I used several of the Mens Wearhouse triangle locations. I had a good experience in each loaction. The staff was prompt,professional, and knowledgable. I feel like we got a fair price. They worked well with my 3 year old and his ring bearer tux. My only complaint would be that the tuxes did not arrive until the day before the wedding and I had to actually go in the pickup location store and have them physically locate the tuxes on the incoming rack to pick them up the evening (less than 24 hours) before the wedding. The tuxes had not been checked in so we did not receive a call or email that it was time to pick them up it was so down to the wire. I have no idea what the hold up was. I enjoyed working with the staff I just wish we the time frame had been honored.

Turned out pretty good for my groom's tux, however, somewhere along the line the fit/size became a little too loose. Wonderful service though, and were able to drop it off in the Asheville location even though we picked it up in Greensboro! Pretty convenient.

We bought my husband and his best man's suits and rented their vests. The Mike at Mens Warehouse in Cary was so helpful to us. He was OK with me losing my mind over wanting to buy ties to go with the vests. I did not want the ties that came with the vests. My dress had color in it and I needed a tie to match perfectly without letting my then fiance know why it was such a big deal to me since we had such a small wedding party (4 including the bride and groom.) He was able to help with a tie to match my dress and a tie to match my matron of honor's dress without spilling the beans and he didn't make fun of me. Well...he tried not to.
The service was fantastic and all of the people working there are great and fun to deal with.

MW Tux was great, we ordered the tux's from the danbury store. They made it really easy since we had groomsmen in different states!

We got a very nice suit for my spouse. It fit perfectly, it only needed minimal alterations. It was also on sale, so we got a great value for our money.

All the guys in our wedding party who used Menswarehouse TUX were happy with the service. My only issue was the price. The price of the TUX's went down almost in HALF when we took away the dress coat. Other than that, we had no issues!

Things went really well with MW Tux!

My husband's tux was not sized properly and one sleeve was longer than the other. But luckly they allow pick up 3 days before the event so there was time for them to taylor it properly.

We used Men's Warehouse to rent all of our tuxes- the groom, three groomsmen, and two dads. Everything came as we expected, and everything fit. MW worked well for us because our groomsmen were coming from different states. Everyone could use the store near them to get measured and pick up their tux. No one encountered any issues with this.

We paid for all of the tuxes and MW was very accommodating of that. The only issue that we had was that because the groomsmen were picking up their tuxes in different states, when we paid for all of the tuxes, the tax hadn't been added in. We were under the impression that the groomsmen would simply be able to pick up their tuxes. Each of the guys had to pay for the tax as opposed to us being aware that we still needed to pay tax on the tuxes.

Overall the experience was very pleasant and went smoothly. If being unaware of the additional payment of tax was the largest problem, we were pleased.

We truly did not enjoy working with MW Tux. We rented 8 tuxedos which included the bridal party and the fathers of the bride and groom. While the tuxedos did fit (thank goodness!) we were highly dissatisfied with the service we received and the company's response to our requests. Would not return for another formal event.
