Highly Recommend!

I can’t thank Bridal Elegance enough! I absolutely LOVED my dress, and I received so many compliments. Angie Gurley was FANTASTIC to work with. She listened so well to what I wanted and helped me find the PERFECT dress. I asked to come back and try it on one more time before purchasing it, and she dropped everything (on a day that she was not scheduled to work) to make sure I was 100% confident in my dress choice. Truly the best service a bride could ask for! My seamstress was also AMAZING. I waited a lot longer than I should have to get alterations, but she was so accommodating and made my dress fit me like a glove. All around, the experience was wonderful, and I have already recommended Angie and Bridal elegance to many of my engaged friends. I will continue to do so!

Truly Elegant

I had an amazing experience finding my dress at Bridal Elegance! I thought I had found the one at another place, but still wanted to keep my appointment at Bridal Elegance. Emily was a dream to work with! She was so kind and sweet. I only tried on three dresses but ended up finding my dress that truly fit me! The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and so very kind. You can tell they really love celebrating brides and making their dreams come true. I will say that all the dresses I tried on were way too small, but Emily was able to clip and work magic so that I could see how the dresses would fit if they were the appropriate size. I plan to have my alterations done through them as well.
Update: alterations went great!! Every time I was there the staff complimented me on my dress. The entire process was so smooth. I even had some alterations done to my mom's veil and it turned out PERFECT!!

Nancy and Nicole

Nancy helped me and my sister pick perfect dresses for my wedding! She was kind and professional. She listened to what we had in mind and followed through.
Nicole helped us with the alteration process and checking out at the end of our visit and made sure we were very comfortable about prices and future appointments for alterations. Made very sure we are ready for the next few steps. I will highly recommend this beautiful bridal shop to friends and family!

Perfect Experience

This place is perfect! The staff is absolutely wonderful and the dresses are well priced and they give great discounts! They are super easy to work with and I would suggest them to everyone!! I was so thankful this was the first place I went too to look for a dress, I was blessed with working with Angie! She was a delight! She made me feel extremely comfortable by helping me in and out of dresses and she also took the time to get to know me and my style and help me find the right dress! It was a dream picking my dress here!! I wish I could do it again! Thank you so much Bridal Elegance GR!!!

Highly Recommend!

I bought my original dress online but after Covid happened and our plans changed I began to worry that my dress may not be appropriate for a November wedding in Michigan. I went to Bridal Elegance expecting to buy a new dress but Emily worked with me to try on several dresses before we eventually settled on sticking with the dress I currently had and adding a bridal jacket to it.

I then had Nancy do all my alterations and she was FANTASTIC! She was fun, energetic and made the whole process smooth and easy. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I was literally visiting them every Tuesday for a month and a half to make sure my alterations were perfect and I can honestly say they were.

Dream Dress!!

I had the most amazing time at Bridal Elegance in GR! I was nervous when I walked in and wasn’t sure what to expect but all of the ladies warmly greeted me and made me feel so special. Lisa took her time to help me find my perfect dress and never pressured me. She gave me lots of time to take pictures and for my family to take pictures. I wasn’t planning on finding my dress so fast but it happened and it’s my dream dress!! It’s absolutely perfect and couldn’t be happier.💗

Best Dress Shopping Experience that I had

The staff at Bridal Elegance was absolutely amazing when I went shopping for my dress. They were the first shop that I went to and far surpassed any others in their professionalism, kindness, and the quality of their dresses. Stephanie was very patient and wonderful to work with in helping me pick out my dress and was nice enough to let me try on my dress again before making the final purchase. All in all I would recommend Bridal Elegance to anybody looking for a place to shop in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.

I would highly recommend Nicole Elerick, at Bridal Elegance to anyone looking for a wedding dress, mother of the bride dress, bridesmaid dress, and flower girl dress. Nicole is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is very knowledgable and accommodating. I went in not knowing what I wanted, but she helped me find the wedding dress of my DREAMS! LOVE the experience & my dress!

Bridal Elegance was the 2nd shop we went to, and I had already found a dress at the first shop - but Jessica pulled "the one" off the rack and it fit like a glove. I LOVE my dress, and everybody in the shop was so incredible and nice - and now I know where to go when we start planning out the tuxes! I cannot recommended Bridal Elegance enough!!!

First place you need to go for dress shopping!

I found my dress yesterday at Bridal Elegance. While I didn’t have a bad experience anywhere we looked, Bridal Elegance was by far the best! They have a great selection of beautiful dresses. I felt so special there. I highly recommend!

Amazement!

So many surprises from walking in the door: taking shoes off, multiple options in one business (go find out!) lol. Love the organization of dresses. Nicole assisted me over the phone and although I didn’t have an appointment and Jess was the only one in the store, she was VERY attentive and more than willing to assist me and my mother. The dress I tried on was nearly 5 sizes too big but Jess knew where the fabric would rest on my body in my correct size will confidence. All three of us had a great time!!

Amazing Experience!

I’ve driven past the windows of Bridal Elegance for years and have always wanted a chance to go inside as a bride. Angie, our stylist was absolutely amazing! I was feeling fatigued from precious unsuccessful fittings but she was encouraging and a great listener. I have a petite torso and needed dresses with smaller bodices. She knew exactly where to look for them within our budget. She is definitely an expert at dress fittings and clearly explained the alterations/customization options for each dress. I went in with the mindset that I would never wear a strapless dress, but left with one!
It was a no pressure experience when it came to deciding if I was going to buy the dress. I was grateful for this. I highly recommend this place!

I recently purchased a dress from here and the experience was AMAZING! I worked with a lady, Nicole, who listened to exactly what my vision of the dress I wanted was. In fact, the dress she first picked ended up being my dress. Her bubbly personality made this experience one I won't forget. A perfect dress for the perfect day

Bridal Elegance went above and beyond! Everyone I interacted with bent over backward to help me find and fit in the perfect dress! Along the way, the stylist, receptionist, and seamstress were so pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. It was truly a wonderful experience all around.

The consultant was attentive to my style and budget, and she made some helpful recommendations. In fact, she found me a sample dress that ended up being the one (and at a great price point to boot)! During my several alterations appointments, Bridal Elegance worked with me and my schedule. My seamstress was so meticulous and detailed, and she poured her heart and soul into my difficult and time-consuming alterations. I cannot wait for the big day and want to say a tremendous thanks to Bridal Elegance!

Amazing experience

110% recommended! Taylor was seriously SO amazing! She listened to what I wanted in a dress came back with literally the most perfect dress EVER! It had EVERY quality I wanted in a dress! I thought it was impossible but Taylor was determined to find thee perfect dress for me and she did!! It was my perfect size and it fit like it was made for me! The store was super clean, super cozy, and I instantly felt welcomed as soon as I walked through those doors! The environment felt like I was home! So So So happy I chose bridal elegance for my wedding dress. Would recommend to ANYONE looking for a stunning wedding dress!

Bridal Elegance had the best selection of dresses, this was after going to bridal shops in both Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids! I found my dress after trying on only 3 at this shop. It was altered expertly since it was a strapless and needed a lot of attention. I would recommend any bride who is looking for a dress to try Bridal Elegance!

I had a wonderful experience finding and purchasing my wedding grown. Our sales consultant, Alexis, was amazing. She caught on to my style, and ended up bringing me the dress that turned out to be the one. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Scheduling an appointment made the process seamless. I'm so glad I went to Bridal Elegance in search of a wedding dress! Right when you walk in, it feels very special to be there. You remove your shoes in order to preserve the stock dresses. My consultant, Angie, asked a lot of questions before showing us to our dressing room, which was massive! It had its own mirrors and pedestal in addition to those outside the room. We were allowed to select several dresses from the racks that were all sorted by style and price. My consultant also pulled a select few from my Pinterest board, as I'd done my homework before going in. I tried on the first dress and liked it, tried on the second and liked that one even more, and when I put the third one on I was blown away! It was the first dress on my Pinterest board too. Angie asked me which one was in second place and then took the other dress from the room; in an effort to help me narrow down, this was super helpful! I tried on two more dresses after that and knew right away that the third dress was the winner. Angie had the seamstresses come out with the dresses I liked the most and gave suggestions on what they might do which I thought was super nice. Once we drew up the paperwork and I got everything settled I was given a folder with everything in it, and a mug with Mrs. on the side which is adorable; AND Angie made it! Nothing but positive vibes from my experience here, would recommend to anyone!

Everything about this shop is wonderful! They were so helpful at helping me choose dresses to try on that were in my budget range and then narrowing down from there which dress was the perfect one. I wound up leaving the store with the best dress at the best price, and I was so happy with how professional and helpful the staff was.

I went to Bridal Elegance on a whim one day when I was off of work and it turned out to be the absolute best experience! I had been searching for something somewhat specific and no stores had what I was looking for. On top of that, I felt that the consultants at many other locations didn't totally listen to my aesthetic. The ladies at Bridal Elegance really took the time to hear what I was looking for and pulled items that might not be the most traditional but were what I was asking for! Ultimately I found exactly what I was looking for and I was so excited to find it at such a reasonable price! Make sure you look into all the discounts you can get (pretty sure Spectrum Health Employees get a discount!) it makes things even more affordable. The ladies were accommodating and complimentary; and it really felt like honest, genuine kindness and not the fake over the top feeling that you can get sometimes during dress shopping. Alterations were absolutely perfect and she was such a pro at what she does! I would recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone, the shop looks small but they had so many options and such a variety in each price point.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! I am getting married in three months so I knew I was really pressed for time in regards to finding a wedding dress that would work with our low budget but also make me feel beautiful. After going to four different stores, I felt very discouraged because none of the dresses made me feel like a bride-to-be. Most were too expensive, others just weren't my style, and some wouldn't even get over my hips even though they were "my size". My fifth and final stop was Bridal Elegance and they completely saved the day. First of all, my appointment was scheduled for five o'clock in the evening and I did not leave until about seven thirty and even though they close at four, they did not make me feel like I had to rush and all of staff were genuinely ready to assist me. That should already tell you something. Second, the staff members were super friendly and helpful. Hillary was the associate who assisted my mother and I with finding the right dress. She asked me questions about what style I was looking for and was not at all afraid of taking action and picking dresses that I might like as I was looking in another part of the store. She really took her time with us and answered any questions we had and did not make us feel like a burden at all. As for the prices...I still cannot believe I got my dress for such a wonderful price; especially since this place is not a discount store, but a rather elegant boutique. Finally, they were all very helpful in explaining how the fittings and alterations would work out. Although I have no plans on buying a wedding dress again, I would most certainly go back to this shop if I had to. At the very least, I strongly recommend that any bride-to-be check out this boutique (:

Finding my dress was easy! It didn't take long before I found my perfect dress! I got the Brides maids & MOB dress there as well. Every time I went in there, I had nothing but Pleasant Experiences with All aspects of buying my dressing, the fittings, picking-up, ect..... I will tell everyone to buy all of their dresses there....the other very nice thing about buying everything at 1 place is the discounts that they offer....but also they are so happy to walk through this journey with you! I can't thank just 1 person because EVERYONE is Amazing! So thank you to everyone!

I am so happy to have found my wedding gown at Bridal Elegance. The staff was very friendly and helpful but not at all pushy or pressuring as I took my time to decide about my wedding dress. They had a great selection to choose from and did a great job helping me to find a style that complimented and accentuated me. I was able to have my alterations done right at the bridal salon and my seamstress was very helpful and responsive. When I had a concern about my dress after having left the store, the seamstress called me back personally and got me in the same day to address my concern. I was also able to have my dress cleaned after the wedding and it came back looking like new. Thank you Bridal Elegance for helping me to look my best on my wedding day!! I couldn't even begin to count how many compliments I got on my dress and I was the first to tell everyone that I had gotten it at Bridal Elegance!

I had such an amazing experience with Bridal Elegance, it was the only dress shop I went to and picked out my dress on the first round. The group of girls there are super responsive to your needs and keep you up to date on everything. They have a huge selection of bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom gowns as well!!!

The only downfall is it's a little high on the pice scale, however you get what you pay for and they do offer payment plans and lots of discounts for various things.

Thank you so much to Martina and all the other girls who made my wedding day perfect, we had so many compliments on everyone's dresses (bridesmaids, MOH, MOG). I would recommend them to everyone looking for a more personalized experience rather than going to the big name stores :D

Ellee was my consultant and she was so wonderful! She made it so easy to get into dresses and was very helpful at narrowing down what I liked and disliked. I could tell that Ellee truly loves her job and loves helping brides find their perfect dress! No one rushed me or pressured me into buying a dress that day and gave me as much time as needed to make a decision. Bridal elegance was a wonderful place and I would recommend it to any bride!

Bridal elegance: THANK YOU FOR EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS ON SO MANY LEVELS. This bridal shop is absolutely amazing. From the time you walk in the door, you feel as though they really care about your experience. My bridal consultant was Jessica. She was so sweet and we hit it off from the get go. She knew exactly what I was looking for with a few helpful hints, despite knowing me for just a few minutes. The first dress I tried on, I ended up buying (of course after trying on a good twenty more!). I have nothing but positive remarks for this bridal shop and I am so thankful to have worked with Jessica through the whole experience.

Bridal Elegance was the perfect spot for me! They were so friendly, helpful, and professional. I told Jennifer the style of dress I was thinking of and the first one she pulled out for me was the one I ended up choosing. She really listened to what I was saying and I'm not sure if I would have noticed the dress on my own. I'm so thankful! Everyone is keeping in contact with me regarding the status of my dress, vail, and belt. This whole process has been so easy, fun, and I'm so glad that I went to Bridal Elegance. They also have a lot of different discount options when buying a dress which was awesome. :-)

Bridal Elegance is the first place I tried on a dress and the last. I was very pleased with the service they offered. From the trials to the actual fittings, it was very professional and efficient. Wow! Where do I start...I wish I could give them 6 stars!! I was SO impressed with the flexibility and genuine caring spirits of the workers at Bridal Elegance. I originally took my wedding dress to a seamstress who couldn't get the fit right. In a panic, I brought my dress to Bridal Elegance the day before my wedding and the seamstress, Katherine, took it home with her to work on! She said she worked on it until midnight! I couldn't believe her willingness to help me on such short notice. Martina and Katherine even opened up the store early on my wedding day so that I could get my dress in time. I am just so grateful to the staff who took time out of their already busy schedule to make my dress perfect for my special day. Words just simply cannot express how amazing they are! I wish I had bought my dress from them to begin with. I most certainly recommend their services!!!

I truly enjoyed my experience at Bridal Elegance. From the moment we walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed! Every employee at Bridal Elegance we interacted with was incredibly sweet and helpful. Nickie was absolutely amazing! She was helpful without being overbearing and made myself, my sister, my mom and my future mother-in-law feel comfortable and like we were the only clients there. She knew EXACTLY what I was looking for after trying on multiple dresses and she ended up pulling the dress I chose. I didn't want to take it off! The deals that were offered were so helpful as we were paying for the dress and I left feeling so excited! I adore my dress and am so thrilled I chose Bridal Elegance. I love this shop!!! I started by getting my wedding dress there. The girl (Elle) that helped me was amazing. She remembered me every time I went into the shop too. She spent 90 minutes with just me, helping me try on dresses and telling me what would work best for my body type. I ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, and jewelry from here too. The discounts for bridesmaids dresses are so good when you buy your wedding gown from there. The employees know weddings and know what they are doing. They have awesome customer service.

I bought my dress and had it altered at Bridal Elegance. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. I also really loved my dress. I redid the whole top of my dress, and my seamstress was incredible. She was so nice and made you comfortable about every decision. I even gained weight before my wedding and she was able to take care of my alterations last minute. They also did not overcharge me for all the adjustments they made. Overall I am very happy with my experience and the bluffs, especially with my seamstress. :)

I had a great experience here. Nickie was my consultant and was very patient with my decisions. She let me be picky and indecisive and was helpful all the same. She listened to what I wanted and suggested the perfect dress, which is the one I ended up purchasing. I brought my mom back with me later that day and they let us stay in the salon even after closing time. Elizabeth was there at that time and she was by far the most kind bridal consultant I had met in all my dress shopping experiences. I'm so glad I decided to go with Bridal Elegance for my dress purchase. I would recommend it to all of my friends.

I came into this store with no appointment and really no intention of buying a wedding dress. From first walking in, we were greeted with smiles, and were told that we were free to look around, they just couldn't guarantee that we would have an associate to ourselves because we didn't have an appointment. Well they said that, but we had 2 wonderful associates helping us out the entire time, one of which picked out the very dress that I will be wearing in my wedding. The store is extremely well laid out and clean and every single associate, even down to the greeter were extremely sweet, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. The dresses ranged from $100-$2,000; and even the dresses on the clearance rack were in great condition. I can't speak highly enough of the associate Elizabeth who asked if she could pick out a couple of dresses for me based on what I had chosen. She stripped a dress off of a store display and the minute I put it on, I felt gorgeous and ended my search in the very place it began. I cannot say enough good things about this place and will recommend it to anyone and everyone. This is a must stop if you are a bride in the Grand Rapids, MI area.

I had such a great experience at Bridal Elegance. After searching all over the Chicagoland area as well as the Grand Rapids area, I had tried on at least 50 dresses. The last stop was Bridal Elegance, and I was so pleased with this adorable shop. The woman who assisted us was very patient and let me try on a wide range of dresses and also gave my matron of honor and me time to ourselves to discuss each option. I never felt pressured to purchase the dress, and I definitely made the right decision!! The dress fit my body absolutely perfectly (so kudos to the measurements that were taken), and the only true alterations I had to make were to shorten the dress. I received so many compliments on my dress both during and in the weeks following the wedding, and I thank the ladies at Bridal Elegance for helping me find my dress!!

Amazing service. Eloquent, glamorous, gorgeous dresses, that will make any bride feel like a Queen. I worked with Carol, and she is awesome. Impeccable talent and she has an eye for detail. She is busy, so make sure to plan ahead and make appointments. The staff is very helpful and their customer service is amazing. They have a ton of dresses to fit all brides budgets, as well as a ton of discounts available. My bridesmaid made the girls' dresses (for $26 a piece), but had we not waited to the last minute, we would've bought them from Bridal Elegance as well.

I decided to ask my bridesmaids to be in my wedding the same day that I would try on wedding dresses with them. So it was already a fantastic day and there was a lot to live up to. I've done the David's Bridal thing and I was interested in checking out a more local bridal shop. When I arrived at Bridal Elegance they were very friendly, called me by name, and gave me an entourage of like 3 or 4 people. I got my own room! No tiny dressing room, there was space to move around and for all of my bridesmaids to be in there to help me put on dresses. Antoinette brought me probably 20 dresses to try on, and didn't even get flustered with me. The first dress I tried was the one, I began to tear up. It was quite a bit out of my price range. I left still desiring the dress but thinking I couldn't afford it.
Yesterday I took my Mother to Be to show her the dress I loved. Jamie at the desk understood that I wasn't in the right place financially but that I needed that dress. They did everything in their power to make it affordable for me and they truly did! I was astounded at how much they cared that this bride walked down the aisle in the perfect dress. Most places say they do, and they don't. David's Bridal would not offer any discounts, what you see was what you got (not even a discount for off the rack). David's is a good place to go, and I'll probably be getting my bridesmaids dresses there. But I'll recommend getting your wedding dress at Bridal Elegance!

I didn't buy my dress at Bridal Elegance but I took it there for alterations. I am so lucky I did, and got Carol, because she did an amazing job. My dress was really complicated to alter as it had a lot of layers and a lot of lace. It was also hard to figure out a way to bustle it for the reception, but Carol came up was confident she would come up with a good solution. She did, and I got so many compliments on it, thanks to her. It was nice to work with someone I completely trusted with my wedding dress, and I am more than happy with the way it turned out. The staff was very accommodating to my needs. I work third shift and they were more than willing to open up late for me for alterations and fittings. This was the first dress shopping experience I had and Antoinette made it so easy!! My mom and future mother in law came with me and were able to pull dresses they wanted me to try and Antoinette asked me questions about what I was looking for and pulled some dresses as well. Since it was my first stop dress shopping I didn't buy the dress I fell in love with, but after the third bridal shop I called to see if I could come back and try the original dress I loved to compare with another dress I really liked and they got me in with no appointment!! I just bought my wedding dress from them and am looking forward to working with the team there as I know they have such great service!!

Bridal Elegance was welcoming to me from the time I stepped in the door for my appointment. My attendant helping me went over all the gowns and how they are displayed in the store as far as price range. She allowed me the time to pick out many dresses and also provided some suggestions from the dress idea i provided to her.
I tried on many, many dresses and she was very helpful in the whole process. Was never pushy towards a certain dress to me. She gave me opions on things to keep in mind when lookign for the right dress.
This was the only place I looked for a dress. I tried my dress on and when I did, I knew it was the right one. I ordered it that day and never looked back.
Buying a dress off a rack was not for me, I wanted my dress to be ordered and made just for me, Bridal Elegance did this for me.
Once my dress arrived, which was months before they expected it to arrive. I had plenty of time to get my dress altered to fit.
If you're looking for a beautiful gown that you don't see everywhere or similar to others, this is the place to go.

I had looked all over town for a mother of the bride dress. I found my dress on clearance at Bridal Elegance and they even gave me a better price than the tag was!

Bridal Elegance was such an amazing salon that really helped to save my wedding. I purchased bridesmaid dresses from a different salon and they came back the wrong color and did nothing to solve the problem. Three months before my wedding I went to Bridal Elegance and they went above and beyond all of my expectations to solve the problem in a timely manner. I was also having a problem finding bridal shoes and they searched all over for me. I would recommend there personal, quality service to anyone!

It was a dream to work with Bridal Elegance. When I found the dress online, I knew it was perfect for the beach wedding my fiancé and I were planning. Various area boutiques carried the dress according to the website of the designer. Prior to selecting a boutique with which to set an appointment to try on the dress, I called to ask questions such as price of the gown, availability of accessories, etc. Bridal Elegance seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the dress as well as the best most affordable.

Once at the boutique, I knew that both the dress and the establishment were the right fit for me. The staff was attentive and pleasant, never once making me feel rushed or the small size of the bridal party insignificant. Leading up to the momentous occasion, I was working two jobs and attending school full-time. Bridal Elegance understood my time commitments and worked around my schedule, being considerate of my hectic schedule by their promptness at my appointment times. Aubrey, my seamstress, excelled in her vocation. She went above and beyond just doing fittings by taking the time to suggest jewelry and to present multiple options for a wrap to compliment the gown.

I cannot overemphasize how pleased I am with how my big day turned out, thanks in part to this gem of a boutique. Many thanks to Bridal Elegance for a gown that aptly reflected my fairytale day.

I loved working with everyone at Bridal Elegance! Everyone was so nice and accomodating with my schedule while I was finishing up school. Everyone was so helpful with finding the exact colors in the style that we had picked out for our wedding! I didn't get my bridal gown from Bridal Elegance, but I had all of my alterations done there. I couldn't have choosen a better place to have trusted my dress. She even noticed that I had lost 20 pounds! I felt so beautiful the day of my wedding and the bridesmaids all looked great as well!

Love Love Love! I had the best day ever because of my dress which was found by the lady who actually altered my dress.... which fit perfect the day of my wedding. I lost weight even the last week and she still managed to make the dress fit perfectly. My dress alterer was Carol. Very sweet and understood how I was very nervous for the day to come. I even received a discount because I purchased it all that day!

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Elegance. I found my dream dress there and worked with my consultant to altar the dress as needed. The seamstress, Jamie, that I worked with was fantastic. She listened to the changes I wanted and made them happen. She was very timely and made my dress look absolutely perfect. I felt like a beautiful bride on my wedding day. Bridal Elegance was a great salon. It was much more personal than other salons I went to (David's Bridal) and I did NOT feel like I was being rushed out the door or pressured into buying the dress. I was really happy with Bridal Elegance. I bought my dress, shoes, headband, and bra from them. I liked how they stored my dress for me; otherwise it would have risked cat hair before the wedding day. The headband seems like it was a bit pricy, but it didn't hurt my head, like most do, so it was worth it. The shoes and dress were a great deal. The bra seems like it took awhile to ship, if I remember correctly, but the service was always good. The women who work there were very friendly and the alterations made the dress look truly amazing.

Bridal elegance was wonderful to work with everything from getting my bridesmaids dresses shipped to 3 different states to alterations they go out of their way to make their customers happy . Audra was the person that did my alterations and measuring and she was very careful not cut off to much material at the bottom ( I am very short 4"10 3/4) they helped show my mistress of ceremony and my mom how to hook my bustle very pleased with this dress shop

Bridal Elegance was awesome! They did my dress, groomsmen tuxes and bridesmaid dresses. We had NO problems at all. Everyone's attire fix to a "t" and we received so many compliments on how great everything looked. I looked at numerous bridal shops and no one had the dress i wanted except for BE. Their seamstress was awesome. I had a very heavy dress and not ONE bussel broke on my dress for the whole day! They were awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. Originally, I had a different company custom make my wedding dress. I received the dress they made me 8 weeks before my wedding and it was a disaster. Eight weeks until the wedding and I was dressless. I called Bridal Elegance and explained my situation to them and they said I could purchase any of their dresses off the rack if I would like (though traditionally, they order the dress new for the bride.) When I went to look at their dresses, they had so many dresses, looking at them was overwhelming but the employee assisting me showed to my dressing room (which was nearly size of my bedroom at home) and asked what I was interested in style wise and what my price range was. Having already purchased one dress, my budget was tight. Within 5 minutes, I had a dozen dresses in my room that were all absolutely gorgeous (and affordable!). 30 minutes later I was in what could only be described as the dress of my dreams. They made what seemed like a daunting task so easy (and very, very fun). From more dresses than I could count, to super extra large dressing rooms and the most helpful employees you could image, Bridal Elegance is now by far my favorite wedding vender. So thanks for saving my wedding day bridal elegance! I'd of been dressless without you!!!

Bridal Elegance is the place to go in Grand Rapids to get your wedding attire. I got my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses there. They have a great selection of dresses! Aubrey did my alterations and she did a wonderful job. She was very easy to work with. She used the extra fabric from the bridesmaid dress alterations to make an identical color sash for my ring bearer pillow. The staff is very friendly, easy to work with and helpful. I highly recommend Bridal Elegance.

This was the first store I went to when shopping for my wedding gown. They had an excellent selection! I found my dress in one day, and after searching at a few other shops, I came back to Bridal Elegance. They were so friendly and helpful, it was so easy to work with them. Aubrey did my alterations and my custom veil (which she came up with the excellent idea for!). She is so talented and understands how to make the dress fit you perfectly!

Bridal Elegance is a bridal shop with a very good selection of gowns, and attentive, knowledgable staff. I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from them. Bridesmaids receive many discounts, especially if the bride purchased her dress there. I found my wedding gown at a different shop for a cheaper price, and they honored that shop's price. The store is beautiful and you will definitely be treated like the special bride you are.

I had gone to Bridal Elegance not expecting to buy, but my consultant found the perfect dress for me! The dresses there are a little pricey, but I bought this one off the rack and I love the price and the dress! They are very helpful and always willing to let you come in and try your dress on over and over again.
They have great deals if you buy the first time there as well and they give you an adorable bride hanger which I have always wanted.

Bridal Elegance is great!! The sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when my mom and I went there. Even though I had mixed up my appointment time, there was no hesitation to still help me and make me feel special. Bridal elegance is without a doubt one of my favorite vendors. They was attentive, helpful, responisive and just all around fun. They honestly listen to you when you tell them what it is you are looking for, set you up in a dressing room the size of a small bedroom with countless dresses, and give you honest feedback. I went in last minute after a previous dress disaster, needing an off the rack dress for an affordable price (since I'd already bought one dress). They gave me off the rack shopping discounts, first visit purchase discounts and a few others (mainly because I fell in love with a dress that was just a little outside my budget). They helped me find what I needed and helped me make it fit my budget. If you are shopping in the Grand Rapids area, be sure to stop by here. It's well worth it!
