A Dream Wedding, Thanks to Dawn!
We can't say enough about how incredible Dawn, our wedding liaison at The Delta Hotel, was! From the very beginning, she made the entire planning process smooth, organized, and enjoyable. Dawn was always calm, kind, and attentive — the kind of person every couple hopes to have by their side on such a big day.
She stayed on top of every detail, coordinated effortlessly with our vendors, and made sure everything flowed perfectly on the wedding day. Her communication was clear and timely, and she genuinely cared about making our vision come to life.

Amazing Wedding at the Delta!
Our wedding on September 19th was amazing. The Delta staff, from the Event Coordinator Dawn, to the wait staff at Tides during our reception were all amazing. We had a last minute issue arise, and Dawn stepped in and helped. I love this hotel and planning my wedding was easy and affordable. All the guests enjoyed their ocean view rooms and the amenities as well as local restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the Delta!

Extraordinary Wedding!
We received so much for the price. The food was the best meal we have ever had at any wedding (people are still talking about the food). We couldn't have done it without Dawn, she's amazing! We planned the wedding over emails from Texas. Everything flowed smoothly, even with not knowing how the weather was going to turn out. They were flexible with us, and we never felt rushed which makes all the difference on your special day!

Dawn and everyone along the way were great to work with. Dawn offered flexibility and listened to all our ideas, thoughts and questions. She always responded with in 24 hours of emails or phone calls. She really responded just with in a couple of hours. She provided solutions and suggestions if we did not know the answer to questions.
Overall, It was amazing and everyone loved the food for the wedding, even more than the food at the rehearsal dinner(The Tides restaurant on premises, which the food was great too!). Guests stated the staff was polite and accommodating. As far as I know, there were no allergic reactions to anything, as we had a quite a few food allergies..

Best Wedding Venue!
Having our wedding at the Delta Marriott on Shore Drive made all of our wedding dreams and wishes come true. From the gorgeous set up on the beach, to the beautiful ballroom, to the sunset photos taken by our family and friends I would highly recommend this venue to all engaged couples. Nicki, our hotel coordinator, was a huge help during the planning process and the entree sampling was a lot of fun! We can’t thank Nicki enough for making our wedding day so special and run so smoothly. Also, the food is incredible! I love everything about the Delta!!! :)

We Loved the Delta
We got married at the Delta and couldn’t have asked for more! It was a beautiful venue and the staff was absolutely amazing. Nicki was the wedding coordinator at the Hotel and went above and beyond the call of duty for us endless amounts of time. I was constantly emailing her and texting her and she was also so calm and put out any fires I had. It was so nice to have the wedding the dinner and dancing all in a hotel where guests could stay. I would recommend the Delta to anyone! Also beach pictures at sunset are so beautiful!

If you are looking for a Waterfront place to host your Virginia Beach wedding, you found it! I am a professional DJ and I work a few wedding events here every year and already have some lined up for next year. Before this year is over, I wanted to take the time and share with all review readers how grateful I am for the opportunity to be able to collaborate with such a great venue and the talented team that makes magic happen every time I am there. A special shout out to Dawn who I worked closely with to execute the weddings, she was able to answer all my questions. They communicate well with vendors, everything is always clean and looks amazing, and the layout options are awesome. They surely go above and beyond for their clients to have the best time ever. Everything We Dreamed Of!
A beautiful, perfect experience! We had THE BEST day, and it's all thanks to Delta and their incredible team. From start to finish, Dawn communicated thoroughly, and her response time was fast. She helped from start to finish and left no question unanswered. She helped guide us with costs, hotel block arrangements, seating arrangements, our tasting, and everything in between. The hotel staff was wonderful, they greeted us all weekend with smiles on their faces, and made sure had everything we needed. We HIGHLY recommend Delta Bayfront Suites for your wedding. The location, the venue, the setting, you can't go wrong! We woke up the next morning ( in our BEAUTIFUL suite) and both said " LET'S DO IT AGAIN NEXT WEEKEND" ! Thank you Dawn & team!
