This is an unbelievable space close to the North Suffolk, Virginia river ways with quick access, new amenities, and easy parking. The event was perfect and the guests enjoyed every moment.

There simply aren't enough words to express our gratitude to Yuani Valentine, the wedding service manager & Lindsay Codekas, the floral designer manager for Colonial Williamsburg Resorts. From our very first meeting through the final moments of our daughter's wedding day, every detail was handled with professionalism, grace & genuine care! Yuani's exceptional organization, attention to detail & calm presence made the entire planning process enjoyable & stress-free. Every question was answered promptly, every concern was addressed with kindness & every aspect of the day was executed flawlessly. Lindsay's talent & creativity was evident in every arrangement. From the ceremony to the reception, the florals added so much elegance, romance, & magic to the day! And the garland around the tree was beyond magnificent. Having that as a back drop for many of our photos was the finishing touch to our daughter's magical day! Our guests are still talking about how stunning everything looked. You created an atmosphere that was truly unforgettable! Beyond these two individual's talents, they both were a joy to work with - professional, thoughtful, responsive & genuinely invested in making our daughter's special day perfect! That kind of care is rare & deeply appreciated! If you are considering Colonial Williamsburg for your wedding or special event, we wholeheartedly recommend Yuani, Lindsay & their teams as they exceeded every expectation & helped to create memories our families will treasure for a lifetime! They’d soooo much I can say about James River Country Club 10 out of 10 definitely recommend we pick the spot because of the breathtaking view of a private beach that they have and then the inside is just a incredible as the outside it gives very elegant vibes and then the food TOP Notch I’m not a mushroom person but that mushroom ravioli, oh my God, best freaking thing I’ve had on top of all their other great choices of food that we picked for our dinner we had some of the best staff from Jo,Kristen,Rick and Conrad thanks for making my vision come to life

If you are looking for the best venue to host your Suffolk wedding, you found it! I am a professional DJ and I work a few wedding events here every year and already have some lined up for next year. Before this year is over, I wanted to take the time and share with all review readers how grateful I am for the opportunity to be able to collaborate with such a great venue and the talented team that makes magic happen every time I am there. They communicate well with vendors, everything is always clean and looks amazing, and the layout options are awesome. The riverfront is the icing on top of the cake, I love when we get to do ceremonies out there. They surely go above and beyond for their clients to have the best time ever. Review of TRCC Wedding Venue – Service MJ and I have been long-time members of Two Rivers CC, we met after our spouses sadly passed away. Our relationship struck a chord to say the least and we decided to get married and have "the wedding that neither of us ever had" at our Club! With the indispensable help of our wedding planner, Jess Akinen, the staff at TRCC: Victoria, Luis, Rachel and all of their support team, planned and put on a perfectly executed event on a beautiful day for nearly 200 of our closest friends. Luis and Victoria helped us craft the best and most appropriate selections of hors d' oeuvres, main entrees, and wines that every guest (as well as we did) absolutely raved about. They made it easy for us, they know what people like and don’t like at weddings! And their price was right in line with what one would expect at a first rate (really top of the line) venue like Two Rivers CC. I also can't say enough about how they and Jess stepped up to handle all coordination with our event vendors: photographer, florist (Blessing and Blooms was awesome!), baker, and BAND. Brett Cahoon of Good Shot Judy was the perfect MC and entertainer. Over half of our crowd (primarily retirees), stayed until the last dance and enjoyed every minute of GSJ's music. Not only did the weather cooperate, but the wedding and reception were absolutely perfect. Thank you, Jessica, Luis, Victoria, Rachel, your entire service staff for making our day fabulous. It’s 52 days later and we (and our guests) are still absolutely gushing over our outdoor, tented reception in the Renaissance Rose Court location at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens; it was the perfect venue for our wedding! Between their phenomenal staff and stunning views, they had it all! We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like VIPs throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. During our initial tour of the venue, the NBG team emphasized that they were always happy to answer any email or call that we sent their way (and boy did they mean it), so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding! Their level of communication is impeccable and I promise you will be left feeling like they will do anything to help you achieve your perfect wedding day! The NBG team are not only masters in problem solving, but they are also true professionals. They maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and helped all our vendors work together to make every small detail look perfect. The NBG team provided many different ideas and suggestions to make sure we could bring our vision to life in the best and most efficient way possible. They asked an abundance of great questions throughout the process to get a feel for what were our absolute “must haves” and even suggested some things we hadn’t thought of. We hosted our ceremony on the brick in front of the fountain at the Renaissance Rose Court location, cocktail hour at the Statuary Vista location, and then the reception was under a dreamy twinkle light tent on the first grassy tier at the Renaissance Rose Court location. Guests were in awe of the view (and we also lucked out with absolutely perfect, albeit slightly hot, weather)! They were also true champions (and professionals) to help our other vendors set up and break down through our outdoor wedding, on July 12th, in Virginia! Working with the staff at the Norfolk Botanical Garden has been an absolute pleasure from first contact until the end of the wedding day (and the next day when we stopped by to pick up a few forgotten items). Their exceptional talent, professionalism, and dedication to their craft makes them a stand out choice in the world of wedding venues! We could not recommend the Norfolk Botanical Gardens enough, and can’t wait to return to celebrate future life moments! I knew this was the place to have my wedding when I first saw it online! But meeting Ruthanne and Danielle in person really sealed the deal! From the very early planning stages all the way to end, they were extremely helpful and flexible! The food was phenomenal! The decoration was phenomenal, overall everything was just simply perfect!! I HIGHLY recommend using Kiln Creek for any event you may want to have, especially a wedding!

Sara was my wedding coordinator for my wedding and she was AMAZING!! She made my wedding day perfect and was always thinking ahead and great at coming up with solutions/ideas for wedding day when I needed help. So many of our guests were raving about how amazing the wedding day was! It was truly the best day ever and couldn’t have done it without Sara and the rest of the Lesner Inn staff. Highly recommend having your wedding here and having Sara as your wedding coordinator! The views, food, and staff is 10/10!!

We have loved the Williamsburg Winery since visiting for tastings in college, and we knew it was exactly where we wanted to get married! And it did not disappoint! We loved working with Leah, the wedding coordinator, who was happy to put up with the millions of questions we had for her, and offered lots of helpful suggestions to bring our vision to life. We also loved that catering was included as part of the wedding package; it made the process so much easier! We also took advantage of the hotel on the property, Wedmore Place, by staying there throughout the wedding weekend. Most of the bridal party and several guests also chose to stay there, and we got ready at the hotel as well. On the day of, Wessex Hall was the perfect backdrop for our vows. We love the ambiance created by all the gorgeous wood in the room, the lights and drapes on the ceiling, the fireplace we used as the alter, and wine barrels accenting the space. We were equally happy with the room once it was transformed into the reception area! Possibly our favorite feature of the venue is the wine cellar, where we were able to share our private last dance with our photographer and videographer in tow! Overall, our wedding at the Williamsburg Winery was everything we hoped it would be!
