Simply one of the very best cakes I've ever had in my life! Not only was the design amazing, but it was also light, fluffy and absolutely delicious! We are more than ecstatic to have worked with them, and we were really pleased with the amazing cake they set up for us. We thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts!

There was so many choices of creating the cake. The cost of the cake was very good and the little kids loved it! Came on time and it was my dream cake for my wedding.

Our wedding cake was fabulously decorated and designed by the folks at Gail Watson Cakes.It was an honor that have worked with such professional individuals.The wedding cake we where looking for was a simple white wedding cake that had very beautiful flower designs along the layers.That is exactly what we received.It tasted so yummy and was still moist when we cut it.I would highly recommend Gail Watson Cakes they are the best cakery in New York.

my cake was absolutely perfect. It was gorgeous, detailed with sugar flowers, and it tasted amazing. Everyone said it was the best tasting wedding cake they ever had!

I didn't have much time to focus on the wedding cake. Gail made sure she asked me enough questions to understand my vision and the outcome was better then what I thought it would look like. I gave her a color and my invitation design and she captured the look perfectly. The cake was yummy as well.

We had the most impossible cake in mind...and they did it. White cake with chocolate swirls inside. Outside, a thin coat of chocolate ice cream with white frosting...they did it immediately for us. No problems...it was exactly what we had in mind and they made it a reality. Amazing. Highly recommend them.

They made my cake and also my wedding favors. It was the only place that was willing and able to make the cake i had in mind. They were wonderful. The cake was delicious.
