They also provided a lot for us. They can provide table numbers if you like, and parts of the centerpieces. And they are just very willing to work with you.
That's probably my favorite thing about the DoubleTree. They are just so flexible and willing to accommodate you as best they can.
"We can do that for you," is the response I always received.
Jackie was wonderful. She is the contact person and is just super sweet.
For the most part, it wasn't difficult to get a response, but every once in a while I did have to send a reminder email, however she would respond immediately when I sent those.
I was happy with the presidential suite (which is a complimentary upgrade if the room is available).
It was very spacious and perfect for a getting ready area.
I can't say enough good things. Thank you for making everything easy!
