The event planner went above and beyond to transform the wedding reception to the bride and groom's theme. All resources at the disposal of the hotel were offered. Extremely professional staff.Sent on 06/18/2014

I had my wedding at this hotel when the current catering manager, Angelo, was leaving and training a new manager to take his place. Angelo was very accommodating and always responded to my email questions as fast and best he could, there were frustrating moments but that is to be expected when you are planning your wedding out of state. When my husband, fiance at the time, were able to visit a week before the wedding Angelo took very good care of us, the tour of the room and food tasting was fantastic. However between this change in management a few things fell in the cracks, the new manager put dots to represent food choices on the place cards and then placed the place cards on the tables instead of the side table which lent to some confusion for guests unable to know where they were sitting (i was unaware of this until after the wedding reception). Also, the serving staff the night of the event did not go as smoothly as I hoped - everything turned out find but it was evident they had no clue at timing and were confused (cake was not handed out to guests). I highly suggest this venue, the new catering manager was very attentive and shows great promise.Sent on 02/08/2014
