I have nothing but good things to say about Eugenia's! They were able to add to and take away from my dress to give me the exact look I wanted. Employees are willing to stay late for a customer and always have many resources available for the bride-to-be. Their prices are amazing and they are very nice people!

Eugenia's bridal was AWESOME! They went above and beyond for my wedding and even topped it off with a surprose gift for me. They personally made me a garter that matched my dress! My gown was beautiful and fit me perfectly. I was measured and followed the sizing chart and my dress fit me almost perfectly when it came in. Every company has different sizes and most woman hate to be told they are a bigger size when they normally wear a smaller size, but that's just how dress makers are! Eugeina added a small colored sash and ties to my dress with perfection. My sister is going to Eugenia's for her wedding and they are taking care of her just the same. Everyone I speak to, they tell me aout their awesome experience at Eugenia's! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! A++ customer service and quailty!

I purchased my dress off-rack from Eugenia's at an amazing price - about a year before my wedding. They recommended I come back about 4-6 months before for alterations, which I did. The only alterations needed were to reduce the bust size and arrange the bustling accordingly. The dress, in the end, was magnificent - truly. However, I ended-up going back three times...after the first time, I was told to come back for a "final" fitting, and the dress would be done. It wasn't - cuts had been made, and basically safety-pinned together. The next time I was to come with the person I was going to have do my bustling the day of the wedding, so they could learn where everything was. So, I had my sister come from two hours away for the appointment. We arrived for the appointment, and had to wait about 45 minutes because my dress was being worked on...but still was not done when we actually had the chance to put it on....so, again I was to come back with my sister for the second "final" fitting, which was a week before my wedding. Again we followed directions, and while my sister was halfway to my house, I received a call saying that nothing had been done on my dress...you can probably guess that at that point, I was freaking out. After a few frantic phone calls, I received a call back from the dress shop saying - oops - it was in fact done...they had just thought it was not done...

God love the woman who was doing the alterations - she was so sweet!...although, a bit flustered it seemed, given the above confusion. I must say though, that everyone at the shop is extremely sweet, and Eugenia is VERY VERY knowledgable and very talented. And, even with the craziness, Marta is awesome, too!!! : )
