Aubrey was fantastic to work with. She followed all the multiple email threads and executed our day amazingly, even with some unexpected fire alarm issues that took away significant setup time (related to the venue not her). She was not only organized but just truly a pleasure to work with. She has clearly been in this industry a long time. We did a lot of DIY decor and she set everything up better than even we imagined it! She has a fantastic eye for design in an event space. We appreciated her guidance when we needed it. We felt so lucky to have her!!!

We worked with Simply Created Events for over a year, and our wedding at Evergreen Museum & Library was, by every measure, a success. We owe a lot of that to Nikki and Aubrey!

We were on the partial service plan and primarily worked with Nikki, who has deep experience at Evergreen specifically. That venue expertise was invaluable. She knew the space, the flow, and the vendors, and every vendor she recommended was excellent and responsive. Throughout the planning process, she was consistently available: texts, calls, voice notes, whatever worked for us. She always got back to us promptly.

One of the things we appreciated most was how flexible and supportive they were when we had to reschedule our wedding due to a family health crisis. Nikki and Aubrey handled the transition with zero drama and complete professionalism, and they worked everything out with our vendors to transition to our new date. That kind of steadiness and support during a stressful time meant a lot.

We met at least once a month for the duration of our engagement, sometimes more. The day-of coordination was seamless. If you're getting married in Baltimore and at Evergreen in particular, I'd recommend them!

Aubrey is the best! She was my coordinator and she made the whole experience so easy. She was always quick to respond, super understanding, kind, and just really great to work with.

Simply Created helped us put on exactly the wedding we wanted. When we first met with Aubrey, we had a good feeling about the team at Simply Created. She connected us with her colleague Nikki due to her experience at the venue we had chosen, and Nikki was fantastic. She was incredibly organized, thought of every detail, and was extremely thorough. Leading up to the wedding she helped us through various stages of planning, crafted a perfect timeline for us, and knew all the right questions to ask and details to consider. She attended every meeting we had with our various vendors and made us feel confident that every detail we had and hadn't thought of was being well planned out and properly handled. She helped us immensely with a difficult vendor, and her experience and professionalism with them made us far more at ease. Nikki made the entire wedding day run smoothly and kept us and all the vendors on schedule. She made us feel so comfortable and confident that the wedding would go right that we got to focus on having fun and being with friends and family. Aubrey was phenomenal! She was warm, responsive, detail-oriented, and so supportive. She took our ideas and made them a reality. She reduced our stress levels and we were confident that the day of would go smoothly with her coordinating everything. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

I don't even know where to start to talk about our wedding planners. The moment I met Nikki and Aubrey I knew we had picked the right people. Nikki was the primary planner for my daughter's Baltimore wedding. We found her by asking our venue manager who was the Baltimore wedding planner that they like to work with the most. Without hesitation, she said she loved working with Nikki the best because, not only is she great at her job, but she is also wonderful to work with Nikki handled both our Welcome Party at the Peabody Library and the wedding at the Engineers Club and she knocked both out of the park. From day one she helped to keep us organized and on task. (Something we desperately needed) Nikki helped us to pick out the best vendors that were very familiar with our venue, which turned out great. For example, Nikki recommended our photographer, (who was fantastic), who knew all the best photo spots inside and outside since she knew our venue so well. As a very disorganized mother of the bride, I was overwhelmed with all of the details that make up a wedding. Nikki is unbelievably detail oriented and made sure every little thing, no matter how small, was not only accomplished, but beautifully done. As an example, I had my heart set on a ridiculously complicated napkin fold that I finally realized couldn't be done. Well, unbelievably, Nikki and her assistant folded and decorated 180 napkins exactly to my specifications...I was honestly in shock that they were able to do it! Nikki is also a delight to work with. She is incredibly sweet and unbelievably flexible. We must have changed our minds on a hundred things and Nikki would just smile and say "no problem, we will get that done". During the wedding I must have had over 50 guests come up to me and say "this is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to". My 87 year old brother-in-law was one of the people who said it was the best wedding he had been to and that it was better than his own! (and at 87, he has been to a lot of weddings!) The only sad part of our wedding weekend is that now we won't be seeing Nikki all the time!

I highly recommend Simply Created Events!! Aubrey and Nikki were communicative, asked the right questions, and really made us feel comfortable with the process. Their expertise and professionalism was top tier. Thanks to them, we were really able to relax, be in the moment, and enjoy spending time with our friends and family during the wedding. I’m so glad we worked with them!
