I required a vegan wedding cake for my wedding and what Marney came up with was amazing! I had the coconut cake, and even my friend, who does not like fresh coconut, loved it! We ate it for 3 days, then went away for 2 weeks so we froze some of it and when we got back i defrosted it and when i ate it, it tasted just as good as our wedding night!! Marney was very easy to work with and quick to respond, even though we were working via email from different countries and different time zones, i would definitely deal with Marney again! yummmmm

Marney put so much time, effort, care and attention to making the perfect cake for our wedding. We came across Marneycakes by accident online but we could not have had a luckier find. Marney was gracious and happy to accommodate all of our tasting requests, the many different cake and filling flavors she offers are so amazing, it was difficult to choose. Marney only relies on high quality fresh and natural ingredients for her cakes, which was really important to us. she was such a pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble. She understood exactly what we wanted and effortlessly created the most beautiful wedding cake. Everyone commented on how delicious it tasted and as testament to this we had about 60 in attendance and the cake accommodated 80, not a slice was left! We highly recommend Marneycakes our expectations were not only exceeded, they were completely blown away!

Working with Marney was exceptional - she was very flexible and gracious, and definitely knows how to make an AMAZING cake. We had alternating tiers and both were so scrumptious!! Many of the guests commented on how delicious and beautiful our cake looked (and tasted). If I were having a wedding every month I would definitely ask Marney to make my cake! She also made two coffee cakes for the morning of the wedding so that everyone who visited the bridal suite could taste the magic. Truly wonderful - we'll definitely work with her again!

I used Marneycakes for a bridal shower and could not have been more pleased. The cake was absolutely delicious, and looked beautiful! We told Marney that we were having a tea party themed shower, so she created a teapot shaped cake! It was a huge hit with the guests, the flavors were unique but enjoyable to everyone and it came at a great price! I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had working with Marney - HIGHLY recommend!!

Marneycakes was the greatest vendor to work with. The quality of service was exceptional and went beyond all of our expectations. The cake was so beautiful we didn't want to eat it but we are so glad we did because it was the most delicious cake any of us had ever had. If we could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner we would have!!

MarneyCakes provided the cake for my stepson's bar mitzvah. Marney was completely receptive to our idea to have a Tae Kwon Do theme cake. We chose a two-layer cake with two fillings and buttercream chocolate frosting. The cake had my stepson's monogram piped on to the center. To make the theme come alive, Marney dipped various colored fruits in glazed sugar.
The cake itself was absolutely delicious - the freshness of ingredients apparent in every bite. MarneyCakes is without artificial flavoring and the natural goodness of the ingredients she uses comes through. You just feel healthy and happy eating a piece of MarneyCakes.

My friend was planning a wedding in NY, but is living in New Zealand. I searched the internet for someone in NY who could make a vegan wedding cake for my friend. When I found Marney's site I looked at the pictures and read the reviews and felt comfortable reaching out to her. Marney was quick to get back to me and answered all my questions, and she even gave us some suggestions. She and I and the bride worked together through email on all the details. My friend ended up choosing the coconut rum cake and boy was everyone happy! This cake was THE BEST cake that I have ever had. Marney was very professional and very friendly. She made such a great cake that I would recommend her to anyone!
