Our wedding cake from Brandy was beyond anything that we could have ever asked for. We met with several different vendors before deciding to go with her and we couldn’t have been happier.

Her flavors are unique and the cake itself is different than any other cake had in the area. They’re like the cakes we had in Europe and are layered with things like meringues, gellees, and creams. They’re incredibly tender and delicious and are truly pastry inspired as she says. Every single piece of cake was devoured even though we had ordered a little extra.

Then there’s the artistry. Our cake was completely unique to us and our vision and no detail went unnoticed. Our guests couldn’t believe the flowers were made from sugar. After our wedding, Brandy arranged them in an antique vase for us to keep forever. To make everything even more special, we were surprised to find a box of pastries in our hotel suite from her for our wedding night.

Brandy is a true artist and we could not have been happier with our decision to work with her. She is more expensive than the other cake vendors we had met with but it was definitely worth the splurge to have such a delicious, beautiful and memorable cake that our guests still rave about.

Brandy was an absolute pleasure to work with!! She made cakes for both our weddings (we had a small COVID wedding and a proper celebration later) and both times the cakes were the centerpiece. They were so beautiful and beyond yummy. Brandy even drove up the cake for our second wedding all the way to upstate New York for a reasonable price - beyond kind. Thank you for making our day(s) so special!

My entire wedding experience with Brandy was BEYOND exceptional! To start, our cake tasting was similar to that of a sophisticated tea party with beautiful china and gorgeous displays of a variety of cake flavors we had chosen. She even baked a cake flavor we requested that wasn't on her menu! That cake flavor ended up being our favorite and is now listed on the menu! When discussing the design, Brandy was able to take my ideas and inspiration and hand sketch in front of me a dream creation. That sketch was perfectly executed on our big day and no detail was missed! The sugar flowers looked so real that you would think they were placed by the florist! Not only did the cake look beautiful but it tasted DELICIOUS! Her slices are thick and tall so you have the perfect ratio of buttercream to cake. I think it tasted even better for breakfast the morning after our wedding!! Overall, Brandy was one of my favorite vendors on our wedding day because she was reliable, took every idea I had into consideration, and delivered amazing quality/service. I would highly recommend her for any future event, you will not be disappointed!

So I just want to start off by saying DO NOT compromise on the taste of cake just because you think there isn’t better out there or it’s too expensive. Brandy’s cakes are the best and so soft and delicious!! I have have tried so many different cakes because we have a lot of parties and did lots of tastings and nothing compares to Brandys cakes! I came not really knowing what design I wanted until I saw one of her designs and she helped me adjust it to the way I wanted it. She was so helpful and listened to what I wanted and designed the most beautiful cake! Brandy is not only talented but she puts her whole heart into what she does and it shows. There was no leftover cake and all my guests could not stop talking about how delicious the cake was! I am so blessed Brandy could make my wedding cake and blow both my husband and I out of the water with her beautiful designs and taste!

Brandy was probably one of the most professional vendors I worked with for my wedding. She’s a sweetheart and she truly has an exceptional talent. Not only did she sketch out my dream cake as we played out ideas back and forth, but she brought it to life. She’s amazing.

From day 1 to the day of the wedding picking Her out was one of the best choices I could have made . Flawless and perfect in every way . The cake was everything I had envisioned and the best tasting cake around . I will def use her for more then just this . You are in good hands and will get every penny worth of her time and skill .

She got to know us as a family. She partnered with me about my vision and wanted to make sure her ideas were welcomed. We worked together without issue!
Our wedding was beautiful and sadly I didn’t even get to see Brandy that day, but I would have gushed to her about her edible work of art! Thank you Brandy! It was beyond beautiful! Ps! Mine is the Marble beauty with the cascading white flowers!

Brandy was an excellent choice for our small wedding. It did not matter that we were a huge affair. She treated us with the same dedication and professionalism that is sometimes reserved for the big spenders. She gave us a delicious and unique flavor profile that was exquisite. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

BRANDY IS THE BEST! I don't even know where to begin this review. From the moment we met Brandy, we knew she had to make our cake. She is thoughtful, creative, and has the best heart. The road to our wedding was complex. We had to deal with two postponements due to COVID and Brandy moving out of state. Despite all of that, the cake looked and TASTED amazing! We are thrilled with how it turned out. Brandy went above and beyond to make our wedding cake special--I mean BEYOND. I am so honored that she was able to make our dream cake happen.
