Our bakery is unique because we make all of our sweet treats from scratch just like Grandma does! We even have a window in our kitchen, so you can watch the magic happen. Baking is our passion, and we believe in quality over quantity. Everything is made by hand in small batches right here in our cozy kitchen. We use real butter, pure extracts, Belgian chocolate, fresh fruit, and many other quality ingredients in our everyday baking.

Hi there! I'm Cassie -- one of the owners of Flour Child Bakery (along with my mom)! When you email us for a wedding consultation, you'll be speaking directly with me. I'm also the head baker and cake decorator, which makes me the best person to chat with about all things cake! If cake isn't your thing, I understand... I served pies at my own wedding in 2012. Hello, I'm Cathy (aka "the mom"). My daughter, Cassie, and I opened the bakery in 2010. Most folks assume the bakery was my idea, and they're surprised to find out this is Cassie's dream! The ideas and recipes are all hers, and she gets to boss her momma around every day. When you come inside the bakery, you'll probably see me in the back making huge batches of Swiss meringue buttercream. I also enjoy talking to customers and seeing their smiles when they walk in the front door. I deliver and set-up most of the wedding cakes, so you might catch a glimpse of me at your venue, too!
