Ashley and her team far exceeded our expectations in making our wedding such a special and memorable occasion for us. She was not only our wedding coordinator, but also executed the decor ideas I had an envision and added her own beautiful touches. Ashley has exquisite taste, and was able to help make many of my ideas a reality. We were very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail--always showing up on time and noticing issues that we looked right past. She and her team were also genuinely friendly and good to deal with, which really went a long way towards putting our minds at ease so that my husband and I could enjoy our day.

We actually had a lot of problems the day of the wedding with the venue and one of our contractors, but Ashley and her team really stepped it up and seamlessly dealt with every issue as it came up. From our perspective, and our guests, everything appeared to come off with our a hitch. I can't say enough about how much we really appreciated all of their great work to make our dream wedding a reality!

I am the person who people usually rely on to plan their special events. I am organized, resourceful, and spent hours on end researching/planning for my own wedding. I was absolutely certain I would not need to hire a wedding coordinator. Boy, was I wrong! As the months approached, I joined Project Wedding, and through the blogs I realized that there were many wedding day details that had not even occurred to me. That is when I met Ashley Kohler. Ashley was eager to help me with any questions I had. I was thrilled to find that Ashley had started her own business. Her wedding was gorgeous and meticulously planned. I knew I was in excellent hands. Ashley was a delight to meet. I could tell immediately that she absolutely loved planning weddings. She wowed me with her ideas and attention to detail. Having her stellar team present on my wedding day was the reason why the day went without a hitch. Ashley made sure that if a situation arose, I would not be aware of it. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves throughout the day, focusing on our family, friends, and most importantly- each other. Having Ashley as our DOC proved to be invaluable. I highly recommend her to all brides to be, whether you are clueless in the planning process or think you have it all under control. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Ashley and her husband Chris. There is no way my wedding would have worked without them there. Ashley is so organized and remembered EVERY LITTLE DETAIL....I didn't even think it was humanly possible to remember that many things!!!! She was always available when I called for help...she ran errands for me that I couldn't since I lived 400 miles from the wedding location. If there was ever a problem, she found an immediate solution. I really can't put into words the gratitude I have for Ashley. She is an amazing person and I was the luckiest bride to have her help!!!
