New Branch Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding! It beautifully blends country charm with elegant touches, and the white barn is absolutely stunning—no detail was overlooked in its design. The expansive open field provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony, and the main reception hall was spacious and versatile, accommodating various floorplans. The venue is thoughtfully equipped, from the comfortable bridal suite to the groom’s suite, complete with video games and a lounge area. The kitchen had everything our caterers needed, and the patio was a gorgeous setting for cocktail hour. Wendy and Sam were incredible to work with, treating us like family and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend New Branch Farms for weddings and events—you’ll feel right at home in this beautiful space!

This venue was absolutely amazing!! The owners were very attentive and responded to any questions quickly and efficiently leading up to our wedding day. The beautiful property offers multiple different scenic locations to set up your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The house was the perfect getting ready space for our bridal party and had everything we needed. I highly recommend looking at this venue!!

Not only is the inn charming in and of its self, Gilbert the catering director is also so charming! We were always in communication over the months of planning and I was relaxed on the day of because I knew everything was taken care of. The garden was lovely at night with lights in the trees and the inn’s attentive staff. My mother, sister, bridesmaid, and myself stayed the night before the wedding in the garden house & my new husband and I stayed in the Todd suite the wedding night. Both rooms were absolutely adorable & the complementary breakfast was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend the inn as it’s charm and history make for a perfect intimate reception venue. If you are looking for the best place to host your small wedding in Smithfield, you found it! I am a professional DJ and I work a few wedding events here every year and already have some lined up for next year. Before this year is over, I wanted to take the time and share with all review readers how grateful I am for the opportunity to be able to collaborate with such a great venue and the talented team that makes magic happen every time I am there. They communicate well with vendors, everything is always clean and looks amazing, and the layout options are awesome. It was a dream to work with Chrystalyn the last time I was there and looking forward to working with whoever is in her position now. We could not have chosen a better venue for our April 2022 wedding reception for 110 guests. It is truly a GEM! The venue itself is breathtaking and warm with tons of natural light, stunning chandeliers for the evening time, exposed brick, copper glass doors, outdoor area with seating and fairy lights, bar area and barrel room. The space was intimate and allowed for flexibility with how to utilize the barrel room, front bar area, large room, and outdoor area. The venue included use of kitchen, tables and mahogany chairs, and many other furniture and props. They also offer their own wine, table settings, and cleanup. The venue really brought together our vision! The location Smithfield winery is also extremely convenient- it is right next to the Smithfield Inn and down the street from the Smithfield Station. On the morning of the wedding, our vendors and family could walk back and forth between the Inn and the venue, and afterwards, we guests could get right back to their hotels. Smithfield itself is historical and charming, quiet, and right by the water. Natasha, the owner of the venue, went absolutely above and beyond to make our wedding so beautiful. She is professional, responsive, flexible, and down-to-earth. She welcomed my parents and extended family come visit the venue multiple times in the year leading up to the wedding. She LOVES what she does! Natasha is knowledgeable about the wedding industry/vendors and has a network of wedding vendors that she has worked with. She facilitated a walk-thru prior to the event and she worked extremely well with all our vendors. Without any hesitation, I would recommend this venue to my own family and friends- for weddings, parties, showers, or other events. We had NO complaints or regrets at all and would 100% choose this venue again!
