There simply aren't enough words to express our gratitude to Yuani Valentine, the wedding service manager & Lindsay Codekas, the floral designer manager for Colonial Williamsburg Resorts. From our very first meeting through the final moments of our daughter's wedding day, every detail was handled with professionalism, grace & genuine care! Yuani's exceptional organization, attention to detail & calm presence made the entire planning process enjoyable & stress-free. Every question was answered promptly, every concern was addressed with kindness & every aspect of the day was executed flawlessly. Lindsay's talent & creativity was evident in every arrangement. From the ceremony to the reception, the florals added so much elegance, romance, & magic to the day! And the garland around the tree was beyond magnificent. Having that as a back drop for many of our photos was the finishing touch to our daughter's magical day! Our guests are still talking about how stunning everything looked. You created an atmosphere that was truly unforgettable! Beyond these two individual's talents, they both were a joy to work with - professional, thoughtful, responsive & genuinely invested in making our daughter's special day perfect! That kind of care is rare & deeply appreciated! Booking the Delta Hotels VA Beach for our wedding was the best decision we made! From our very first tour to the last dance, the entire team was exceptional. The reception space itself is stunning and immaculate, but what truly sets them apart is their outstanding staff. Our coordinator, Dawn, was a complete lifesaver. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful atmosphere and how professional the service staff was. If you want a stress-free wedding day in a gorgeous beachfront location, I highly recommend booking this venue!

I was planning my wedding under extenuating circumstances and everything had to be done in 2 months. Nancy was an absolute gem to work with. She was extremely responsive, took on all of my chaotic questions and requests with patience and understanding, and I felt like she was genuinely invested in making sure I had the best day ever. I was so pleased with the quality of the service and how seamlessly my day went. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

If you are looking for the best venue to host your Suffolk wedding, you found it! I am a professional DJ and I work a few wedding events here every year and already have some lined up for next year. Before this year is over, I wanted to take the time and share with all review readers how grateful I am for the opportunity to be able to collaborate with such a great venue and the talented team that makes magic happen every time I am there. They communicate well with vendors, everything is always clean and looks amazing, and the layout options are awesome. The riverfront is the icing on top of the cake, I love when we get to do ceremonies out there. They surely go above and beyond for their clients to have the best time ever. I had my wedding back in October and it was absolutely amazing! Literally a dream come true, when my husband and I came to tour the venue we knew that this was the one! Evan and Tessa were amazing throughout the booking process and made everything so easy! When we came to do a final walk through and our rehearsal Andrew was so unbelievably helpful and made sure our wedding would be smooth! Day of came and everyone was so helpful! Alongside Andrew, Emily and Wes helped so much and made sure our wedding was everything we could’ve ever imagined! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to make this a dream a reality! The venue was beautiful, the suites were so comfy and the staff was amazing throughout the entire day!

Danielle was the coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. She was very good about answering my questions promptly and going over all the details. That was a big help in easing the stress of planning the wedding! You can tell she loves helping people. I would recommend her to others looking to plan a wedding at Kingsmill!

We toured many venues in the area but I wasn't happy with them. Then we toured the Hilton and it was perfect. Emily was a joy to work with and even went above and beyond to keep the city from having a concert outside the venue on our wedding weekend. The view is unbelievable. We really enjoyed having a full conference room for the groomsmen and the corner room so the bridal party could get ready with views of the ocean and Neptune.

The Founders Inn was the most spectacular place to host our wedding! It offered the perfect setting for our guests to enjoy a weekend away with us, creating so many opportunities to spend quality time together. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help with every detail to make our day truly special. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or accommodating venue for our celebration!
