I was ghosted by a different baker 3 months before my wedding. I was panicking because I reached out to other bakers only to find that they were all booked up for the month of June. Frenchy was the first one to give me good news: that he was available to make my husband and my wedding cake dreams come true. There are so many cake flavors to choose from, from the classic chocolate and vanilla, to more uncommon flavors like passionfruit. We ultimately went with a vanilla cake with lemon mousse to keep things simple (and to be mindful of the various allergies our guests have). The cake Frenchy delivered was far from simple. We asked, and he delivered: a traditional 3-tier wedding cake with the usual white frosting with a cascade of royal blue and purple flowers. It was a work of art. And the cake itself was divine. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with.

Frenchy was an absolute pleasure to work with ! He was willing to work with me creatively to bring our vision to life in the very specific cake we wanted. Highly responsive, enthusiastic, creative and accommodating. On top of all that, the cake was DELICIOUS!! We are so happy with how everything turned out.

What can I say about Frenchy's Cake Designs? Delicious, beautiful, original, tasteful, amazing artistry! We were totally blown away by the cake and cupcakes that were created. Guests thought the cakes were part of the decorations. All we provided were a few snap shots of color theme and flowers to Frenchy's, they took it from there. We've used Frenchy's for milestone birthdays and engagement parties and will continue to do so. Professional service, excellent communication skills.

My husband and I wanted a Jamaican wedding cake for our wedding. We did several cake tasting but could not find what we were looking for, then a friend suggested Frenchy’s. We were so happy to find him. The design of the cake was beautiful and the taste was amazing. He knew exactly what we wanted.

Frenchy designed and baked our wedding cake for our wedding on July 11th, 2016. He was extremely responsive from our very first contact to the day of our wedding, instantly answering all of our questions by text/email/phone, and was easygoing, warm and very receptive to our ideas during our initial meeting for cake tasting and cake design. He provided many many pictures and design ideas during the planning stages and we were able to integrate these into a single plan for our dream cake. The result was absolutely stunning and better then we could have ever imagined. Neither we nor our guests could stop looking at our cake throughout the day! Once dessert was finally served, the red velvet and vanilla filling was delicious and the volume was huge! We had plenty to feed all of our guests with the bottom 3 tiers and cannot wait to relive our event when we eat the groom's cake (top tier) next year. Last, but not least, Frenchy's prices are so refreshingly reasonable as well. We would definitely recommend Frenchy's cake designs to anybody wanting an amazing human being to bake not just an amazing cake but a unique (and very budget friendly!) work of art for their next special event :).
