We are very professional with all of our clients but as custom cake artists who deliver and set up cakes at the same venues for multiple weddings on the same day, we are familiar with what to do at all of our weddings. We only need to know where the cake is to be placed. This does not warrant us to attend a meeting with vendors for this service only. However, we have other services that we provide that it would be essential to us meeting at the wedding or reception location. That would never be a problem. As for communication we had over 10 e-mails and numerous phone calls with this bride and groom. In fact, we met face-to-face with both the bride and groom on two occasions. They seemed to be very pleased each time. We do our best to meet all the needs of our wonderful wedding couples and their families. In fact, we have had very pleased brides and grooms whom we have never met, and they have purchased our cakes via mail orders or on the phone. We mailed samples, and they sent a picture or drawing which we designed or duplicated to their specifications.
