky that we got to work with Nancy & Brittany & the whole team. Nancy and her band of angels go so far above and beyond the typical duties of “month-of coordinator”. They are selfless, heavily experienced professionals. It’s no wonder Nancy has earned such a perfect reputation. When we hired Nancy, we hoped for a great wedding, but what we got was something out of a movie, a true dream come true. We feel so fortunate to know Nancy, Brittany, and all the angels they surrounds themselves with. We hope to stay in touch with them for the rest of our lives❤️ -

The best in the business!!
If you are debating about getting a wedding planner, don’t! If you’re worried about one that fits your wants and needs LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Nancy and her team go above and beyond expectations in ways that I didn’t think were possible! I was initially worried about planning because I am in physician assistant school and was crazy and decided to plan a wedding in the middle of it. However, once I met Nancy everything was a breeze and wedding planning was something I looked forward to. Once the big day came around, Nancy and her team were able to take my husband and I’s vision and turn it into something I couldn’t even believe. She ensured that all we needed to do was just show up and every detail was perfect and accounted for. I don’t have enough words to praise the job that was done so I’ll leave it with this: during the wedding my husband and I were constantly asked how it was that we were so calm and enjoying ourselves and i simply would reply, “go and ask my wedding planner!” -

Nancy Cotto is so amazing I struggle with where to begin. Nancy is a perfectionist with years of wedding planning experience. She couples that with a huge heart and a passion for making your day the perfect day. She has a special relationship with every vendor. Every time I spoke to one, I got the same response. "Oh, you're working with Nancy?! She's amazing!" They were right. She gave us wise counsel on everything from our amazing band (Brett Foreman Band) to how we should display table numbers and everything in between. She's responsive, kind and a direct coach when you need one. Our day was a perfect celebration of joy and love that we'll remember for a lifetime. Nancy was a huge part of that and we'll forever be grateful to have worked with her. If you're looking for an amazing planner or day of coordinator, don't hesitate. She's the best! Thank you Nancy! -

We first started planning our 4/22/22 wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts in 2019 and Nancy was with us every step of the way. We used her as our day-of coordinator and she and her assistant were incredible. If there were any issues the day-of Nancy must've taken care of it because I didn't notice. As a couple that was affected by the pandemic we are incredibly appreciative of Nancy's kindness, professionalism, and flexibility. She is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the local wedding industry and her expertise is invaluable. Thank you Nancy!!!!!! -

Nancy was an absolute dream to work with. Not only is she incredibly sweet and kind, but she is honest and very professional. We worked with her remotely up until our rehearsal.
Being from out of town, we put all of our trust into Nancy. We went with all of her recommendations and were blown away as an end result!
The whole process was seamless. Especially on the big day. Nancy and her team took charge and took care of everything. To be honest, I’m not sure if any hiccups happened during the evening- it they did she took care of it before I could even notice.
Nancy is very passionate about what she does and it is reflected in her work. This is a day that people look forward to and will remember forever. She will work hard to make sure it is perfect for you.

Nancy was a joy to work with. She was there for us for over two years of planning and postponements, always quick to respond to my many questions, full of creative ideas and so supportive. She is a true professional, her knowledge and expertise were pivotal during our planning process and on the day of. When we finally got to have our big reception with all of our family and friends Nancy and her team took care of everything, she offered total peace of mind to us and made sure I was able to fully enjoy the night with no worries. Nancy went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing and we are so happy we were able to work with her. -

Made my wedding dreams come true!
We had Nancy as the Day of Coordinator for our wedding and she is amazing! Throughout the entire planning process (even a covid postponement), she was there for us and always provided quick responses to all of my questions. She had so many great ideas for little details that made our wedding day feel even more special. She walked us through our rehearsal when our officiant wasn't there and dealt with all of our nervous and annoying questions without ever losing her smile. On the day of our wedding, I had absolutely no worries because I knew Nancy had everything handled. Our day was perfect and everything went so smoothly thanks to Nancy! -

Nancy is a one of a kind wedding planner!
Nancy is one of the most down to earth, real people that I've ever met. She helped my wife and I feel comfortable from day 1. I loved that she had so much experience and gave us great advice, but also recognized that it was our day and let us take the reins with what we wanted to do. She helped us create a team of incredible vendors based off of her recommendations who were both affordable and of the highest quality. On the day of she kept everything moving smoothly and we still have guests to this day who say that it was the best wedding they've ever been to and its been four years since we got married! She helped everything feel seamless and I felt that she had our backs 150%. Whether it was helping me change into flats right before I walked down the aisle or making sure we cut the cake on time, Nancy was on it. I can't recommend Nancy highly enough. She was truly incredible and helped us have one of the best days of our lives. -

2 years and 3 plans later and here we are writing a review for a person in a box that could not possibly contain of the amount of praise that Nancy Cotto deserves. Amid all of the challenges we’ve faced to get our day done and all of the speculation of what kind of event that it would be, Nancy tied all the pieces together into the most beautiful evening that we could have asked for. Nancy is the bow to the knot you are tying and absolutely will not disappoint you on your special day. We recommend Nancy Cotto Events to everyone for any occasion! -

Nancy was amazing! From our first consultation, Nancy was very responsive and helped make the entire planning process smooth and easy. On the day of, she helped set up all of the tables, which ended up looking beautiful. She also helped organize the procession line and everything went off without a hitch! We didn't have to worry or stress about anything. I highly recommend Nancy! -

We are just so happy that we went through Nancy Cotto Events and chose Staci as our wedding planner! I'm a teacher and didn't have a lot of extra time to figure out everything that needed to be done for our big day. My husband and I really had no clue where to even start. Staci made the entire process SO much easier and not to mention fun :) She was there for us EVERY time that we had a question and met with us countless times to go over details, deadlines and concerns. She helped recommend and contact vendors for us, tasted wedding cakes and food choices with us, created a timeline, made sure that everything was set up correctly the day of, passed out our tips to our vendors and SO much more. My husband and I had a picture in our minds of what we wanted our wedding to look like, and we were just blown away by how perfectly Staci brought our vision to life. We were able to breathe easy and really enjoy our day knowing that she had everything under control. She is super friendly, kind, patient and organized, and was quite simply a dream wedding planner who was always two steps ahead. She always seemed to know what we needed, right down to anticipating that the groom would be hungry for a quick snack in the middle of our pictures ;) If you're looking for help in any form, I simply cannot recommend Staci enough! -

My husband and I live in NYC and got married in St. Pete, FL. Planning a wedding long distance is challenging, but Nancy was amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive to any questions, emails, calls etc. and walked us through the process every step of the way. I cannot praise her enough! -
