Aubrey was fantastic to work with. She followed all the multiple email threads and executed our day amazingly, even with some unexpected fire alarm issues that took away significant setup time (related to the venue not her). She was not only organized but just truly a pleasure to work with. She has clearly been in this industry a long time. We did a lot of DIY decor and she set everything up better than even we imagined it! She has a fantastic eye for design in an event space. We appreciated her guidance when we needed it. We felt so lucky to have her!!!

I don't even know where to start to talk about our wedding planners. The moment I met Nikki and Aubrey I knew we had picked the right people. Nikki was the primary planner for my daughter's Baltimore wedding. We found her by asking our venue manager who was the Baltimore wedding planner that they like to work with the most. Without hesitation, she said she loved working with Nikki the best because, not only is she great at her job, but she is also wonderful to work with Nikki handled both our Welcome Party at the Peabody Library and the wedding at the Engineers Club and she knocked both out of the park. From day one she helped to keep us organized and on task. (Something we desperately needed) Nikki helped us to pick out the best vendors that were very familiar with our venue, which turned out great. For example, Nikki recommended our photographer, (who was fantastic), who knew all the best photo spots inside and outside since she knew our venue so well. As a very disorganized mother of the bride, I was overwhelmed with all of the details that make up a wedding. Nikki is unbelievably detail oriented and made sure every little thing, no matter how small, was not only accomplished, but beautifully done. As an example, I had my heart set on a ridiculously complicated napkin fold that I finally realized couldn't be done. Well, unbelievably, Nikki and her assistant folded and decorated 180 napkins exactly to my specifications...I was honestly in shock that they were able to do it! Nikki is also a delight to work with. She is incredibly sweet and unbelievably flexible. We must have changed our minds on a hundred things and Nikki would just smile and say "no problem, we will get that done". During the wedding I must have had over 50 guests come up to me and say "this is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to". My 87 year old brother-in-law was one of the people who said it was the best wedding he had been to and that it was better than his own! (and at 87, he has been to a lot of weddings!) The only sad part of our wedding weekend is that now we won't be seeing Nikki all the time!

My partner and I 100% believe that this wedding wouldn't have even happened at all without Nikki Stec and her assistant. Not only did she help me book a last minute hairstylist that was affordable and amazing, she set up so many decorations, she seemed to be in 1000 places at once on our wedding day, coordinating with all vendors, guests, the wedding party to get us all in the right place at the right time. And of all that was handled with calm, confident reassurance; she is incredibly kind and patient in all
circumstances. She's a great listener, advocates on behalf of her clients, and very detail oriented. 10/10

Nikki also ran our rehearsal well, despite our excited wedding party talking over each other, and even offered to arrive early to help with decorations that were set up the day before.

We are just SO grateful to her for making our wedding perfect. We could hardly think of anything that wasn't made easier because of her. Can't say enough good things about her services, so I'm letting my family leave a review too, because we're all impressed.

Aubrey was simply amazing leading up to and during our wedding! She clearly has tons of experience and connections in the industry, and it made our day very smooth and fun. We had fleeting inclement weather during our wedding day, and Aubrey quickly came up with solutions that made the day wonderful and much less stressful. She and Nicole set up everything beautifully with great attention to detail and made sure the events of the day also ran smoothly according to our timing. Would absolutely recommend!
