I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. We hired Stephanie for her full-service wedding planning package, and it was easily the best decision we made in the wedding planing process. As someone who was very overwhelmed by the prospect of planning a wedding, I knew that I needed someone to walk me through the process and recommend different vendors for our big day, and Stephanie went above and beyond to help make our day special.

Stephanie is so organized, communicative, and easy to work with. We spent about 18 months planning our wedding, and she was with us each step of the way. The sheer amount of wedding vendors can be incredibly overwhelming. Not only was Stephanie was great about recommending vendors that fit within our budget and were familiar with our venue, but she also recommended vendors that fit with our personalities. Everyone vendor she recommend was perfect, which speaks not only to her skill as a wedding planner, but her knowledge of the industry as a whole. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie took care of everything- all we had to worry about was enjoining our day and time with our guests. She made sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch.

Stephanie really took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple, and helped ensure that our day was perfect. She is exactly the type of person you want to hire as your wedding planner, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I was already well into planning my wedding when my mother suggested that I would need a coordinator to help make sure that everything had been addressed. For most of us, the biggest problem with planning a wedding is that you're only sure of how to do it after it's already over, so I was getting overwhelmed with hoping I hadn't forgotten anything I didn't know I was forgetting. Stephanie was referred to us by my cousin, who had been married the previous year, and even though I lived outside of her usual location range, she was so accommodating with driving out to see us, visiting the venue, and always being accessible and immediately responsive via cell phone or email. She gave me packets full of all the questions and decisions I would need to answer and address and kept me on track with knowing exactly how prepared I actually was. On the day-of, she not only made sure that everyone (vendors and guests) was where they needed to be at any given time, but if she saw that any small oversights had been made (the florist forgot to transport something to the reception, for instance), she was quick not only to notice the problem, but fix it herself. She made sure the gifts were all loaded into the correct car before the end of the evening, she kept the timeline moving steadily throughout the day, she was in contact with all of my vendors, knew who was who on the team, made sure everyone was on the same page, and she kept and distributed the checks for me to make sure everyone was paid. I was able to be relaxed and enjoy my day because I knew that she was on top of any and all small problems that would arise. Her documents are well prepared enough to ensure that any problems would be kept to a minimum. She is also a very sweet person and a pleasure to talk with and be around. I couldn't recommend her services more highly!

Stephanie at Dream Day Planners was a pleasure to work with. She was completely responsive to all obvious and non-obvious questions we had leading up to our wedding. She coordinated all of our vendors and confirmed every aspect so that everything worked seamlessly. Her fantastic work was so apparent on the wedding day itself. Our schedule worked to perfection (even with a short rain storm!). We could not be happier with how the wedding day turned out, and Stephanie played an integral role.
