Deep Creek Landing Marina is a waterfront wedding venue located in Newport News, Virginia. In addition to offering a full range of Marina and boating services, the property provides a picturesque setting for weddings and special events. Situated along Deep Creek Harbor, the Marina features flexible banquet facilities and scenic waterfront views, creating a beautiful backdrop for couples celebrating their special day.
Facilties and Capacity
The indoor space, Keffer Hall, at Deep Creek Landing Marina features a reception room, a full kitchen, a wet bar and a private restroom. With a neutral palette, it can serve as a blank canvas for a plethora of wedding themes. The floor-to-ceiling glass window wall allows abundant natural light to flood the venue, enhancing its bright, airy feel while blending the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, there is a covered porch and lawns that are ideal for festivities hosted in the fresh air. Up to 80 people can be accommodated inside while the combination of inside and outside space is suited to gatherings with up to 120 people. The venue also has a designated Dressing Room Suite, which includes a champagne bucket, mini-fridge, private bathroom and amenities for getting ready.
Services Offered
Couples can choose between customized packages at Deep Creek Landing Marina when planning their special occasion. Nearly-weds may book the venue for a single day or two days, depending on how much setup time is required. Bundle packages include tables, chairs, a mobile bar, unlimited use of ice machine and staff on-site to assist with parking. The staff is passionate about supporting couples as they plan their celebrations here. Soon-to-be-weds may choose their own caterers and the team is able to provide a list of some trusted vendors to make planning simple.

Breathtaking and lovely service
From the very beginning we were looking for a venue overlooking the water. Weddings truly cost an arm and a leg now days, this venue was so reasonably priced we couldn’t believe it! For how beautiful it is, and you get the venue the entire day. (From 9am to 10pm)
The ladies at the front desk are incredible, answered all of my questions and were so kind the day of to help me out! The security guard was super sweet and very helpful with any questions we had the day of.
We were allowed to have free reign on our vendors; we even had a food truck! It was a huge hit.
Everyone was telling us how gorgeous the venue was and we really couldn’t believe it ourselves. There’s open windows overlooking the water: the ceremony and cocktail hour was held outside also overlooking the water. Making for a gorgeous view!
We had about 50 people and it fit us perfectly. The bridal suit is beautiful, huge! Lots of room for multiple people: there is a full working kitchen and many bathrooms for your guests. A moving bar outside and a bar area inside!
Tables and chairs are provided which was a lifesaver!
we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a more perfect day! Would 100% do it all over again!
