Katelynn was our month-of coordinator for our May 2022 wedding at Seven Branches and she was awesome to work with!

She made the day run super smoothly. Her relaxed demeanor kept everyone calm and her attention to detail meant that everything was executed as envisioned and ran ahead of schedule without feeling rushed.

Katelynn was the best wedding planner we could have asked for. From the start, she was very responsive to emails, answered all our questions and provided us with a helpful wedding checklist. She made the wedding day very easy- from very brief descriptions of how we wanted the decorations, she set everything up perfectly without us needing to help at all while also seamlessly keeping everyone on schedule. She made sure things ran completely smoothly and was very fun, kind and supportive. Would highly recommend!

We searched near and far for a wedding day-of- coordinator. We had a tall order-- we wanted someone organized, fun and easy to work with, flexible, responsive, and someone who was reasonably priced since we were on a budget. I don’t remember how I found Katelynn but I’m so thrilled we did! From our first conversation over the phone, she was so calming, accommodating, experienced, responsive and sweet. We instantly felt at ease with her and knew we could trust her with our big day. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process— accommodated our requests and was always so communicative with us and all the vendors. She made sure everything looked beautiful the day of, ensured everything went smoothly, and thanks to her, I was not stressed at all on our wedding (that is a lot coming from me). It was by far the best day of our lives and we are so grateful to Katelynn!!! She worked with us, our dj, and our “Tamada” which is a Ukrainian emcee to incorporate a lot of silly games and some Ukrainian traditions. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator or whom to hire, you will not regret going with Katelynn!!!

Katelynn is amazing. We hired her as our day-of coordinator and she was exactly what we needed. Everything was totally under control day-of - we didn’t have to worry about the thing. The 6 months leading up to the wedding she was incredibly responsive, full of good ideas when we hit a snag. Cannot recommend her enough!

Katelynn was an amazing addition to our wedding day!! We handled most of the planning ourselves but I knew I wanted someone to help with all the last minute coordination & day of logistics. Katelynn was extremely responsive, helpful with resources, fun to work with, and excellent at making sure things got DONE! Highly recommend!

Honestly, my wedding day was the most perfect day. After having my first wedding canceled due to COVID, it was hard for me to start from scratch. I didn't think the new wedding would be nearly as special as the first one we had planned. Luckily, I was completely wrong, and a lot of that is because if Katelynn! Prior to the wedding. she made planning easier, gave me suggestions of vendors I could use, kept in contact with me, and closer to the wedding day, she handled all the vendors and had multiple calls with me to ease any worries I had.

The actual day was amazing and I really don't have one complaint. I also had other vendors tell me that she was the best coordinator that they had ever worked with. She was so sweet, and my family absolutely adored her as well. We all felt her calming presence, but I also knew if something were to happen, she could step up and handle it, no problem! I highly recommend Katelynn.
