Kimberly and the Home Cooked Catering team exceeded our expectations, they went above and beyond!
They were very professional!
The food was delicious, our menu included Asian, American and Latin food, it was a wonderful combination! Our guest raved about the food! They even surprised the couple and prepared a personal plate with some of their favorite foods.
The service was outstanding, and the crew arrived on time!
We only wished we would have known them sooner to hire them for our other 2 sons wedding recitals, which took place all within 13 months 😜
We didn’t have to worry about a thing because they had a great system in place plus great experience.

40 Food and Fabulous
KSI did amazing!! The selections for menu items was extensive, giving me plenty of options for my guests. The food was fresh and beautifully displayed. -

KSI Creations was a jewel to work with! I came across her page when I was deployed. She was so easy to work with and did everything she could to work with the 10 hr time differences we had. When I returned state side it was as if nothing changed the transition was smooth. She was very informed and knowledgeable in regards to mixing and matching cake flavors. My cousin still talks about the cake tastings to this day. KSI has so much to offer.
Our wedding & Grooms cake was gorgeous! She perfected the champagne cake w/ champagne butter cream for my wedding cake alongside the red velvet for my grooms cake. The details were to perfection, especially since I wanted everything to be edible. She’s a master when it comes to flowers. It was everything we could have imagined and more. The flavors danced on my guest taste buds! They loved them! Everything was so stunning and went perfectly with our vision.
We absolutely cannot thank them enough!

50th Birthday Celebration
KSI, catered my 50th Birthday Celebration. They were professional, personable, and detailed. Everything was what expected and more, not to mention everything tasted sooo good. I Loved the experience of working with them and can't wait to work with them again and again. -

Phenomenal Services
KSI Weddings' services were phenomenal! Kimberly is a jewel and a blessing to work with. Originally I had only booked her for cake services. She ended up providing hair services for me and my bridal party. Her cakes are the epitome of perfection! The perfect level of sweetness, full of flavor and moist! Her hair skills are out of this world! She was able to tame my hair, which normally frizzes within 10 minutes of getting done. As I'm writing this my edges are still laid lol. Kimberly is humble, sweet, kind, and generous. She is a visionary and blessed me with her vision of designing my cake and hair style. I recommend her a thousand times over! Book her now! This beautiful soul will bring joy, peace and happiness to whatever atmosphere she sets her feet in. She walks and operates in the spirit of excellence! 10/10 would recommend
Professionalism was top tier! Next is creativity and taste! She made us a marble cake with strawberry marmalade and vanilla and it was spot on! All our guests LOVED the cake and left with two to three plates of cake at the end! They really made our vision come to life and while a lot of things weren’t expected on our day, KSI Catering ABSOLUTELY came through with the cake! Thank you again so much! We cannot wait to eat our top layer on our first anniversary! -

I had the pleasure of First meeting this couple through their business as they catered a date night for my husband and I in Norfolk. The food was excellent, the promptness of serving each course, the professionalism, the quality, and the taste was exquisite. The Encounter was much more than food even the atmosphere was set just by them being there. I’ve learned that when you have a meal catered it is very important that the company is fitting for the occasion. Food is something that you ingest so it’s important to me about several factors which were all met. Would recommend this company/ministry 1000 times 🙌🏾 -

Dream Wedding Cake

Immaculate
We ordered our daughters graduation cake, cupcakes and cookies and they not only were beautiful but they were so yummy! The cake was moist and the cookies were so flavorful! Kim does an amazing job! -

Worth Every Dollar
KSI went above and beyond to ensure our day was special. We told her our vision and she brought it to life. KSI was also flexible when it came to payment arrangements and allowed it to match our pay cycles from our jobs. KSI made our lives easier as she was also the event coordinator and caterer. All we had to do was show up. Everyone raved about how beautiful the designs were and that the food was delicious. -

Vendor was willing to listen to what I wanted. I trusted vendor expertise to design my birthday cake.
My cake was not only beautiful! It tasted good and was moist…everyone loved its texture and design. Will definitely be ordering again. -
