Stephanie is THE wedding planner that you NEED. Having her in our corner was the difference that elevated our wedding from being great to THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. She is knowledgable, detail-oriented, and has close working relationships with all the local vendors that translates into clear communication with straightforward outcomes. She knew the layout and quirks of our venue and was able to effectively communicate all necessary info to our caterer, our band, our photographer, florist, and all the other vendors.
If there was a problem that happened on our wedding day, we never found out about it. Stephanie was the magic godmother we didn't know we needed. We even had a last minute change in headcount due to a RSVP miscommunication that she was able to magically smooth over with the caterer the night before the wedding. I would 100% hire Stephanie again with no hesitation.

She took our ideas and brought them to life with creativity, precision, and heart. Her attention to detail is incredible, and her ability to understand our vision felt almost magical. Her vendor recommendations were absolute perfection. Every single person she connected us with was talented, professional, and a joy to work with. It honestly felt like she hand-picked a dream team just for us. We never once doubted her suggestions and they ended up being some of the highlights of our entire wedding.
On the wedding day itself, Stephanie was a superhero. Everything ran flawlessly. If any issues happened behind the scenes, we had no idea, because she handled everything with calm confidence and a smile. We were able to be completely present and enjoy every moment, all because we trusted her and she exceeded every expectation.
She is warm, patient, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect. Working with her felt like having a talented expert and a supportive friend all in one.

Stephanie is THE BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR and I could not have asked for a better experience to help me plan our daughter's wedding!!!! Our daughter was married at the The George Peabody Library two weeks ago, and Stephanie was so patient, absolutely on top of every single detail, checked in with me constantly, and ultimately made the MOST magical experience come to life for the most beautiful wedding event our daughter could have ever wanted. She asked my husband and I to come into the room when it was all set up for dinner - to see it before the guests entered - and made sure we could have a moment to take it all in...and I actually cried because it was absolutely the most beautiful setting...Stephanie absolutely nailed it! Every detail was perfect...just as we had talked about wanting it, and just as our daughter had hoped it would be! Who does that for the parents of the bride??? AN EXTRAORDINARY WEDDING COORDINATOR whose name is STEPHANIE DAY!!!!! She knew just what to do, and just how to make everything flow seamlessly the entire evening!!! I cannot give Stephanie a high enough recommendation...she went so above and beyond in every way....we will never forget her...and we simply cannot thank her enough...EVER!!!! As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many planners over the years—but working with Stephanie Day was truly a standout experience.
From the very start of the event to the final send-off, Stephanie Day was nothing short of incredible. She was organized, calm, and completely in tune with every aspect of the day. What impressed me most was her ability to support the bride and groom so gracefully—always present when needed, yet never disruptive to the natural flow of the event.
She instinctively knew when to step in to help position details or gently guide the timeline so we could capture the most beautiful moments, all without making it feel staged or rushed. Her awareness and collaboration made it so much easier for me to do my job—and more importantly, allowed the couple to stay relaxed and enjoy their day.
Thanks to her thoughtful coordination, we were able to capture some truly stunning images in ideal lighting and with plenty of breathing room, which is a rare gift in a tightly scheduled wedding. She’s one of those planners who genuinely understands how photography fits into the bigger picture, and she made sure we had every opportunity to create magic.

A Perfect Day
Stephanie was professional, efficient, friendly, and energetic! Everything went well for rehearsal and the wedding due to her help with planning and with recommendations. She helped us with a DJ and a photographer and they were both excellent! She was Wonder Woman on the day of the wedding. If we needed anything at all, she was there for us. Her help allowed us to relax and to completely enjoy the day. She has a way of taking charge in a very professional and organizational way. It was a pleasure to work with her and to have her by our side during the wedding. -

If you’re looking for a planner or coordinator, your search stops HERE! Choosing Stephanie was one of the best decisions we made! We hired her for the “day/month of” and she exceeded her role entirely! She was very responsive and supportive throughout our whole planning process and took so much off my shoulders as a bride. Her experience in this field is impressive and there was never a problem she didn’t have a solution for. She also planned our honeymoon in St. Lucia at no extra cost. It was the trip of a lifetime and we received so many perks at a lower cost by going through her. We loved Stephanie! -

Our wedding day (9/7) was truly a dream come true! Anjie Henry at SDE was a perfect match for us, thank you for bringing her into our lives! I am very type A person - Anjie was excellent at communicating with our vendors, kept the day moving with ease, and was a huge sense of stress relief when minor things didn't go as planned- I didn't have enough table number holders- but Anjie improvised and everything looked AMAZING. This was just one of many things Anjie tackled to make our day wonderful. -

We were so lucky to have Jaime and Stephanie as a full-service planning team and can't recommend both of them and the full planning option highly enough. We continually found ourselves saying "we have no idea how we'd have done this without them." Jaime and Stephanie helped make everything we dreamt of a reality, despite working with two men with nearly zero concept of style, frequent changes in our plans and opinions, and the fact that we had to plan from overseas. If they can handle those problems, they can definitely handle any wedding!
We instantly connected with Jaime, and her ability to understand our vision -- sometimes even better than we did -- and bring it to life was truly remarkable. Stephanie brought critical expertise in vendors, structure, logistics that kept us sane and organized. They could not have been a more perfect duo for what we needed.
It's hard to imagine anyone planning a wedding without a planner, given the thousands of micro-decisions you have to make. We can't thank Jaime and Stephanie enough for keeping us on pace, bringing extra touches to make it special, and ultimately delivering the best day and weekend of our lives! -

Working with Stephanie was an absolute delight, and we couldn't be happier about our decision to hire her for our October 2023 wedding. From our very first conversation, Stephanie was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire planning process a breeze.
We chose her "Ultimate Dreams" package, which was worth every penny. She helped us with everything from selecting a venue, caterer, florist, band, rentals, and all of the little details in between. She was also always on time for meetings and quick to respond to texts/emails, so we always felt confident that she was on top of things, and knew that she would keep everything running smoothly on the wedding day (which she did!).

Stephanie has been a god send from day one! She was referred to me by a friend and I hired her nearly a year and a half before my wedding day. We’ve been working with Stephanie for a long time to plan the wedding (we got married on Saturday) and she was fantastic. Friendly, communicative, organized. On the day itself, she took care of everything. We luckily only had a few minor hiccups, but she took care of them so well that we didn’t even know what was going on, and were only told once they were fixed. Her assistant, Leah, was great as well. We are so thankful for them for giving us the day of our dreams! -

Where do we even begin to describe our experience with Stephanie? Stephanie was referred to us by another planner in the area and from the first call we had with her we knew she was organized, personable, and fully invested in helping us build our dream wedding. She flawlessly organized all of our vendors (we booked her as a Day of Coordinator but, like she'll tell you, she is more accurately a Month-plus coordinator) to the point that I as the bride did not have to deal with a single phone call or email from our vendors in the days leading up to the event. On the day of, she absolutely nailed setting up our venue the way we had dreamed of. Calm in the face of a storm, Stephanie was my go-to person when I realized I had mud on my wedding dress from my first look and in less than 2 minutes she was back in the room putting club soda on my dress and making it fade away. She's truly a hero!!! And finally, Stephanie even worked with my groom to plan a special surprise performance for me on the day of. She's sneaky!
I give Stephanie (and her daughter Faith!) my absolute highest recommendation for your special day. She's absolutely wonderful. We could have not dreamed of a better person to work with -

She assembled a fantastic team of vendors who were the perfect fit for our style and came together to make our special day absolutely perfect. Take my advice and hire stephanie immediately!! She is incredible and worth every penny. She is so responsive and helpful. She loves to brainstorm with you and help your day be the best it possibly can be. Any time I had a question about something on the day of, her answer was “it’s already done”. She’s always one step ahead and she works so well with all of the other vendors. My photographers RAVED about her timeline as it was thorough and accounted for everything they needed! She is an expert at what she does and she truly provided so much comfort to my husband and I. Her daughter asked to come along for our wedding and we said of course. She was an incredible help also and it was such a joy to have them both there!! Seriously, we can’t say enough good things about stephanie. Even after the fact she is helping me resolve issues with our original DJ who cancelled on us at the last minute. We can’t wait to plan our honeymoon with her and truly have made a lifelong friend! We will forever be grateful for her role in our planning and execution of our wedding! -

Steph helped us with planning our wedding, day of coordination and booking our honeymoon with Sandals in St. Lucia! As everyone knows, planning a wedding can just be a little bit stressful-Stephanie was full of ideas, suggestions and helped ease all of our anxieties we had regarding how the day would go. Our day was absolutely PERFECT-Stephanie helped calm my nerves and helped with all of the fine details (down to helping me bustle my dress!) Stephanie also went above and beyond in planning our dream honeymoon. Stephanie took the time to give us so many options and details of things that would be perfect for us. Once we had chosen Sandals St. Lucia, Stephanie made sure that everything and all of our needs were taken care prior to arriving in St. Lucia-Stephanie went above and beyond in little details to make our honeymoon incredible. We enjoyed our time so much that Stephanie will be helping us with another Sandals vacation next year! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Steph and we are so so so happy that we chose her to help us with our special day and our honeymoon! -

Stephanie was excellent!!! She had a everything ready - offered us a number of great ideas and was very responsive throughout the planning. She was very helpful and valuable in creating the day-of timeline and coordinating all of the vendors. On the day-off our venue was running late and she was able to smooth it out to make sure our day went perfect. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a planner that actually responds and cares.

I decided to hire Stephanie and it was the BEST decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. She thought of every single little detail that the bride can easily miss (errors in contracts with vendors, timeline and flow of the wedding day, props that were needed on the wedding day that vendors don’t supply) From beginning to end my wedding day was incredible with all thanks to her. She worked with every single vendor and made everything run so smooth. She was even able to get a mud stain out of my dress before the ceremony (thanks to her bringing a ton of random emergency supplies) Hiring her was 110% worth every penny and I’m so happy I found her !!! Thank you Stephanie for making my day more amazing than I could have ever imagined !!!! -

Nancianne Sent on 07/25/2011I hired Stephanie about 2 months before my wedding when details were really overwhelming me with my caterer, and I wish I had booked her sooner. Stephanie found me a wonderful florist who was about 40% less than the other florist we were planning on using. Stephanie was also the most responsive of all my vendors and very assessible via email. I am also thankful to have had Stephanie at the rehearsal and wedding as she could make sure everything was set up as desired. The whole wedding day ran like a well-oiled machine. -
