Their delectable cakes and desserts are made of the finest ingredients and created from some of their very own signature recipes. Owner Kimberly Smith Cooke discovered a passion for baking at a young age, and in 2007 began providing cupcakes for those less fortunate. She now owns KSI Creative Consulting, a hub for many event planning services, and is the lead cake designer for KSI Weddings.

She has acquired certifications in cake design, sugar flower making, interior design, color mixing, and more! She loves bespoke, creating all-white decor, and working closely with event planners. She works closely with couples to ensure their custom cake matches their personal style, personalities, and wedding theme. KSI Weddings was created to help couples find wedding cake services easier.

They were very professional!
The food was delicious, our menu included Asian, American and Latin food, it was a wonderful combination! Our guest raved about the food! They even surprised the couple and prepared a personal plate with some of their favorite foods.
The service was outstanding, and the crew arrived on time!
We only wished we would have known them sooner to hire them for our other 2 sons wedding recitals, which took place all within 13 months 😜

Our wedding & Grooms cake was gorgeous! She perfected the champagne cake w/ champagne butter cream for my wedding cake alongside the red velvet for my grooms cake. The details were to perfection, especially since I wanted everything to be edible. She’s a master when it comes to flowers. It was everything we could have imagined and more. The flavors danced on my guest taste buds! They loved them! Everything was so stunning and went perfectly with our vision.
We absolutely cannot thank them enough!
