I had the best experience at Renee Austin Wedding salon! I went to the salon in June 2024 to look for a dress for my May 2025 wedding. My mom and sister joined the appointment. Mia, my stylist, had the sweetest, kindest, and most calming disposition. She immediately set me at ease. She respected my budget and my asks. She listened to me, but also emboldened me. With her professional and experienced hand, I was able to try on a number of different dresses. When the top 2 emerged, she was so sweet and patient, letting me swap between them, see them in different light, style them, etc. Then, when I said yes, she celebrated right along with us! She was simply the best and made the entire experience so special! Her and the team then walked us through sizing and ordering, also making what could be a stressful experience incredibly seamless. My dress arrived in late September 2024. I was so worried because I had missed the original email saying it was there and hadn't confirmed my pickup. Additionally, I live about 2.5 hours away from the salon and couldn't just swing by. Mia and the team were so kind about the entire situation, helping me find a solution that worked to pick up my dress. When I did made it back to the salon I got to see Mia again. And she made me feel just as excited to pick up my dress as I was to pick it out! I would highly recommend checking out Renee Austin Wedding! They had a wonderful selection of dresses with varying styles and price points. They were easy to communicate with, a breeze to work with, and made the entire experience fun!

I had the best experience at Renee Austin! My bridal consultant Paige was absolutely fantastic! She was such a pro and made the experience exceptional! She was able to listen to my style and picked dresses that matched this perfectly! So happy I came to Renee Austin and would highly recommend!

I cannot day enough positive things about Renee Austin and Eliza. Not only did she help me find the absolute perfect dress, she made me feel incredibly comfortable. From Day 1 she listened to me so well, based on listening to my likes and dislikes she found my dress for me and I would’ve never found it myself!! Plus the store itself is adorable and all the staff and very very friendly! 100% recommend!

The stylist I worked with was Eliza and let me just tell you she was amazing! I had gone online and found dresses I liked based on the vendors they sell and showed her photos. She pulled all of the dresses I liked and then when I started to tell her exactly what I did and did not like about the dresses she pulled ones that matched what I wanted. I told her my budget right away and she made sure not to bring any dresses outside of my budget. She was truly incredible to work with and she wasn't just trying to make a sale. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. I ended up finding my dress and also doing alterations through who they recommend as well once the dress came in. Absolutely wonderful experience!

I had in mind the style I wanted when I walked in, but the dress Mia pulled for me was a DREAM! I couldn’t believe she picked that based on my vision. She was truly amazing!! She stayed in my price range and was great with helping me during the whole process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She continuously asked how I was feeling and what I was thinking. The salon itself is cute and small. It had a very wide selection of dresses. I would highly recommend this bridal salon to everyone. I cannot wait to get married in my dress!!

This was my second stop while finding my dress. It is a smaller shop but they do not limit the dresses to your size. At other larger shops they only kept me in my size but the staff here found my dress 5 sizes larger that my usual. Unfortunately, my dress was ordered too small, but they fixed it by allowing me to use their seamstress and have it taken out for free! Astounding service and imaginative. Go here for amazing service!

I loved how comfortable my consultant made me feel throughout the shopping process. I found a beautiful dress for a great price.

I was helped by Mia while searching for a wedding dress and she was able to bring me options I loved that I would have never picked myself. It was such a fun and relaxing experience compared to other wedding dress shops I had been too. And they were very personal. I loved the thank you card they sent me in the mail, it made me even happier that I had bought my dress from them. I would highly recommend looking for your wedding gown at renee austin

I found the perfect bridal dress here and also bought all my bridal party dresses. The dress was fitted perfectly. Only issue was after several calls, they could not get a swatch in for me so I could match things to the bridal party. They said that sometime Jasmine isn’t responsive about those things and it’s out of their control. They cut a piece of fabric from their own swatch to give me.

They recommended a seamstress who was great to work with, but I was very upset with the results because she stitched through my dress to make the bustle and the dimples from it were noticeable. She isn’t part of the bridal shop, so I won’t base my rating on the seamstress.

The staff at Renee Austin were incredible. So attentive, thoughtful, and respectful of wishes/budget. Not only is my wedding dress the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, I had such a fun time shopping here. Ask for Eliza - she's the sweetest!
