Everything was amazing! They were incredibly flexible, even when we had to change our wedding date. The entire team provided excellent service from start to finish and made the planning process so much easier. They also had wonderful recommendations for hair, makeup, DJs, and photographers, which made finding trusted vendors stress-free. On the wedding day, they handled both the setup and takedown, allowing us to truly enjoy the day. If you bring your own decorations, they carefully set them aside afterward so you can take everything home. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Best Venue in VA!
I knew this was the place to have my wedding when I first saw it online! But meeting Ruthanne and Danielle in person really sealed the deal! From the very early planning stages all the way to end, they were extremely helpful and flexible! The food was phenomenal! The decoration was phenomenal, overall everything was just simply perfect!! I HIGHLY recommend using Kiln Creek for any event you may want to have, especially a wedding!

Have Danielle run the show for you!
To start, this venue is beautiful inside and outside and has on-site lodging. Our event coordinator, Danielle, was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us every step of the way. While this venue is not the cheapest, she did work with us in a few areas that helped make it more budget friendly. One of the main reasons we picked this venue is you have the option to have the ceremony outside, but if the day comes and there is bad weather there is an area inside where you can hold the ceremony. The day of my daughter‘s wedding the feels like temperature was going to be 109° outside. Three hours before the ceremony we moved it inside, upstairs. I was concerned with how the pictures would turn out but now looking at the sneak peaks, I think they are better than what they would have been outside. The upstairs room has huge windows that let an abundance of outdoor light inside. We used the downstairs ballroom for the reception because of the beautiful up lighting and pretty floors. I had no idea just how crazy, busy, intense everything would be the day of. Danielle kept us on track every step of the way. She has a way of being stern, but professional, making sure you get the most out of your day. As far as the food, everyone raved about how good it was and how it was the best wedding food they’ve had. We served chicken and pork barbecue, coleslaw, and mac & cheese. This venue sets up everything and does all the cleanup so that you have the most time to enjoy this day as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend this venue and Danielle to help make your special day beautiful and flow smoothly.

Danielle and Ruthanne do a great job for all aspects of events, especially weddings, they made our wedding feel amazing made every moment felt special and had the timeline down to perfect . There aren’t two better people they can do a wedding.

Words cannot express how awesome Ruthanne, Danielle and the rest of the Kiln Creek’s teams work ethic! Ruthanne stayed in contact with me throughout our wedding planning journey (she kept me on track!). I gave her my vision and the team executed it FLAWLESSLY! All of my guest were so impressed with the outcome and thankful to the staff for their presence and continuous support. Their patience was noticed and appreciated. You can have the wedding of your dreams here within your budget means like we did and it will turn out magically✨ Please come here to celebrate your special day. Kiln Creek is truly all-inclusive and it has been and forever will be my husband and I’s favorite place. Everyone is like family! After your wedding the memories don’t end when it comes to this place because you can always revisit that day with a stay on the resort or by having brunch or dinner at The Nest❤️ we don’t regret choosing Kiln Creek Golf!

Awesome Wedding Vows Renewal!
We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with an intimate but elegant service with a small group of our closest friends and family. That was what we told Ruthann and the staff at Kiln Creek Golf Resort, and they responded! From the very beginning, they knew that budget was very important. Honestly, it wasn’t huge! Yet, she didn’t shy away but continued to assure me that they would be able to deliver something beautiful and memorable. They were responsive when I called with questions and ideas, and their flexibility was also appreciated to meet our unique needs. Our guests who both attended and stayed at the Lodge commented on the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness and ambiance of the rooms, and the comfy beds! At every turn, everyone was seemed to be doing their best to be as accommodating as possible, and in the end, they gave us the experience of a lifetime!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my wedding experience! Ruthanne, our incredible wedding coordinator, went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care for every aspect of our wedding made the planning process seamless. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them and made sure everything ran smoothly. I felt truly taken care of, allowing me to fully enjoy every moment of the day without any stress.
Priscilla, our bartender, was such a joy to work with! She kept the drinks flowing with a smile and created a fun, lively atmosphere for our guests. Everyone raved about how personable and attentive she was throughout the evening. She added such a warm, welcoming energy to our reception — it wouldn’t have been the same without her! Incredible Service!
Our wedding at Kiln Creek was amazing! My husband and I (along with our family and friends) still reel about how beautiful our wedding was. The spaces were so accommodating and well kept. The scenery was beautiful and perfect for our fall wedding! As a bride who was so indecisive, Ruthanne was an incredible voice of reason and made this process so easy. Her professionalism and patience are unrivaled. Our plated dinners were delicious and cooked to order. Rob and I are so grateful to have had her and the staff make our day unforgettable.

Ballroom is a beautiful venue
This venue was great for my daughter’s wedding as it was a very small wedding and we had the wedding and reception all in the same room. The two girls serving us were very professional and I had several people state this about the girls. Also many people complimented that the food was delicious!
