I booked an appointment at this location on a whim when I found them on Facebook! I felt like an absolute princess during my appointment! They made me feel so special and listened to my vision and helped me find the dress of my dreams! I felt like I was on my own episode of Say Yes to the Dress when they got me all dressed up at the end of my appointment.

I got my wedding dress at Magnolia Bridal this weekend and had a fantastic experience - they even sent me home with a complimentary bottle (I went with pineapple mimosa) to celebrate. The selection was great and they had a lot of cute accessory options too. I couldn't believe how affordable my dress turned out to be!

My consultant, Jessa, was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable about their stock and sizing, personalable, and an expert and clipping and cinching me in so I would know exactly how things would fit even if the sample wasn't my size. I initially shopped on Saturday and wanted some time to think it over. I called later to ask some questions and the staff was very helpful and even offered to squeeze me in at opening the next day even though there wasn't an appointment available.

I grew up with Morgan and connected again with her last fall for the collaboration with my mom's business Diane Marie Bridal Designs. Morgan has a great personality and is amazing to work with, and has such a way of helping brides find their perfect wedding gown! No one should trust a seamstress who performs significant, unapproved alterations after one consult. No measurement, no clear markings or discussion and NO FOLLOW-UP. Unfortunately, that was our experience with the alteration seamstress, Colleen, at Magnolia Bridal.

We were given only one fitting, and at the follow-up were told to take the dress because it was finished. Finished after one meeting, no measurements, without a copy of the alteration note/receipt. Nothing.

Colleen was unwelcoming, unprofessional and blatantly rude in her tone and words.

At this point we have consulted with a well-know seamstress who was able to point out the specific and grand mistakes made and feel good knowing she can repair the damage.

Currently, the owner has also been notified and provided with detailed photos and the notations of the other seamstress.
We have not been refunded which has left us with a debt of 490 dollars to Colleen, and the new expense to fix her damage.

Magnolia Bridal - the shop- has great offerings and helpful sales associates.
Please do not choose Colleen to “alter” the dress you love.
