We are so happy to have decided to work with a day of coordinator. It helped alleviate a lot of stress to know we had someone in our corner and would be there along the way and on the day to make things run smoothly. Alex could not have done a better job at this! She was available to answer questions throughout the process and help guide us. It was great she had worked with most of the vendors in the past and could communicate with them on our behalf as needed. Having her on the day of the wedding she was extremely valuable! She helped with set up and clean up, coordinated with vendors, helped with timing. We could just enjoy our day without worrying about details because we were confident in Alex. We couldn’t recommend her and 1423 more highly!

Anna and Jordan with The Otherside Creatives (TOC) go above-and-beyond for their couples and are truly outstanding advocates, sounding boards, and experts of their craft. We hired TOC for event management and coordination starting 2 months prior to our wedding, but they were helpful from the time we signed our contract over a year before our wedding day. Through regular check-in calls and excellent communication via email, Anna and Jordan never let us feel like we were bothering them or exceeding the scope of our contract. We had a very clear vision of the type of wedding we wanted to create, and TOC helped us find the right vendors, stepped in to troubleshoot contract challenges and issues, and helped to guide us in the right direction to set everything up for success leading up to the day. Finding the right people to support your wedding is exceptionally daunting, but Anna and Jordan’s network and knowledge of the market–coupled with their attention to detail and ability to understand our vision–helped them to recommend incredible vendors that all exceeded our expectations. Once TOC took over the event management of our wedding, Anna and Jordan swiftly coordinated all of our vendors, created a timeline taking all of our wants and needs into consideration, and ensured that the entire wedding team were on the same page. They additionally helped us find some last-minute vendors (including a bakery that made an exceptional wedding cake with only a month’s notice) and worked to ensure we had everything we needed to execute the wedding that we wanted. Having them in our corner during the most stressful part of the planning process helped us to feel more confident and know that we are moving in the right direction. On the day, TOC were consummate professionals. All vendors perfectly fulfilled all their obligations, and Anna and Jordan were there every step of the way to keep us moving along schedule without sacrificing the intimate or unplanned moments that make a wedding special. They did all of this with a smile and brought great energy throughout the day. TOC are not just great event organizers but they are fantastic people - they are courteous and wonderful to everyone they meet and treat guests, bridal party members, and the bride/groom with the same level of care and respect. It’s rare to find such competence matched with awesome personalities and work-ethic. Anna and Jordan are an incredible partnership, and we are exceptionally thankful we went with them to help quarterback our wedding.

Tira helped my husband and me plan the best fall wedding! Although we had some basic ideas about what we wanted, it was Tira's expertise that really made our vision for our wedding day come to life. She recommended the best vendors for our needs, and attended any vendor meetings, both virtually and in person. She kept us on track throughout the planning process, and was always available to answer our questions. On our wedding day, Tira and her team handled literally everything. I've heard other brides say they that their wedding day is a blur, or that it all went so fast. For me, I feel like I had the chance to take in every detail because I could be in the moment and focus on the things that were most important to me. Thank you Tira Lynn Events for making our day perfect and stress free!

Renee and her team are absolutely incredible. From the moment we first interviewed them, it was obvious they were the ones for the job. Not only were they familiar with so many Baltimore locations, vendors and processes but the vendors themselves all said "oh yeah, if you hired RCC you're in the best hands." And they were NOT wrong. They are organized, thorough, creative, experienced, honest, concise and more. Renee is one of those professional that when she says she has it covered, the job is done and done WELL....and we are the most grateful for that. RCC helped pull off the wedding of our dreams even when we threw very nontraditional, unique ideas at them. Truly amazing! Thank you for EVERYTHING

We couldn't have done it without Aubrey! She was an essential part of our wedding day and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment stress-free. Aubrey was amazing to work with and asked all the questions we never would have thought of ourselves. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a day-of coordinator!

I hired Candice as my wedding coordinator. She is organized, efficient, and knows what she’s doing. It rained on my wedding day so our outdoor ceremony turned indoors. She was able to pivot and everything flowed smoothly. My guests are still giving compliments on how well structured the wedding was. She and her team did an amazing job on my wedding day.

Katherine is the person you need for your wedding! Her quick wit, can-do, and straight-to-the-point attitude was just what we were looking for in someone to help plan and coordinate our day. In the last couple months leading into the wedding Katherine's organizational skills kicked into high gear as she helped coordinate all our vendors for the walkthrough, helped us plan out our schedule and offered really thoughtful suggestions. She asked questions we did not even consider but ended up being critical details to our day. On the day of, she and her dad were ready! She came with a day-of emergency kit with deodorant, scissors, bobby pins and the like that the bridesmaids and especially the bride appreciated. The bridal party and family responded well to her respectful, yet highly helpful, instructions! During the set up, she and her dad nailed every little detail we asked of them. So many guests complimented the work she put in and we cannot thank her enough! She kept us on time, and was the perfect middle person for all our vendors helping to keep our day stress-free. She even helped the bridal party coordinate their walkout dance! Katherine went above and beyond and our day could not have been possible without her! Thank you, Katherine!

Working with A Vision from Shaye Event Planning Boutique was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The owner, Mrs. Sharon, was incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail and the quality of her work was truly priceless - the floral arrangements and decor she created for our ceremony and thought and design for our reception decor were absolutely beautiful. Mrs. Sharon showed up bright and early before the venue opened to start working on our decor, and she also provided thoughtful suggestions without shutting down any of our own ideas. She even went above and beyond by calming me down during the planning stages when I became frustrated with outside input from family. We are so grateful for Mrs. Sharon's hard work and dedication in helping to make our special day even more perfect.
