The Gala 417 was the perfect venue for our wedding. Though our wedding was on the small side, it was clear they can handle any size wedding. The Gala Gals are always quick to respond to emails and make it feel like you can never ask too many questions. The payment plan is immensely helpful and allowed us to pay off our wedding over time (based on wedding date). On the day of, Lauren, our day of coordinator was great and took care of everything! The whole team was great about telling us where and when to be somewhere. The food was delicious and there were so many choices. We are so happy with our decision to have our wedding at the Gala 417. I'm still glowing thinking about it!

Obviously the venue is absolutely stunning but what really makes it is the amazing staff! We are currently in Georgia so being so far away can be stressful but any questions I had were immediately answered and the day went seamlessly. Could not have picked a better place to have our wedding!

Answered every single email, small or bit question, and come day of, I didn’t have any stress with set up or even have to explain my decor. They delivered and made our day amazing.

If you are considering hosting your wedding or event at The Gala 417, do not hesitate! My husband and I said "yes" to Gala last year for our 120-person May 2025 wedding. Gala's all-inclusive approach makes the planning process a breeze with only needing a few additional outside vendors. I had multiple design and details meetings where the team helped me create a timeline, consulted on decor, and made sure they had our plan for the day down. Throughout the year, the team was very quick to respond to emails as questions came up. We even had a meeting with my Gala team and my photographer to ensure we were all in sync for the day. At our catering meeting, we got to sample everything and finalize our menu for the night. I could not WAIT to eat it again. To say the day went perfectly is an understatement. Gala executed beautifully on my vision for the day, and I didn't have to worry about a thing except soaking in every moment. We received so many complements about the food (I heard "that was the best filet I've ever had). The bar also ran smoothly and Gala had fresh drinks waiting for us throughout the evening. We will forever be grateful for The Gala 417 and the dream wedding they provided!!

During our first meeting with Amberly, so much stress was lifted off of our shoulders related to planning and we quickly realized this was more than just a wedding venue. The staff not only love their jobs, they are SO GOOD at it- from the many steps in planning, all the way to execution, they pull it off seamlessly and flawlessly.

They truly have everything you need in their rental collection, and they have an amazing lineup of preferred vendors to chose from if you wish.

Lyndsey was our day of coordinator and she ensured our rehearsal was quick, productive, and laid back. She was so calm the entire wedding day and ironed out all wrinkles before my husband and I even knew they were there. You want her by your side on your wedding day, trust me!

Mariah helped me with my bustle and fixed it again when my dad stepped on it and ripped it. She and Lyndsey also decorated my cake when I realized I ordered it undecorated....

The food was absolutely amazing! My family and friends raved about it after the wedding. I seriously have been craving it and wish they had their waygu beef sliders on doordash.

Gala 417 completely exceeded my expectations! Going into wedding planning, I was completely stressed about nearly everything, but the Gala team made planning so much easier! The guide that is given to you when you book with Gala lays out step by step what will be asked at the final meeting before the wedding day. It was such a lifesaver to make sure I was on track! My husband and I just had our wedding last week and are still living in bliss about how smoothly the wedding went and how much fun we had! We had a colorful, tropical paradise theme wedding. My husband and I live in Hawaii so we definitely wanted our guests to have a little taste of it. The venue's clean, white, and beautiful aesthetic really allowed all of the bright colors to pop! The staff were super nice and accommodating to our needs! The food was great, the day of coordinator made sure we were timely for each part of the evening. Leading up to wedding day, we had pretty big changes to our guest list and the Gala staff responded quickly and made our day went smoothly, so smoothly that it did not even seem like any changes were made at all. That is how seamless our wedding day felt! Our guests loved the open bar and tasty meal selections, I have received so many compliments and it is all thanks to Gala 417! You ladies did a fantastic job and we cannot thank the Gala team/staff enough for making our wedding day so special!

I don't think I could have found a better venue for our wedding! Not only is the location beautiful, but the space is as well. You can make any wedding vision come true here. The Gala 417 team are also basically miracle workers. From planning, to catering, to timeline, to design, they were there every step of the way. Very responsive and extremely helpful.

You do have to use in-house catering, but don't fret because their food is amazing! We got to choose from multiple dishes to try out during our catering meeting. And it was pretty customizable given all the choices you have. We also had open full bar for our guests (and a specialty cocktail of the night) and the bartenders kept our guests hydrate and having fun all night!

Jackie is someone I need to give special thanks to because she helped me out so much with planning, decor, rentals, and timeline. She was an invaluable source of information and even met with me outside of the pre-scheduled meetings to hash out extra details.

The day of the wedding went so smoothly. Everything was so organized. Any small special requests the day of were handled quickly (they helped me adjust an issue with my florals). The ceremony to dinner flip was efficient and beautifully executed.

It was an amazing night, more than we could've asked for, and The Gala 417 made it happen.

Absolute perfection is the best way to sum up our wedding experience with The Gala 417! For starters, The Gala 417 is absolutely exquisite! The moment you walk in the doors the Gala takes your breath away. The beautiful chandeliers, the pristine white marble floor, the elegant bar, and the bridal suite are just a few of the Gala’s incredible aesthetics. Thinking back through wedding planning and our wedding day what made the biggest impression on us was the Gala Girls. Jackie was the first person I met at the Gala in October 2021 and the impression she made on me from day 1 and throughout our planning process will always remain forever in my heart. I never had a worry in the world because of her. Sarah was the perfect Gala Girl to lead our rehearsal and to have there on our wedding day. She was sweet, funny, kind, respectful, and could keep my groom, myself, and our wedding party on track. Not an easy feat to say the least. Jackie and the rest of the Gala Girls went above and beyond and took care of anything and everything we needed during our big day. We never had to worry about anything on our wedding day which was the best feeling in the world! Our family and friends were blown away by every single staff member on our wedding night. They were all treated with professionalism and care. Those qualities are rare to find these days.

I will close with this. Many wedding blogs and/or groups say don’t expect your wedding to be perfect, there will be hiccups just make sure to embrace them. My now husband and I can say, without hesitation, that our wedding day was perfect! It was perfect in every way because of the Gala Girls. Our hearts are so full because we had the most memorable day of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The gala 417 is the best venue! They made our day magical and one I could never forget. From the moment we had our first walk through until the end of our night our wedding was perfect thanks to them. All questions I had during the planning process were always answered in a timely manner. The girls that work there are truly amazing. The day of our wedding they ensured we had everything we needed and got everything set up exactly how we wanted. They made sure we were taken care of and we never needed or wanted anything, they were on top of it all and it really allowed us to enjoy every moment of the day/night! If anyone is looking for a venue, stop looking this is definitely it !
