Tatyana was INCREDIBLE!! If you are just starting to look for wedding planners - pick Vibrant Hues Events! We found her online and could not have been more fortunate to have had her company plan our wedding!
She answered us quickly and was willing to work with our schedules for meeting up and talking about all of our ideas and worries! What makes her so amazing is her attention to detail and to YOU. When we were planning out seating arrangements, she was able to bring forward ideas and points we never even considered that really helped with the logistics of everything. On top of all of that - not only is she able to bring your visions to life, her personal touch in setting up decor is GORGEOUS and she was able to improve the visions we had for our special day and make them a reality. We gave her our budget and she was able to make our dreams come true with it!
We also had a little monsoon right before our outdoor reception and she was able to not only save all of the decor and table settings, but redirect and create a whole new schedule and arrangement on the spot for the rest of the evening! She really saved our reception and made the entire day stress free! 1000 out of 10, please go with vibrant hues events!! Tatyana went above and beyond our expectations!!

Tatyana went above and beyond for my recent wedding 1/2024!! Truly could not ask for more in a planner and day of coordinator. She definitely worked super hard for us and it showed - our wedding day was perfect and I had no stress. Tatyana Hughes is amazing wedding planner! She's very calm, collected, and friendly person who will focus on making sure to meet your needs for your wedding.

Very budget conscience and quick to point out alternatives for better deals. Has many connections to vendors for some really great deals and additions from those vendors. Worked with us to get many of the details pinned and finished way before their due date as to not get overwhelmed. Kept us in the loop for everything and has strong communication skills with the vendors to make sure that we're making everything work.

The ceremony was perfectly executed and will be one of the best memories both my wife and I will have (the husband is writing this haha).

To bring this review a bit down to Earth, there were just a few snags here and there for the reception but were managed well enough to not impact the entirety of the day. Plus, the reception is a party in the grand scheme of things, parties always have their issues. The biggest part of the event and the part that was the most important was the ceremony, which was perfect.

Overall, it was worth the investment to have Tatyana help us create and fully enact our wedding day!

We had the best experience with Tatyana. Our journey began late 2020 when we discussed our 2022 dream wedding, in a beautiful garden setting. Tatyana was excellent at finding wedding vendors that fit our needs for our brunch themed wedding. She also made sure to keep frequent communication with us, which was especially important when we later moved eight hours away from the planned venue. The couple weeks leading to our wedding date, Tatyana went above and beyond ensuring we would have a great wedding day. Our wedding was everything we wanted and we couldn't have done it without Tatyana.

Tatyana was the best! She was there guiding me from beginning to end! She made my fair themed winter wedding a huge success, being that I am in the military and live out of state she made the impossible possible! I couldn’t have done it without her!

We had just moved to the area from Orlando and wanted to find an up and coming business with fresh ideas that could build toward our unique and artsy vision. I found her listing in the Tampa Greenbook. Our wedding was not your cookie cutter sit down dinner. We had amazing tapas, a live band, a lounge setting, and splashy colors - Tatyana found all the local vendors and spoon fed us what was needed so that we didn't get overwhelmed. Once I figured out I could reach out any time things really started to flow. She has a calm attitude and if anything went wrong, I sure didn't know about it. I feel like I've made a friend for life and I wish her business well.

She will take complete control when it comes to contacting vendors and get you into contact with the right people for your special day. Looking back on our day, there’s nothing we had to worry about besides showing up. She made sure all the nervousness and stress was eliminated so we were able to just soak it all in. Tatyana was amazing! No matter what we needed help with or questions we needed answered, she was always here for us. She is very calm and collected and knew exactly what she was doing. All of my bridal party loved working with her and she was very good at guiding us where we needed to be. Our vendors were very pleased with how organized Tatyana was.
