  Our dream planner

  Where do we even begin to describe our experience with Stephanie? Stephanie was referred to us by another planner in the area and from the first call we had with her we knew she was organized, personable, and fully invested in helping us build our dream wedding. She flawlessly organized all of our vendors (we booked her as a Day of Coordinator but, like she'll tell you, she is more accurately a Month-plus coordinator) to the point that I as the bride did not have to deal with a single phone call or email from our vendors in the days leading up to the event. On the day of, she absolutely nailed setting up our venue the way we had dreamed of. Calm in the face of a storm, Stephanie was my go-to person when I realized I had mud on my wedding dress from my first look and in less than 2 minutes she was back in the room putting club soda on my dress and making it fade away. She's truly a hero!!! And finally, Stephanie even worked with my groom to plan a special surprise performance for me on the day of. She's sneaky!
  I give Stephanie (and her daughter Faith!) my absolute highest recommendation for your special day. She's absolutely wonderful. We could have not dreamed of a better person to work with

  We would highly recommend hiring Stephanie as your wedding coordinator! She was organized, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. Stephanie and her assistant worked well alongside our venue staff, making our dreams come to life on our wedding day to a tee! Our day would not have run as smoothly or stress-free without her.   Perfect from start to finish!

  Working with Stephanie was an absolute delight, and we couldn't be happier about our decision to hire her for our October 2023 wedding. From our very first conversation, Stephanie was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire planning process a breeze.
  
  We chose her "Ultimate Dreams" package, which was worth every penny. She helped us with everything from selecting a venue, caterer, florist, band, rentals, and all of the little details in between. She was also always on time for meetings and quick to respond to texts/emails, so we always felt confident that she was on top of things, and knew that she would keep everything running smoothly on the wedding day (which she did!).
  
  Our wedding day unfolded flawlessly, it seriously couldn't have gone smoother, and we can't thank Stephanie enough for making it happen!

  Stephanie is a MUST for your wedding!

  Stephanie has been a god send from day one! She was referred to me by a friend and I hired her nearly a year and a half before my wedding day. She worked with me and my chosen vendors from the day that I hired her, to even after our wedding cause she planned our honeymoon too! I had NO IDEA all the ins and outs wedding planning took and honestly would have been lost without her. Her attention to detail and quick response time was crucial. 10 out of 10 stars! We love her!

  Give Stephanie Day All Your Money

  We had a really complicated wedding meshing two cultures. Stephanie made the day possible, despite an incredibly complicated day with a million moving parts. She was incredibly organized, putting together and maintaining a timeline of everything. One of our biggest regrets was not hiring Stephanie earlier, and not getting her full planning package. I'm sure it would have been worth every penny, saved us money overall, and made the planning process way less stressful. Can't recommend Stephanie enough.

  Stephanie is everything we wanted in a wedding planner

  We’ve been working with Stephanie for a long time to plan the wedding (we got married on Saturday) and she was fantastic. Friendly, communicative, organized. On the day itself, she took care of everything. We luckily only had a few minor hiccups, but she took care of them so well that we didn’t even know what was going on, and were only told once they were fixed. Her assistant, Leah, was great as well. We are so thankful for them for giving us the day of our dreams!

  Wonderful Experience for our Wedding Planning

  Stephanie was absolutely great to work with as my wife and I planned our wedding. From the start she gave us all the information we were looking for in choosing a vendor, caterer, etc. The caterer and tech company that provided the DJ we ended up selecting were both recommendations by Stephanie and we were more than happy with the service they provided.
  
  Stephanie also gave us a level of honesty when making our selections—we were contemplating hiring someone we knew to be the DJ and she steered us in the direction of hiring a professional company to do it (based on some weddings she had been at that went less-than-stellar with a non-professional DJ. We were glad we followed Stephanie’s advice and relied on her experience even though it meant spending a bit more money to hire a professional DJ.
  
  My wife and I said several times that we could not imagine planning a wedding without a coordinator! Stephanie was awesome throughout and especially on the day of the wedding, doing the heavy lifting we were happy didn’t have to fall on us or our family.

  If you're looking for a planner/coordinator, you NEED Stephanie!
  My wife and I were convinced we could do the planning stuff ourselves (lol), but realized we would need a day of coordinator, at least. We're both so happy Stephanie was recommended to us by our venue, because as she'll tell you, she's really way more than a day of coordinator. She was available from the start, 9 months before our wedding, to review
  vendor contracts, to check our invitations had all the info they needed, and literally any questions we had a long the way, because planning a wedding is hard and we definitely wouldn't have been able to do it nearly as well without her. She had a personalized timeline drafted months before our wedding as well as a thorough checklist that helped us envision how the day would go and improve on what we already had planned! She thought of so many things that never crossed our mind, had great recommendations, and made planning and the day of absolutely perfect.
  On the day of, she was way ahead of us. She anticipated any questions we had and already took care of any potential issues. A table wasn't where I thought it was going and one of my bridespeople went to ask her for me and she already knew what they were coming to ask about, reassuring them/me that it was already taken care of. She was honestly so great! And her daughter/assistant Faith is a pro, too! Stephanie is also super nice, funny, and personable. She and Faith seemed like they had fun at our wedding all while keeping everything running perfectly. They even joined us for a dance out on the floor, which was awesome!

  We could not have felt more confident and secure in having Stephanie as our event planner for our daughter's wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Art on Jan 22, 2022. She offers different levels of planning which worked great for us.
  Stephanie was amazing to work with. She is very organized, methodical, detailed oriented, and helped us to keep focus on the most critical items first.
  Our wedding was in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic surge and that brought a myriad of complexities over and above the normal complexities of planning a wedding. For example, in the last weeks before the wedding two different photographers had to back out due to Covid and she keep it all together for us when it could have been a nightmare. Then, she worked hard with our caterer, venue and us as we had to rework numerous seating changes. Again due to Covid.
  Every family has a certain "dynamic", and our's was certainly no exception. In addition to her organizational and planning skills, she also has a degree in psychology, which I'm sure she relies on while working with families and individual personalities, priorities and visions for the perfect wedding. day. Our daughter's wedding had the added complexity of having us pay for the venue and some vendors while she and her fiancee payed for the rest of the vendors. So Stephanie worked hard to keep the lines of communication open for us all.

  Life Saver

  Stephanie was amazing!! I don't know what we would have done without her! The venue my daughter chose was so unorganized and Stephanie made sure everything went as planned. She kept everything in line and made it a completely stress free day! I highly recommend her and her team!!!

  Stephanie was the fairy godmother that made our wedding dreams come true! Her knowledge and experience were obvious from our first call and her help throughout the planning process was invaluable. I loved that she always provided information so that we knew our options and could make decisions, but never pressured us in any direction. She assembled a fantastic team of vendors who were the perfect fit for our style and came together to make our special day absolutely perfect. On our wedding day, Stephanie was a calming presence and the person making sure that everything we hoped for was actualized. She was the epitome of supportive, responsive, and professional.   Wholeheartedly Recommend

  I am a VERY type-A, planning-oriented person, but I knew I wanted a coordinator of some kind to help me navigate all the crazy details of planning a wedding, and especially to have someone take the stress of my guests, my husband, and I on the day of our wedding. Stephanie did all of that and much more.
  
  My husband and I hired Stephanie as our day/month-of coordinator for our wedding, and she went above and beyond. We interviewed about five different planners, and she struck us as the perfect combination of experienced, professional, fun, personable, organized, and just generally awesome. We're so glad we decided to work with her, and it paid off right away! From her initial planning with us way before the wedding, to an early in-person review of her meticulous planning documents, to many (many!) questions over email from our side, to the lead up to the wedding, she never disappointed.   Best planner ever!!

  Take my advice and hire stephanie immediately!! She is incredible and worth every penny. She is so responsive and helpful. She loves to brainstorm with you and help your day be the best it possibly can be. Any time I had a question about something on the day of, her answer was “it’s already done”. She’s always one step ahead and she works so well with all of the other vendors. My photographers RAVED about her timeline as it was thorough and accounted for everything they needed! She is an expert at what she does and she truly provided so much comfort to my husband and I. Her daughter asked to come along for our wedding and we said of course. She was an incredible help also and it was such a joy to have them both there!! Seriously, we can’t say enough good things about stephanie. Even after the fact she is helping me resolve issues with our original DJ who cancelled on us at the last minute. We can’t wait to plan our honeymoon with her and truly have made a lifelong friend! We will forever be grateful for her role in our planning and execution of our wedding!

  Absolutely Wonderful!

  I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie Day Events and Travel! As the mother of the bride, helping to plan a wedding can be stressful during the best of times but trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic was absolutely crazy. First there was a change in caterers, then a change in the ceremony date, then a change in the reception venue, followed by ever-changing restrictions and guidelines (limit on allowed number of guests, mask requirements, and everything "covid").
  As a mom, you want your daughter to have the wedding of her dreams. Under the circumstances I did not believe this was even possible and without Stephanie, I don't think it would have been. Stephanie was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she professional and extremely organized with incredible attention to detail, she was also calming and reassuring through the unavoidable chaos.
  The day of the wedding, she discretely did her thing and everything flowed seamlessly. At the end of the evening the decorations were cleaned up and my car was packed. My friends and family have not stopped talking about how wonderful everything was.
  Prior to hitting my first obstacle I had never even considered hiring a wedding coordinator; I was certain I could handle it myself. Now I cannot imagine having gone through this without Stephanie Day. I consider it a gift I gave myself and will be sharing this "little secret" with all of my friends as they prepare for their children's wedding. Of all the expenses associated with a wedding, I consider this, my best money spent. I 100% recommend Stephanie Day Events and Travel for your wedding needs!

  Steph helped us with planning our wedding, day of coordination and booking our honeymoon with Sandals in St. Lucia! As everyone knows, planning a wedding can just be a little bit stressful-Stephanie was full of ideas, suggestions and helped ease all of our anxieties we had regarding how the day would go. Our day was absolutely PERFECT-Stephanie helped calm my nerves and helped with all of the fine details (down to helping me bustle my dress!) Stephanie also went above and beyond in planning our dream honeymoon. Stephanie took the time to give us so many options and details of things that would be perfect for us. Once we had chosen Sandals St. Lucia, Stephanie made sure that everything and all of our needs were taken care prior to arriving in St. Lucia-Stephanie went above and beyond in little details to make our honeymoon incredible. We enjoyed our time so much that Stephanie will be helping us with another Sandals vacation next year!   The one vendor you really need to get right!!

  Stephanie was excellent!!! She had a everything ready - offered us a number of great ideas and was very responsive throughout the planning. She was very helpful and valuable in creating the day-of timeline and coordinating all of the vendors. On the day-off our venue was running late and she was able to smooth it out to make sure our day went perfect. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a planner that actually responds and cares.

  Stephanie was my day of Planner for our 300 person wedding with 2 ceremony sites, 2 cocktail hours, 3 wardrobe changes, 8 hour event. I was constantly overwhelmed with the planning and Stephanie was so helpful. We had a few calls, I emailed when I had questions I felt I wasn't able to answer on my own and we did a final walk thru of the site. She thought of things I would have missed and was so helpful coordinating with our 12+ vendors. The day of, I felt NO stress. She kept vendors from asking me questions and always reminded me to enjoy myself. I would highly recommend working with Steph. She was amazing!
