I can't say enough good things about Alice's - the cake was to die for (I'd been to other tastings and when I got to Alice's I could only think - "this is what wedding cake is suppose to taste like!"), they were super receptive to my ideas and requests and it was positively beautiful)

Working with Colette Foley the Cake designer was an absolute pleasure! She did a wonderful job with my cake and was very accomodating and professional from start to finish. The cake was all our guests raved about and we couldn't have been more pleased with the taste and look of the cake. If I had to rate her alone, she would get all 5 stars!
My rating above is strictly based on how I was handled as a customer with Alice's Tea Cup. The person who contacted my regarding final payment was Katie...she was rude and completely unprofessional. She was unapologetic for her behavior. I was then contacted by the manager Michael, who did smooth out the unpleasant experience with Katie, however promised to send me a gift certificate to his location, to ensure I stay a valued customer. It is now Sept 9th and I have yet to receive this voucher. I guess it goes to show how unimportant a bride is to them. I would highly recommend Colette Foley, however if it means working with Alice's Teacup I would suggest being prepared to deal with the staff at Alice's Teacup.
