I went to Bridal Elegance on a whim one day when I was off of work and it turned out to be the absolute best experience! I had been searching for something somewhat specific and no stores had what I was looking for. On top of that, I felt that the consultants at many other locations didn't totally listen to my aesthetic. The ladies at Bridal Elegance really took the time to hear what I was looking for and pulled items that might not be the most traditional but were what I was asking for! Ultimately I found exactly what I was looking for and I was so excited to find it at such a reasonable price! Make sure you look into all the discounts you can get (pretty sure Spectrum Health Employees get a discount!) it makes things even more affordable. The ladies were accommodating and complimentary; and it really felt like honest, genuine kindness and not the fake over the top feeling that you can get sometimes during dress shopping. Alterations were absolutely perfect and she was such a pro at what she does! I would recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone, the shop looks small but they had so many options and such a variety in each price point.

I ended up buying three dresses from Bridal Elegance because they were SUCH a great price! They were so helpful from soup to nuts.

Ellee was my consultant and she was so wonderful! She made it so easy to get into dresses and was very helpful at narrowing down what I liked and disliked. I could tell that Ellee truly loves her job and loves helping brides find their perfect dress! No one rushed me or pressured me into buying a dress that day and gave me as much time as needed to make a decision. Bridal elegance was a wonderful place and I would recommend it to any bride!

I decided to ask my bridesmaids to be in my wedding the same day that I would try on wedding dresses with them. So it was already a fantastic day and there was a lot to live up to. I've done the David's Bridal thing and I was interested in checking out a more local bridal shop. When I arrived at Bridal Elegance they were very friendly, called me by name, and gave me an entourage of like 3 or 4 people. I got my own room! No tiny dressing room, there was space to move around and for all of my bridesmaids to be in there to help me put on dresses. Antoinette brought me probably 20 dresses to try on, and didn't even get flustered with me. The first dress I tried was the one, I began to tear up. It was quite a bit out of my price range. I left still desiring the dress but thinking I couldn't afford it.
Yesterday I took my Mother to Be to show her the dress I loved. Jamie at the desk understood that I wasn't in the right place financially but that I needed that dress. They did everything in their power to make it affordable for me and they truly did! I was astounded at how much they cared that this bride walked down the aisle in the perfect dress. Most places say they do, and they don't. David's Bridal would not offer any discounts, what you see was what you got (not even a discount for off the rack). David's is a good place to go, and I'll probably be getting my bridesmaids dresses there. But I'll recommend getting your wedding dress at Bridal Elegance!

It was a dream to work with Bridal Elegance. When I found the dress online, I knew it was perfect for the beach wedding my fiancé and I were planning. Various area boutiques carried the dress according to the website of the designer. Prior to selecting a boutique with which to set an appointment to try on the dress, I called to ask questions such as price of the gown, availability of accessories, etc. Bridal Elegance seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the dress as well as the best most affordable.

Once at the boutique, I knew that both the dress and the establishment were the right fit for me. The staff was attentive and pleasant, never once making me feel rushed or the small size of the bridal party insignificant. Leading up to the momentous occasion, I was working two jobs and attending school full-time. Bridal Elegance understood my time commitments and worked around my schedule, being considerate of my hectic schedule by their promptness at my appointment times. Aubrey, my seamstress, excelled in her vocation. She went above and beyond just doing fittings by taking the time to suggest jewelry and to present multiple options for a wrap to compliment the gown.

I cannot overemphasize how pleased I am with how my big day turned out, thanks in part to this gem of a boutique. Many thanks to Bridal Elegance for a gown that aptly reflected my fairytale day.

I loved every moment dealing with Bridal Elegance! I was very nervous to go wedding dress shopping, from the moment I walked in on my first visit - to my last dress fitting all staff members made the experience perfect! Every time I had to call or come in - they were beyond friendly and excited to help. The seamstress was one of my the best experiences and made my dress - perfectly me! I thank the entire staff!

BEST BRIDAL SHOP I WENT TO!! Not only did they make it a fun and enjoyable experience but, they knew what they were doing! They were incredible! Seriously!! GO THERE!!

I had such an amazing experience with Bridal Elegance, it was the only dress shop I went to and picked out my dress on the first round. The group of girls there are super responsive to your needs and keep you up to date on everything. They have a huge selection of bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom gowns as well!!!

The only downfall is it's a little high on the pice scale, however you get what you pay for and they do offer payment plans and lots of discounts for various things.

Thank you so much to Martina and all the other girls who made my wedding day perfect, we had so many compliments on everyone's dresses (bridesmaids, MOH, MOG). I would recommend them to everyone looking for a more personalized experience rather than going to the big name stores :D

Amazing service. Eloquent, glamorous, gorgeous dresses, that will make any bride feel like a Queen. I worked with Carol, and she is awesome. Impeccable talent and she has an eye for detail. She is busy, so make sure to plan ahead and make appointments. The staff is very helpful and their customer service is amazing. They have a ton of dresses to fit all brides budgets, as well as a ton of discounts available. My bridesmaid made the girls' dresses (for $26 a piece), but had we not waited to the last minute, we would've bought them from Bridal Elegance as well.
