Such a special experience

Madelynn was fantastic. She helped me find the dress of my dreams, and even altered it after! They have such a large selection of dresses, this was the only place I tried on, and I couldn’t have been more happy with my decision.

Great experience!!

I'm getting married in September and this was my first time visiting a bridal shop. A friend of mine recommended that I travel from Kalamazoo to GR to check this place out. I'm so happy that I listened to her. I was searching for an intimate, private, yet fun place to go and I found exactly that at BIANKA Bridal. Their website is easy to access, and schedule an appointment. They are professional in everything from the emails to confirm my appointment time, to describing the easiest place to park for an out-of-towner. The shop is clean, eloquent, and has such a fun vibe. My consultant was Amber - she knew exactly how to handle me and give me the right amount of options... without overwhelming me. I'm SO incredibly happy that I was able to walk away with my dream dress. Not only am I still beaming from walking away with my dress but the overall experience. Thank you BIANKA Bridal!!!!!

More than a bridal store

I cannot say enough good things about the team at BIANKA Bridal. The store is absolutely beautiful and the staff made me feel like a princess. I chose a custom Alessandra Rinaudo gown and Katia helped me pair a skirt from one dress with the gown from another. Katia went above and beyond and I appreciated her honestly through the entire process, as she did not hesitate to give her honest opinion (even if that meant I chose a cheaper option). When my dress was featured on an Italian magazine, Katia brought a copy back for me from Italy. When my mom asked for Alessandra Rinaudo perfume to surprise me on my wedding day, the staff brought it back from Italy. When I brought my 7 year-old flower girl in to try on dresses, she was treated just like a bride and had such a special day. Purchasing my dress at BIANKA was so much more than buying a dress, it was an experience. An experience that my family will always be grateful for and cherish.

I loved my experience at Bianka. I unfortunately do not remember my consultant's name, maybe Ashley? She was so sweet and so so helpful. I didn't really have much of a vision for how I wanted to look on my wedding day when I went there, I knew I liked A-line dresses, and I knew I loved several Hayley Paige designs. I went there to try on one dress specifically and did not love it, then once the other dress I wanted to try on became available (another bride was trying it on when I got there) I immediately fell in love. They "jack you up" SYTTD style with a bouquet and veil to make it all look real. The photo attached is the only one I have of the full dress (waiting for the photographer's pics to come back)

While I did not end up finding The Perfect Dress at Bianka, the service and atmosphere were top notch, and this was one my favorite bridal appointments. The shop is absolutely beautiful, and my posse of four were very comfortable in the pretty space we were assigned. Staff are very kind, professional, well-dressed, and are not pushy to make a sale. The selection and quality of dresses is wonderful. I worked with Maria, who listened carefully to my vision and pulled gorgeous dresses for me to try, and she even spoke with my mom on FaceTime from Alabama and pulled a few dresses that my mom wanted to see me in. The one and only downside to the shop is that dressing rooms are quite small and dark, but it doesn't really matter because that gives you more space to twirl in front of the mirror and your ladies. If you're a chic bride seeking a high quality, stunning gown (many of them are custom-made), I highly recommend Bianka.

If you're like me and want that "Say Yes to the Dress" experience, then Bianka is the place for you! The staff was so wonderful to work with and I found an absolutely stunning dress. Slightly (by like $500) more than I wanted to spend, BUT that included being able to have my dress custom cut for me because I'm so short lol and it was worth every penny!

I absolutely loved the dress I picked out for my wedding day on July 9. I had gone into Bianka Bridal thinking I knew what I wanted and left with a completely different dress I had no idea I would love so much. The fitting room was spacious and the assistant was so helpful and sweet. I couldn't ask for a better wedding dress!

Even though I did not buy my dress at this store, I must say they were very very kind and helpful on my wedding dress journey! They were very patient and helpful!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

best bridal store in grand rapids. great lighting helps you know what each dress actually looks like. dresses here are similarly priced but more varied and of better quality and variety than other shops around. don't buy a dress before trying on here first.

The dresses at this salon are FAR more beautiful than the rest of the salons anywhere near Grand Rapids. All designers carried by Bianka are high quality and you can tell when putting them on. I had gone dress shopping in January and found a dress I had liked. The staff at Bianka was more than accommodating while I took months to make up my mind about it and went in to try it on with different audiences multiple times. They also made sure the dress was within my budget since I loved it so much. Their jewelry options are fabulous. My earrings were perfect with my ivory gown and shimmered like crazy! We also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from them and they were beautiful. Thanks so much for making my day picture perfect ladies! xoxo

BIANKA Bridal was definitely my favorite experience dress shopping. Maria was so helpful in finding dress options that were within my price range and style. By far the best bridal shop in Grand Rapids. Besides a wonderful collection of bridal gowns at affordable prices, Bianka Bridal is a gorgeous boutique with super friendly and helpful staff. I've been looking everywhere for the perfect dress and I finally found it here. Katia helped during my first my appointment and at my second visit Maria helped me with everything I needed. Communicating with them was super easy and Katia replied to all my e-mail within hours.

If you're looking for more than just a dress and you want a beautiful experience for such a wonderful moment in your life, Bianka Bridal is the place to go. :)

I visited 3 bridal shops in search for my perfect dress, and my experience with Bianka Bridal was incomparable to the others. When I visited Bianka for the first time, I didn't have an appointment but Ashley made sure I felt welcomed and she paid attention to my mom and I even though there were others in the store who had reserved time. When I returned to Bianka for the 2nd time, I had 6 members of my bridal party with me and things got kind of crazy. Maria helped to keep the peace and gave me encouraging words while helping me into each dress. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into buying anything. She pulled dressed in my price range and when my bridesmaids found other dresses (out of my price range) she politely let me know before trying them on. She really made the day all about ME and reassured me not to try to please everyone else. My overall experience here was exceptional and best of all, I said yes to the dress!

Definitely make this one of your stops for wedding gown shopping. They have gowns and the accessories that you might need. I was really apprehensive about wedding gown shopping, but she made the experience delightful. I have not wedding planned ever, and didn't know anything about gowns, however Maria helped me narrow down a style i would like and looks good on me. She was lovely, and I was pleasantly surprised that she didn't push for a sale. Bianka Bridal has the loveliest dresses, and Maria helped me find gowns within my price range. I would recommend setting an appointment, it was really nice to have the dressing area "all to myself."

I had a wonderful experience at Bianka Bridal. Both the storefront and the fitting area are really lovely and comfortable. When we booked the appointment, they mentioned it was a very busy time, but it didn't feel crowded at all. Very much the opposite, I had plenty of private space. I didn't arrive with a picture of exactly what I was looking for and Maria was so patient and helpful in narrowing things down. She selected a dress I wouldn't have taken a second look at and once I had it on, I fell in love. She didn't put any pressure on me, and when I called a week later to order she was very concerned about getting all the details exact so she could be sure about ordering the appropriate size. Now I just can't wait for my dress to arrive! Thank you Maria!

Great experience at Bianka! It was the fifth store I visited and by far my favorite, they were kind and informative and made me feel so comfortable! I had a good idea of the style I wanted and they pulled several stunning options for me and I was able to say yes to the dress with confidence! Dress came in early too which was a bonus!! :)

I would highly recommend Bianka Bridal to any bride looking for her dream wedding dress. Not only did they have an impressive selection of gowns and designers, but the experience I had far surpassed that of any experience I had elsewhere in Grand Rapids. Katia and Ashley made me feel very comfortable and like a bride. They were very helpful and genuine. They even let my guests and I celebrate my purchase. The day we spent in the store never felt rushed or like a chore. These girls went above and beyond for me!

Bianka Bridal is such a gorgeous wedding dress boutique. The atmosphere is charming and the staff is friendly. They were extremely helpful when I was trying to find my gown. One of the consultants actually recommended a dress I hadn't even thought to try on. Turns out it's THE dress!

I HIGHLY recommend Bianka Bridal to every bride looking for her dream gown! The staff is extremely helpful - they truly take the time to understand what you are looking for. I have been to many bridal shops in the Grand Rapids area, and none of them compare to Bianka Bridal! I was not rushed during my appointment and there was no pressure to purchase a dress. They are wonderful at helping to find a dress within your budget. The shop is gorgeous, the gowns are stunning and the staff is amazing!

This boutique bridal shop in Grand Rapids has some of the most gorgeous and unique gowns found anywhere, including in major cities. Their gowns are within a reasonable budget, and the staff give you an extremely personal experience to help you find what you're looking for. All of the gowns are hand-picked by the staff, who truly love their job and are very knowledgeable. They carry some very sought-after designers, that most places will not carry. They have excellent quality, and all the gowns are really well-made.

I had the most amazing experience at Bianka Bridal! I had been to many other bridal shops and nothing compared to the experience I had here. The first dress I loved there was out of my budget, and they were really flexible with making a couple other appointments to try and find a dress that worked better with my budget. The dress they ended up finding for me was one I would have never picked out for myself off of the hanger, but it was absolutely perfect! They gave me ideas of what other brides had done with the dress, and suggestions of how to make the dress unique for me. When I tried on a dress I loved, they let me try on veils and jewelry that made it seem more real. They go above and beyond to make finding your wedding dress a fun, exciting, and enjoyable experience. I went to multiple other bridal shops, and wouldn't recommend anywhere but Bianka! Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress!

If you're looking for a unique, breathtaking bridal gown, then Bianka Bridal is the way to go!! They offered exquisite gowns not found anywhere else, at a price within your budget! I could not be more pleased with the excellent service the stylists provided, making my appointment memorable and personal. They have a beautiful boutique that makes the experience complete, with more of a private setting than a big room full of dressing rooms like other bridal stores. Wedding dress shopping should be a fun experience, not a stressful one. Bianka Bridal definitely made this special time in my life extremely memorable!

My experience at Bianka Bridal was AMAZING and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service I received there. I am a VERY picky person when it comes to dresses and wedding details in general (I'm also a wedding planner so I'm constantly overloaded with all things wedding) and was worried it would be difficult for me to choose a dress that felt both beautiful and unique. My shopping experience at Bianka Bridal was a relaxed and enjoyable one, and the employees working with me truly cared that I found my perfect dress. I gave them a general idea of the overall style of my wedding and what I thought I might want, and they completely nailed it. They put me in a few dresses I may not have picked out for myself but ended up LOVING - I actually loved every single dress I tried on in their shop. I ended up going to a second shop after theirs (because I honestly did not want to be done after shopping at one place!) and completely regretted it, as the second shop was nothing compared to Bianka Bridal. The service and quality of gowns they carry is simply unmatched. I went back to Bianka the following week to try on my three favorites and bought my dress that day. They had me try on veils, headpieces, jewelry and we even got to have my sister/maid of honor try on some bridesmaid dresses while we were there. My sister, mom, future mother-in-law and I had an absolute blast and a wonderful experience there. You will not find this same experience anywhere else!

We found my wedding gown about a year in advance at Bianka Bridal. It came in about 6 months before the day which allowed me plenty of time to get alterations (I ordered a size larger, even though the sample fit perfectly...gave me some wiggle room since we were so far away from the day). Along with the crazy long veil we got, the dress was perfect!
We also were able to find a matching flower girl dress, which looked absolutely adorable on our little 6 year old flower girl. According to the girl's mother, Bianka Bridal was very easy to work with. They even gave us a pretty good discount since we bought the bridal gown from there as well.

My initial reaction to Bianka Bridal was very intimidating.
The store is absolutely gorgeous, but being on a tight budget I felt a little out of place.
However the ladies were amazing. I initially worked with Maria who was a charm.
She was very respectful of my budget and went above and beyond to try to help me find my perfect dress.
I went back a second time with and Katie was my consultant.. Such a sweetheart!
I said Yes and couldn't be happier.
My mom and my bridesmaids also found the perfect dresses.
Bianka Bridal.. A must for any bride!!

What a beautiful shop! The dresses and the decor are stunning. I found the most perfect dress ever. The ladies were very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I had a few other appointments at other shops and was a little discouraged because of my size, but Bianka had a full selection of larger gowns for me to try on.. We went back for bridesmaids and mothers dresses. LOVE! LOVE! them!!

I walked in without an appointment and got excellent customer service. I looked at other bridal stores previously and got crappy service. Rosie was extremely extremely helpful and honest with her opinions. Katia gave amazing alteration advice I wanted. So friendly, beautiful gowns, I couldn't say enough positive things regarding Bianka bridal. I will always recommend this place. Hands down wonderful expierence.

FIVE STARS!!! Heck Ya!! I walked in with no appointment and these ladies were so welcoming and totally down to earth. I worked with Marie who was very personable and made me feel at home.
I found the most beautiful gown I had ever seen. The prices may seem a little higher but they work with you and the quality of the dresses are totally worth it.
If anyone is getting married you must make BIANKA bridal your place to go.

BIANKA Bridal is absolutely amazing. I saw them at a Bridal Show and knew immediately that I wanted to go there to try on dresses. I made BIANKA Bridal my first stop and every other place I tried on dresses was a disappointing experience. BIANKA has beautiful dresses that you won't find at your normal wedding dress store. We were worried that our budget was too low for the dresses at BIANKA Bridal because they really are the best, but we thought we'd give it a shot and we were pleasantly surprised by the prices. Plus, the staff is so amazing. They truly care about their brides and they are SO flexible and kind. I can't rave enough about BIANKA Bridal and can't wait to go back for Mother of the Bride/Bridesmaids/Flower Girl...EVERYTHING! We are from out of town, but going to BIANKA was SO worth it!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bianka! I had gone to two dress shops before, and received service that was "okay." Bianka was by far the best and exceeded my expectations. The staff are wonderful to work with and my dress is AMAZING!

I went to Bianka Bridal as the first place I ever tried on wedding dresses, they were very friendly and extremely helpful. They pulled beautiful gowns and were very helpful in explaining all the details about each dress. I had fallen in love with a dress but in the back of my mind there was another dress that I could not try on as it was not at the store yet. They worked with me and got the dress early for me to try on it was supposed to arrive in August but they called to get it in for me in May. I was happy I could finally try it on. Their kindness did not stop there though. I work about an hour and a half away from the store and could not get there until after hours. They stayed and were happy to help try on that dress. I was so happy I waited and so blessed by their kindness as it was the dress I said yes too! I definitely would suggest every bride go to Bianka Bridal!!

Bianka Bridal is hands down the best bridal shop in the Grand Rapids area. I shopped in Grand Rapids as well as in Cleveland, my hometown and also where my wedding will be. Bianka was the 1st shop I went to when I started dress shopping and it ended up being the shop that I purchased my dress from. They are so professional, nice, and really make you feel like you're part of a family. They give you their honest opinion on dresses and make really great suggestions. The dress options they have is absolutely AMAZING! They have a wide variety of dresses to choose from and they're all gorgeous, which I didn't find at other shops I went to. You will not be disappointed in Bianka Bridal.

Bianka Bridal is amazing!! The staff was SO friendly, they were incredibly helpful and the overall service was hands down perfect. They truly made finding a dress a wonderful memory. Bianka Bridal is the best bridal salon in Grand Rapids hands down. I had gone to a few salons to try on dresses both in Grand Rapids and the Detroit area, but none of them compared to Bianka Bridal. Rosy and the rest of the bridal team are exceptionally kind and make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. Their dresses were above and beyond any other dresses I had seen, and the store itself is gorgeous. I felt so comfortable and can't wait to go back to try my dress on. Bianka Bridal was the third salon I visited in a weeks time and was by far the best experience I had. I went in looking for a particular dress (Pronovias Pladie) and was ecstatic to discover it hanging in the racks among a plethora of jaw-dropping dresses. After meeting my consultant and expressing to her my infatuation with the Pladie dress, she proceeded to pick out dresses with a similar essence for me to try on. Once in the dressing room we decided to save the dream dress for last and start with her other suggestions. She did an excellent job picking dress options because I liked every single one I tried on, but I couldn't stop thinking about the Pronovias Pladie. So she quickly clipped me into it and I immediately knew it was my dress. They were great with allowing me to stand on the pedestal and bask in the moment of choosing my dress. They were very helpful with suggesting accessories and a seamstress for when my dress arrived (~5 months from the order date). Overall the experience was amazing and I left feeling like I was in a dream. Thank you ladies at Bianka Bridal for providing brides with such an individualized experience and gorgeous bridal gowns. Can't wait to slip into my beautiful Pronovias on my big day!

Ahhh! A sigh of relief for many reasons after finally walking into my appointment at BIANKA. After shopping for gowns at five shops before hand, there was a sense of ease and a feeling of accomplishment in being one step closer to completeness in bridal/wedding planning.
BIANKA was the first salon appointment I had booked in town because I knew my fiance would be out of town that weekend....others I had planned before that had just come up in shopping curiousness and those planned after were cancelled by me. I shopped alone as I am an out-of-state bride, and Katia was very accommodating and had keen ear for listening and a detail-oriented eye to understand and find the aspects I was looking for in my dream dress.
I didn't feel pressure to buy unlike two prior appointments I had been on. I was very matter-of-fact when it came to a dress I gravitated towards that was over by budget that I didn't even want to try it on. Katia didn't just put those dresses to the way-side and make me feel cruddy for not being able to afford it, she knew the dress and details of why I liked it and suggested or even found dresses with those details in other dresses that were within my budget.
Being an out-of-state bride, Katia on my first appointment asked if I was going to Skype with friends or family back home. I hadn't known I could; we have made arrangements for me to on my later appointment to give my mother and I the most authentic experience for mother-daughter dress decision making and the "say yes" experience.
I came in with a dress in mind, re-tried it on at BIANKA, and still loved it. Katia and I had gone through my wishes and what I was looking for via those past five experiences, and pulled things mainly that she had suggested. The other dress (my top pick at the moment) was one of Katia's suggestions/finds! She really is great at this!!!

Went to a few different bridal stores but this is the most personal and individual experience I had while shopping. It was nice not to be competing for one big mirror with other brides like at other stores. I am returning to Bianka to order my dress and feel very comfortable with my decision and am glad that they earned my business.

Bianka bridal exceed any expectations I had of a bridal shop. I thought about going to Chicago, and I tried a few shops in Holland, but nothing was nailing what I wanted to "feel" like in a wedding dress. I made an appointment and they gave me a few to try on. One of the owners came in during my session and randomly pulled a dress based on what I looked like, and the dresses I was saying no too. The dress she pulled was unbelievable and ended up being the dress I wanted! Along with that, they found the perfect bridesmaids dresses and one of my bridesmaids actually wants it in white for her own wedding dress! They were very flexible with my multiple try-on appointments to decide what dress I wanted. I was blown away by quality and uniqueness of their dresses and i would highly recommend Bianka Bridal to anyone!

The women at Bianka Bridal were amazing and so caring to work this. Its difficult at times getting a huge group of women together and making everyone happy. They all made me feel so comfortable and warm. I visited another bridal place and I was not impressed at all. I plan on getting my flower girl dress and bridesmaids dresses at Bianka also. I searched high and low for a wedding dress. Honestly I probably tried on over 100 dresses before coming to Bianka. Everyone had told me that when I found the dress I would "know" it was the dress and I was starting to believe that I would have to just settle for any old dress. Bianka was one of our last attempts to find a dress and I completely fell in love with a dress there! Maria was my consultant and she was so sweet and pulled some amazing dresses for me. My dress came in quick! My dress was a bit too small in my hips which was disappointing and eventually I had to have it taken out by my seamstress- so be careful about was size they order for you. I would've rather had it been too big on me. My weight did not change at all from the time the dress was ordered and when it came in. I actually ended up losing 5lbs before the wedding and my dress was still too tight around my hips. Definitely work with Maria if you go here- she is the best!

I highly recommend Bianka bridal to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, elegant and unique wedding gown. There is a wide selection of well-made wedding dresses with different styles and great designer brands that could fit in your budget. Ashley helped me on my two appointments, she is very helpful and patient. The whole process is enjoyable and memorable. You will not find the same experience elsewhere in the area.

The salon is clean, the staff is knowledge, they carry BEAUTIFUL dresses and they are super helpful. I didn't feel as if I was being rushed or that I was a bother. They go the extra mile, they say they will take pictures or bridesmaids dresses and send them to me once they see them at market or when it enters the store, they were googling things and showing me cloth samples and really trying to get a feel for my vision so she could help the best she could. I ended up with one of the more pricier gowns but I loved a lot of the ones I tried on that were much less. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

I had a great experience when shopping at Bianka Bridal. They really make you feel special and listen to what you like and dislike. I also really appreciated their suggestions. The only thing I would say is that I wish they has alterations on site. It would make it easier for brides to get everything done on their dress at one stop! My wedding is in November and I can't wait to wear my dress!

This was only my 2nd place I looked at for my wedding dress and I booked an appointment the same day my mom and friends were able to go look at wedding dresses for me and they fit me in last minute. I loved the sales associate and especially the owner who worked with me in finding the perfect dress for me. She grabbed every dress I liked and also went out of her way to grab more dresses she thought would look beautiful on my body even if at first I was hesitant about it. She helped me try on all of the dresses and also provided the proper undergarments for each dress to make them look stunning. She went above and beyond working with me to make me feel beautiful and look beautiful in dresses I wouldn't have picked myself. And after trying on about 5 dresses I had found the dress that we all knew was the one! It was such an amazing experience with them, that I would recommend every girl to go try on wedding dresses at BIANKA Bridal in Grand Rapids.

I came to BIANKA twice to chose my wedding dress and really enjoyed my experience. The ladies who greet you and help you with your dress selection are a hoot and absolutely wonderful to talk with - they make the experience wonderful. The types of dresses and number of options makes this a perfect place to find your perfect dress. However, the dresses available to try on are really only made for people a size 2 or smaller, which was disappointing. I found my dream dress, but in the mirror and with everyone watching it clearly did not fit me properly and made me feel quite fat (I'm normally a size 6). I looked past the fact that you could tell the dress was two sizes too small and ordered it in my size and it ended up being absolutely perfect.

Loved Bianka Bridal! This was the second shop I visited for dress shopping, and I felt like they had a lot of truly unique dresses. I wanted to stick close to my budget, and they did a great job of keeping me on track (it was tough to not want to try on a $$$ gown, as they were all beautiful). They listened to what I was looking for, and the only gown that they pulled for me out of my selection was the one that I loved! Definitely go here to try on some gowns- great boutique and personalized feel.

Dirty Dresses

I booked a last minute appointment at this shop while I was in town. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating to my last minute request. Once I got in though, it was very dirty and discouraging to try on dresses. Many of the dresses were actually dirty with spots of yellow and brown on them. I understand fabric yellows with age, but these were just dirty. The stylist helping me did a good job at laughing things off when I bluntly told her I didn't like things (I had done some shopping and knew what I was looking for already). When it came to picking out dresses though, she wouldn't let me take a look around, she picked out all the dresses for me and kept making me try on things even if I said I didn't like them. When trying on the actual dresses, the fitting rooms were so small the stylists could barely reach for slips or get the zippers up. The rooms also had one white LED light in them with no air circulation, making it feel like I was sitting in a sweaty dentists office with one small white light beating down on my face. Overall awful experience and would not go back despite their shockingly low prices and early accommodations.

I was very disappointed during my experience for bridesmaids dresses at Bianka Bridal. The staff did not engage with any of my girls, no one helped my girls look for dresses, no one offered to bring in any different styles or sizes. Quite frankly, all the employee's look bored and very uninterested in being at work.

We ended up purchasing the dresses from Bianka only because it was the only day we could all be together to look. I found out that upon receiving their dresses, my girls were given their dress in a plastic bag. It was wadded up and thrown in the bag, not even hung up in a regular dress bag! They offered to steam the dresses before the wedding, but my girls are spread out all over MI and my wedding is in Kalamazoo! No help there.

I would not recommend Bianka Bridal to anyone. They were not friendly, very unprofessional, and clearly did not take care of $260 dresses(6 total were purchased) when they received them in their shop.

Daughter's Death and no resolution on Dress

I'm just postng to a very disturbing situation going on for 18 months with Bianka's Bridal Grand Rspids, Mi. Our daughter passed away from a tragic accident and was unable to try on the new, unopened, unpacked bridal gown from Bianka's Bridal and after Several phone calls, messages with 3 different women, we still have an unresolved reasonable refund. As a 33 yr veteran of retail stores, I asked if the dress could be put in stock and sold and was told that I didn't understand and that they only had "uppity, savy, couture customets" and that the sale of any such dress would not be possible. The lack of compassion, empathy and professionalism astounded us , as we would have given a full refund within the confides of a horrible death to any family. The caterer, jeweler,venue, florist, cake/baker and printers all refunded all needs without any questions or death certificate. I wish no harm to Bianka's but pray they can find empathy in their hearts and rethink their wallets!!. This family has need through enough

Bianka was my first wedding dress shopping experience. I felt very very uncomfortable. Katia was helping me and she barely said two words the entire time. I was not in love with any of the dresses but liked one. She made me feel pressured into buying it. Dress shopping was nothing like I imagined but I bought the dress because I thought if this was what wedding dress shopping was like I didn't want to do it for another second. When I came back to pick up my dress I expressed my concerns about the fit. In the first appt I expressed how I liked the way the dress was tight and form fitting. I knew it was a size too small but Katìa never mentioned that the dress is actually supposed to just drape and that once my size comes in, the one thing I really loved about the dress would go away. When I expressed this to the girls at my fitting I was ignored and just told it would all work out. I called back a few days later only to have Katìa say extremely rude things to me. I was nothing but kind through the entire process and just wanted to be done with the shop. I ended up having a full day of dress shopping thanks to my mom who wanted me to have the experience most brides have and I did! It was wonderful and I found the dress of my dreams thanks to a wonderful staff at The Gown Shop in Ann Arbor. While wedding planning I had several companies who have worked with them also tell me stories about how rude they are and how they really dislike working with Bianka. There are so many amazing shops that deserve business... They do not!
