Such a special experience

Madelynn was fantastic. She helped me find the dress of my dreams, and even altered it after! They have such a large selection of dresses, this was the only place I tried on, and I couldn’t have been more happy with my decision.

Great experience!!

I'm getting married in September and this was my first time visiting a bridal shop. A friend of mine recommended that I travel from Kalamazoo to GR to check this place out. I'm so happy that I listened to her. I was searching for an intimate, private, yet fun place to go and I found exactly that at BIANKA Bridal. Their website is easy to access, and schedule an appointment. They are professional in everything from the emails to confirm my appointment time, to describing the easiest place to park for an out-of-towner. The shop is clean, eloquent, and has such a fun vibe. My consultant was Amber - she knew exactly how to handle me and give me the right amount of options... without overwhelming me. I'm SO incredibly happy that I was able to walk away with my dream dress. Not only am I still beaming from walking away with my dress but the overall experience. Thank you BIANKA Bridal!!!!!

More than a bridal store

I cannot say enough good things about the team at BIANKA Bridal. The store is absolutely beautiful and the staff made me feel like a princess. I chose a custom Alessandra Rinaudo gown and Katia helped me pair a skirt from one dress with the gown from another. Katia went above and beyond and I appreciated her honestly through the entire process, as she did not hesitate to give her honest opinion (even if that meant I chose a cheaper option). When my dress was featured on an Italian magazine, Katia brought a copy back for me from Italy. When my mom asked for Alessandra Rinaudo perfume to surprise me on my wedding day, the staff brought it back from Italy. When I brought my 7 year-old flower girl in to try on dresses, she was treated just like a bride and had such a special day. Purchasing my dress at BIANKA was so much more than buying a dress, it was an experience. An experience that my family will always be grateful for and cherish.

I loved my experience at Bianka. I unfortunately do not remember my consultant's name, maybe Ashley? She was so sweet and so so helpful. I didn't really have much of a vision for how I wanted to look on my wedding day when I went there, I knew I liked A-line dresses, and I knew I loved several Hayley Paige designs. I went there to try on one dress specifically and did not love it, then once the other dress I wanted to try on became available (another bride was trying it on when I got there) I immediately fell in love. They "jack you up" SYTTD style with a bouquet and veil to make it all look real. The photo attached is the only one I have of the full dress (waiting for the photographer's pics to come back)

While I did not end up finding The Perfect Dress at Bianka, the service and atmosphere were top notch, and this was one my favorite bridal appointments. The shop is absolutely beautiful, and my posse of four were very comfortable in the pretty space we were assigned. Staff are very kind, professional, well-dressed, and are not pushy to make a sale. The selection and quality of dresses is wonderful. I worked with Maria, who listened carefully to my vision and pulled gorgeous dresses for me to try, and she even spoke with my mom on FaceTime from Alabama and pulled a few dresses that my mom wanted to see me in. The one and only downside to the shop is that dressing rooms are quite small and dark, but it doesn't really matter because that gives you more space to twirl in front of the mirror and your ladies. If you're a chic bride seeking a high quality, stunning gown (many of them are custom-made), I highly recommend Bianka.
