I've been taking items to be altered to Ha Alterations for years, and they've always done such beautiful work! Because of this, I knew I wanted to take my wedding dress to them for alterations. The biggest task was my ceremony dress for my wedding. When I first ordered it, I loved everything about it. However, when it arrived at the dress shop, there were many things I didn't like about how it fit in my size as compared to the larger sample size that I tried on in the store. So I had a few pretty big changes I was hoping that Ha Alterations could do in addition to the minor alterations (such as, shortening the straps). I had purchased extra fabric from the dress shop to be used to cover the open back on the dress, and also to change the shape of the dress from a mermaid to a trumpet/slim A-line. Since they needed to restructure a lot of the dress, I had no clue how this was going to turn out, and was very nervous to see the outcome. When I picked up my dress at the final fitting, I was completely in awe at how beautiful it turned out!! I absolutely loved my dress. The alterations made the dress look like it was designed that way from the beginning, and the dress fit me perfectly. Ha does beautiful work, and I highly recommend them for wedding dress alterations! The only piece of advice I have is to get your dress to them early - they do book up quickly, so try to contact them at least 4 months in advance.

It can be intimidating to leave a loved garment somewhere for alterations, especially your wedding dress! Ha Alterations had to completely remove the zipper, tighten the waistline, and re-attach the zipper - all while working on a bodice top with lots of boning. The dress fit me perfectly after alterations and the owners were incredibly congratulatory and kind. I would absolutely trust their expertise with another garment again.

I would absolutely recommend HA Alterations for any alteration you need! They are easy to work with, quick to respond and super talented! I asked if they could customize my wedding dress sleeves and they went above and beyond to make it match perfectly with the rest of my dress. Ha Alterations took my dress a month before the wedding and finished it the week of! They did AMAZING work! There were some minor fixes and they handled it right away! Awesome service.
