Rachel was the wedding planner for my sister-in-law two years ago, and from that moment, I knew she was exactly who I would want to plan my own wedding.

This past Saturday was finally my wedding day, and Rachel was truly incredible from start to finish. She helped coordinate all of our vendors, created and managed our timeline, scheduled calls throughout the planning process to make sure my wants and needs were heard, and was always there as an amazing sounding board. She is a true miracle worker!

There are SO many moving parts that come with planning a wedding, and with Rachel, you can trust that she will think of every little detail, keep everything moving, and do everything she can to make your day perfect. Having her there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.

From our initial interest call we knew immediately Rachel was organized, experienced, and could handle any drama and execute our unique vintage vision with a lot of moving parts as we brought a lot of our own decor. From reviewing contracts, going to the rentals appointment with us, answering so many of our questions, to handling the 2 months leading up the wedding, Rachel exceeded our expectations. The single best thing was being to actually enjoy our wedding since Rachel and her team on the day of handled literally everything. You do not want to spend your time or stress wrangling vendors, family, or whatever pops up leading up to and during the big day. The detailed timeline Rachel developed and the precise coordination with a dozen vendors was impressive. We love you Rachel!

Rachel and her team were truly incredible! At the start of wedding planning, we really did not know how much help we needed. We hired Rachel to not only coordinate our wedding a month out but also design the entire day from start to finish. She was attentive, flexible, and the perfect advisor/coach/partner for couple that had a vision, but lacked the know-how and connections to execute. She was there every step of the way, offering suggestions, keeping us on schedule, and ensuring that everything, from florals to music to the color of plates, was seamless.

Working with Rachel as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very beginning, I was drawn to her incredible organization and she exceeded every expectation.

Even before our official planning window began, Rachel set us up for success with a thoughtfully organized Google Drive that included checklists, packing lists, décor folders, and vendor contract organization. It made the entire process feel manageable and clear from day one. The day never felt rushed; we had the space to fully enjoy every moment, from getting ready to our first look to family photos.

It honestly felt like she was inside the bride’s brain. Every time we mentioned an idea, she already had a thoughtful, strategic plan to bring it to life. She is creative, has an incredible aesthetic eye, and balances vision with flawless execution.
Her organization is unmatched. From the moment we woke up on our wedding day, every minute was accounted for. Everyone was moved forward, kept on task, and guided seamlessly through the day. If there were any issues ; we have absolutely no idea .. because she handled everything. From complicated family dynamics and difficult personalities to vendor or venue adjustments, she managed it all calmly and ahead of schedule.
She went above and beyond in ways that truly mattered, making sure we spent time together, making sure we ate, making sure we were present. That level of care is rare.

Rachel and her team were absolutely essential in helping make our 200-person wedding at THE LINE come together. From the get-go Rachel was extremely responsive and accessible. We met at the time that we decided to work together to go over broad logistics, and then at 8 weeks we hit the ground running. Leading up to the wedding not only did she help us figure out anything we had overlooked (sound vendors) but she also wrangled every vendor we had already selected. Rachel also has fantastic contacts and relationships in the industry that she did not hesitate to leverage on our behalf. At our walkthrough she made sure everyone was prepared with a printed agenda, floorplans, and worked EXCELLENTLY with our florist, band, THE LINE contact and photography team. On the day of the wedding her team was phenomenal. Her and two other staff members were on site with us all day to make sure that our schedule was followed to a tee. They covered every detail, large and small (including making sure our toastgivers had a drink in hand for their speeches). They did not miss a beat and were also incredibly upbeat. Their presence was noted in a very positive way, not in a way that detracted from our day or created any stress. They actually are the reason the day went off without a hitch and we had the BEST DAY EVER.
