How can we possibly verbalize how amazing our experience was with Christine and her whole team. When we met Christine, close to two years before our planned wedding date, we had an extravagant, but unorganized, idea of what we wanted for our TWO wedding dates. As a American-Indian marriage, it was important that honored both of our families. We decided on a small ceremony in Maine that hit the important pieces of both cultures, and a big reception in Maryland that was more tailored toward the Indian side of our family.
When we returned for the follow up meeting, we were beyond amazed with the way she both incorporated our ideas and went to the next level of perfect ideas that we couldn't possibly dream of. Christine CRUSHED both parts.
Her team was amazing all the way through both dates, and we could not possibly have asked for a more perfect wedding and reception. Her team was always there when we needed them, but never oppressive. They truly felt like part of our friend group who was there to celebrate us. We would not hesitate to book Christine again, over and over. Her and her team's calm demeanor, thorough planning, connections, ideas, and more than we can think of at the moment make her the undisputed choice for wedding and event planning. Christine and her team (Sydney and McKenzie) were absolutely phenomenal, they went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams a reality and we couldn’t have been more lucky to have chosen them! Over the course of working together Christine prepared detailed a detailed vision board with options based on desires I had shared with her, provided links making it super easy to click and purchase, had monthly checklists ready to go, and coordinated with all of our vendors. As an out of state bride who has a crazy work schedule we relied heavily on Christine and she truly delivered! She made sure every detail was accounted for and any last minute changes were adjusted. On the day of our wedding Her and her team were so amazing in regards to the day of details, willing to make all my dreams come true even if the whether/ wind wasn’t on their side. She flawlessly executed the design of our wedding and we received so many compliments from our guests and other vendors! We truly had an amazing day that exceeded all of our expectations thanks to her and her team! Her and her team are all around amazing and we would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Christine and her team are absolutely beyond incredible. Its challenging to even put into words how grateful we are for Christine and her services. I had booked Christine when I was about halfway through the planning process. I wasn't entirely sure if I even needed a planner because most of my vendors were picked out and our venue came with a coordination team. I was soooooo wrong. Hiring Christine and her team was by far 10000% the best decision we made for our wedding.

When I met Christine, we had extensive meetings about my wedding vision and she was able to take a few inspiration pictures and ideas and turn it into a full blown design board. She thought of every single detail and was able to help my vision come to life. Her design plan was exactly what I was looking for and she made it so easy to execute on the plan. She also created an extremely detailed timeline and made sure our day was set up for success. On top of all of that, she communicated with my various vendors to make sure everyone was aligned on the timeline and design vision.

We were blown away by everything Christine did leading up to the wedding day- and when it came time for the actual day- Christine and her team executed all of our plans flawlessly. Our wedding day could not have been easier- Christine made sure that all my husband and I had to do was show up! You truly can't put a price on having total peace of mind on your wedding morning. We had some inclement wedding and had to make the call to move the wedding inside. Christine assured me that everything was going to be great and was such a calming presence. Christine made sure all of my wedding dreams came true and was able to flawlessly execute the switch of the ceremony from outside to inside- no stress involved.

I truly cannot rave enough about how amazing it was to have Christine by my side during the wedding day. She was able to anticipate my needs, and even brought along this emergency kit which saved me from a couple of makeup stains on my dress. She made sure we stuck to the timeline and the timeline was built out so perfectly to allow for the right amount of time for pictures, cocktail hour, etc. I really could not imagine getting married without her!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Christine and her team are- she truly made all of our wedding dreams come true and booking her was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. Leading up to our wedding day Christine and team were so responsive and so ready and willing to help us with anything and everything, big or small. We went with a limited package but we still felt like Christine was our full time personal planner, there for us for everything we could have asked for and more!

Elexa, our lead coordinator, was just unparalleled. Whatever we needed, she was there in an instant, finding a veil we totally forgot about, fixing my mom’s bloody arm, or taking our dog out! And even though we were behind schedule and she never once made us feel rushed or stressed and managed to keep us on the rails even when we had all these crazy things we wanted to do!!

Hiring Christine to be our planner was the best decision we made for our wedding! Throughout the whole process she was there to answer questions, guide us in the right direction, and bring us back down to earth when we were feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Her calm demeanor was comforting throughout the process and on the wedding day. She is also so fun and personable!! The design she created for our wedding perfectly combined all my random Pinterest boards into a beautiful and cohesive look. She got to know us and shared ideas to help make our wedding feel personal and special, which we loved. She also helped us find vendors that fit our needs and budget, which was hugely helpful considering how many wonderful vendors there are to choose from! On the day of our wedding, Christine and her team were there to ensure everything ran smoothly. They worked with vendors and the venue team to set up decor and assist with any of their needs, answered questions from guests and vendors, and dealt with any problems that arose. If something went wrong on our wedding day, we didn’t know about it because Christine and her team took care of everything. I’m not even sure where to start! Working with Christine was an amazing experience and I’m so thankful we hired her for our wedding. Her attention to detail, creativity for design, and ability to understand the couple helped make our vision for the day a reality. Christine McFarlane is an exceptional event planner who is kind, professional, communicative, and has an exquisite eye for design.
I first found Christine on social media and after our initial phone call I knew I wanted to work with her to plan my wedding. From day one she listened to not only the look we wanted to have for our wedding but also the feel and how we wanted our guests to experience the weekend. After discussing preliminary design ideas, Christine developed an entire vision board using Canva to highlight every aspect of our wedding from the save the dates and invitation suite to the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party. This is one of two areas where Christine really shines - design. She has a knack for pattern matching, incorporating details special to the couple, building color palettes and design themes as threads throughout the entire wedding, all while sticking to the budget. Additionally, Christine recommended amazing vendors to join our vendor team and she traveled with us to site visits, showrooms, and tastings as we planned the wedding. She answered communications in a timely manner and she genuinely cared about both our wedding and us every step of the way, she is an extraordinary professional. This is the other area where Christine really shines - professionalism. It rained on our wedding day, less than an hour before our outdoor ceremony was supposed to begin, Christine handled it alongside our venue coordinator with ease and I didn't even have to be involved. She handled all of our vendors seamlessly in the weeks leading up to the wedding and during the wedding weekend. She and her team executed our wedding superbly, allowing my now-husband and me to enjoy our wedding as the guests of honor, not the hosts.
