I have nothing but good things to say about Eugenia's! They were able to add to and take away from my dress to give me the exact look I wanted. Employees are willing to stay late for a customer and always have many resources available for the bride-to-be. Their prices are amazing and they are very nice people!

Eugenia's bridal was AWESOME! They went above and beyond for my wedding and even topped it off with a surprose gift for me. They personally made me a garter that matched my dress! My gown was beautiful and fit me perfectly. I was measured and followed the sizing chart and my dress fit me almost perfectly when it came in. Every company has different sizes and most woman hate to be told they are a bigger size when they normally wear a smaller size, but that's just how dress makers are! Eugeina added a small colored sash and ties to my dress with perfection. My sister is going to Eugenia's for her wedding and they are taking care of her just the same. Everyone I speak to, they tell me aout their awesome experience at Eugenia's! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! A++ customer service and quailty!

I purchased my dress off-rack from Eugenia's at an amazing price - about a year before my wedding. They recommended I come back about 4-6 months before for alterations, which I did. The only alterations needed were to reduce the bust size and arrange the bustling accordingly. The dress, in the end, was magnificent - truly. However, I ended-up going back three times...after the first time, I was told to come back for a "final" fitting, and the dress would be done. It wasn't - cuts had been made, and basically safety-pinned together. The next time I was to come with the person I was going to have do my bustling the day of the wedding, so they could learn where everything was. So, I had my sister come from two hours away for the appointment. We arrived for the appointment, and had to wait about 45 minutes because my dress was being worked on...but still was not done when we actually had the chance to put it on....so, again I was to come back with my sister for the second "final" fitting, which was a week before my wedding. Again we followed directions, and while my sister was halfway to my house, I received a call saying that nothing had been done on my dress...you can probably guess that at that point, I was freaking out. After a few frantic phone calls, I received a call back from the dress shop saying - oops - it was in fact done...they had just thought it was not done...
God love the woman who was doing the alterations - she was so sweet!...although, a bit flustered it seemed, given the above confusion. I must say though, that everyone at the shop is extremely sweet, and Eugenia is VERY VERY knowledgable and very talented. And, even with the craziness, Marta is awesome, too!!! : )

Bought bridesmaids dresses and wedding dress at this store. Conservatively priced and recommended although when Eugenia (store owner) measured me for the train hooks, those hooks were just loops of thread and they ripped before I even made it to the reception. May want to request metal hooks/clasps instead to avoid having your train stepped on, ripped, and ruined.

Eugenia was very helpful and knowledgable with the alterations that I needed for my dress. They don't have a big selection of dresses or tuxes but everything is very nice and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, would not recommend
I would not recommend coming here. I brought in a bridesmaid dress with straps that were far too long, falling off of my shoulders and causing the dress to fall forward. I explained this problem and that everything else fit well. She told me the straps were fine and it was the waist that needed to be taken in. As I am not a tailor, I assumed she knew best. I came back 1wk later and the dress could not hook, physically not fitting my body. She told me I must be retaining water weight since it’s summer, and that she would take it out 0.25” on each side. The next week the dress still barely hooked, I could not take a full breath, and the straps were still falling off. She told me she did not want to let it out any further because then it would be the way it was when I brought it in, but she did alter the straps. The next week the straps fit great, but obviously the dress was still far too tight. She once again said I must be retaining water weight. Rather than argue, I thanked her, paid, and decided to take my dress elsewhere for help so I could be comfortable wearing it. The second tailor was shocked at the work done. She took it out another 2” before it fit properly, meaning the waist really never did need to be taken in. She redid most of the stitching on the inside because it was not tapered and stitches were loose/torn, the lining was sewn into the stitching where it shouldn’t be, and the straps were not reattached well. Lots of hassle, not worth the money or stress.

I did not order my dress through this vendor, thank goodness, but the mens' party did order their tuxes through them. The mother and grandmother of the groom also ordered dresses through them. Groom's mother: selected a 2XL dress on clearance that she fell in love with but she is a petite size 8 - they told her they could alter it! Long story short, they couldn't shrink the dress (as any professional seamstress should know and admit) down to her size, and in their attempt the seams were crooked, the entire dress shifted, and the sleeves different lengths. The dress was unsalvagable and my mother-in-law ended up finding another for a much higher price at the last minute. I don't know if her additional costs were repaid to her. Groom's grandmother: selected a beautiful skirt-suit that she wished to be shortened to knee length. The skirt hem was crooked as well as the jacket hem when they finished - mother-in-law so disgusted she stated she would just return the suit after the wedding as there wasn't time for remedies. Groomsmen: Not much trouble, but when the ring-bearer's mother called to ask for tux info so she could search in her hometown she was berated for the inquiry! When she contacted a local vendor in her hometown she was put on hold - when the rep returned he informed her he had just received a call from THIS vendor requesting prices for the exact same tux. Needless to say, ring-bearer got his tux from the local vendor and they charged half the price! The last bit of feedback I have is that when my father tried on his tux the pants needed to be shortened - the seamstress was going to "eye-ball" the measurement until my mother insisted she use a measuring tape ... the "eye-balling" would have resulted in the pants being an inch too short. I would highly recommend NOT using this vendor!

I had a really bad experience with this vendor. My sister the bride brought all of her girls to this store. We found a dress that was amazing and it was in the perfect color for my sisters wedding. When we all stepped up to be sized the lady could not get the correct measurements. The size dress that we all tried on was a 12 and which was loose on all of the girls. When the measurements were dont the lady had told most of the girls they were a size bigger than a 12.... didnt make sense when the size 12 was too big. After much arguement we talked the lady down to smaller sizes... not necessarily correct sizes. Then Eugena herself came out and re measured us. When she took my measurements she told me I was a size 10. I told her that I was not and that I was a size 6. She told me that I could step down to an 8 but it would be snug and that I would not be able to gain a gram. I was very offended by this unprofessionalism. So with her expertise I went with an 8. I then picked up the 8 and tried it on and to no surprise... it was a size too big, So I called Eugena about this and she told me that I would either have to buy a new dress or get alterations... which she would work with me on. I was very furious because during that conversation she told me that I told her I wanted and 8 and it was my fault.. but she was the one who told me that the 8 would be snug on me. Basically this vendor is out for $. She obviously wanted to make more $ on the alterations, I am very disappointed and will not be giving anymore of my business to Eugena. In fact I am spreading the word. So buyer beware, this vendor is out for $.
