Cake design is their profession, but while conversing about the cake design Kabbie Kake owner "Kathy" made known to my daughter that she also catered."Kathy" was hard to contact and rude always. The Rudeness!!!! I felt and my guest felt at my daughter's wedding was unacceptable. She arrived late to the wedding reception. Kathy came in with her servers, she was barking orders at everyone. She fussed about a table not being in the proper place. My 72 year old father along with a few other men moved the tables in the order in which she wanted them. A friend who worked closely in the room with Kathy, said she found her to be in her own words the caterer from Hell! The food, We were told by Kathy that the quiche would be warm, they were cold. All our food was beyond cold! It was down right awful. Our table was not served water, coffee or tea. My sister in law, took her jacket and turned it inside out, wrapped it around her waist to look like a server and sought out a decanter of tea and brought it back to our table; ridiculous right? In a previous conversation Kabbie Kakes never cut wedding cake to be placed on the serving table with out being served. It's her reputation on the line. We paid for all food to be served including the wedding cake!! Guest had to walk to the table to get cake. Kabbie Kakes didn't provide boxes to place the remainder of the uneaten wedding cake in. The Grooms cake looked as if an amateur had made it. No one knew what it represented not even the Groom!!!
kabbie kakes brought a unprofessional attitude to my daughter's wedding reception. Catering is NOT your forte.
