I first saw Pauline Lemon in action at a wedding in 2010. I witnessed her remove the upset bride to a private space and return with the same bride, happy and smiling just moments later. I remember her being background except for that moment. When I became engaged, I had already hired her in my mind. Even though she knew she was our choice, our first meeting was professional and Pauline took every care as though our minds were not made up. She presented what she would offer, many lovely samples and helped us dream a bit for aspects of our wedding we had not yet considered. Pauline singlehandedly located a linen provider for us when ours fell through, literally, the week of the wedding. I have a food allergy and when my family was being pushy she placed herself in front of me and instructed that they would only talk with her regarding food, and apologized for any stress they caused me. That was the last I heard of food until it was placed in front of us, exactly as we asked. She is a fierce defender of 'what the bride wants' and I loved that she included my fiance throughout. She even reviewed our photographer contract...and provided feedback to the photographer to help firm up her contract wording.
The day before and day of, her and her team were a well oiled machine. They asked for everything they needed well in advance and handled all communication with the other vendors as time got closer. Our wedding day was magnificent. There was not one iota out of place. She captured our vision and DELIVERED. My husband and I were continually pleased with her services. Pauline guided the ceremony and there were no interruptions. She placed herself firmly in my sight during the entire reception and all I needed to do was make eye contact with her if I needed a break. Otherwise, her and her team were invisible. If there are fires the week of our wedding, they were put out without a whiff of smoke. Our wedding was absolutely done in Excellence.
