You Couldn't Ask For Someone Better
Rachel and her team were truly incredible! At the start of wedding planning, we really did not know how much help we needed. We hired Rachel to not only coordinate our wedding a month out but also design the entire day from start to finish. She was attentive, flexible, and the perfect advisor/coach/partner for couple that had a vision, but lacked the know-how and connections to execute. She was there every step of the way, offering suggestions, keeping us on schedule, and ensuring that everything, from florals to music to the color of plates, was seamless.
We've had friends describe the stress of wedding day and we cannot relate all due to Rachel and team. Neither of us touched our phones, lifted a finger, or were stressed about any logistics from the moment we woke up till we went to bed due to the trust we had in Rachel and team.
We are beyond grateful for Rachel and cannot stop recommending her to everyone we know planning their own special day. She was instrumental in executing a perfect day! -

Rachel's polish, care, and professionalism made all the difference!
Working with Rachel as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very beginning, I was drawn to her incredible organization and she exceeded every expectation.
Even before our official planning window began, Rachel set us up for success with a thoughtfully organized Google Drive that included checklists, packing lists, décor folders, and vendor contract organization. It made the entire process feel manageable and clear from day one. By the time we formally started working together, she already had a deep understanding of our vendors and vision, and had built a detailed timeline as if she had been part of the planning process all along.
Throughout the experience, Rachel was an invaluable thought partner. She gave us guidance when we needed it, helped us think through decisions, and was always there as a steady, reassuring presence.
On the wedding day itself, Rachel brought such a sense of calm, order, and professionalism. We truly didn’t have to lift a finger. If anything went wrong, we never knew about it—everything felt completely seamless and effortless. One of the things I appreciated most was how intentional she was with the timeline. The day never felt rushed; we had the space to fully enjoy every moment, from getting ready to our first look to family photos.
Rachel played such a huge role in making our wedding feel exactly how we hoped it would—joyful, smooth, and deeply enjoyable. Rachel was truly the best decision we made for our wedding.
It honestly felt like she was inside the bride’s brain. Every time we mentioned an idea, she already had a thoughtful, strategic plan to bring it to life. She is creative, has an incredible aesthetic eye, and balances vision with flawless execution.
Her organization is unmatched. From the moment we woke up on our wedding day, every minute was accounted for. Everyone was moved forward, kept on task, and guided seamlessly through the day. If there were any issues ; we have absolutely no idea .. because she handled everything. From complicated family dynamics and difficult personalities to vendor or venue adjustments, she managed it all calmly and ahead of schedule.
She went above and beyond in ways that truly mattered, making sure we spent time together, making sure we ate, making sure we were present. That level of care is rare.
When you book with Rachel, you get Rachel. She is hands-on from start to finish. She does not pass you off to someone else. If you tell her what you want, she will deliver, and likely exceed it.

I'm a DJ, primarily for weddings, and I'm very happy to highlight the work of other vendors, especially exceptional wedding planners like Rachel. I play weddings almost every weekend of the year, and I see what a valuable role the planner has in keeping things running smoothly. Rachel was the coordinator for a wedding I did on Nov 15th 2025, and I was impressed with her commitment, her attention to detail, and the support she gave to the rest of us on the team. We hired Rachel Kendall as our wedding planner and day-of coordinator for our wedding in June 2025, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made! Throughout the entire planning process, Rachel was professional, responsive, and an absolute joy to work with—kind, fun, and incredibly easygoing.
She was impressively organized and kept us on track with our planning timeline without ever making it feel overwhelming. She answered our many, many questions quickly and clearly, helped us find all of our vendors (every one of them turned out to be amazing), guided us through finalizing the timeline, and helped us figure out all the decor details. Thanks to Rachel, the entire planning process felt smooth and stress-free!
On the wedding day, Rachel was everything we could’ve hoped for in a coordinator. I honestly do not know where to begin when recommending Rachel Kendall Events, especially our planner, Caroline Calleja. My partner and I definitely knew what we wanted for the most part when it came to our wedding, but some things we did not really have an opinion on or hadn't really planned out. Caroline helped us figure out every last detail without ever feeling overbearing. She is a genius at reading a room and anticipating needs; She is so incredibly good at her job.
When it came time for the actual event, Caroline helped everything flow to perfection. She honored our vision for the evening and helped everything run more smoothly than we could have imagined, despite a quirky space, friends and family who only sometimes followed directions, and the adrenaline of a wedding. She always seemed calm and happy to be there.
So in short, we definitely recommend Rachel Kendall Events. While my partner and I are fortunate that we haven't suffered from the post-wedding blues, the closest we have gotten is saying how we are bummed that we won't hear from our planner anymore! Where do I begin? My now husband and I had Rachel as our coordinator for our May 2025 wedding. I like to be very hands on but I knew I would need help with wedding day coordination since I wouldn't get to be a part of setting up and such. We met with multiple coordinators during the wedding planning process and knew Rachel was the perfect fit for us from the start.
Rachel is incredibly organized and does not miss a single detail. She provided us a space to upload all of our wedding decor and photos of decor to keep organized. We chose to go with the wedding management package and it was perfect for us. Rachel stepped in right when things started to really kick off.
Our wedding was at a campground which is very much a summer camp and not a wedding venue, so it took a loooooot of work. The day before the wedding was very busy but Rachel was there to help keep us all organized and on track. Since the camp ground isn't a typical wedding venue, we had to bring in just about everything. Rachel did an awesome job at managing all the vendors and making sure every detail was thought about for us to have a successful wedding. With it being outside, and it being a rainy spring, she made sure we were prepared for anything. It rained a good bit our wedding weekend but Rachel was sure to make sure our vision was perfect and everything went as planned.
On the wedding day, she was there to make sure my husband and I didnt have to stress or worry about a thing. Her and her team were there for us every step of the way and they were sure to make us feel special. I got so many comments about how great Rachel was and how she always had a smile on her face. I even had a friend who was recently married herself tell me she wished she would have had Rachel on board for her wedding.
Long story short, if you're looking for a coordinator that has an immaculate eye for detail and is incredibly organized, Rachel will not disappoint! -

We loved Rachel so much and don’t know what we would have done without her! She thought of everything, including when the forecast looked stormy a week in advance and she coordinated a rain plan alternative with all our vendors. Rachel was the first vendor we hired about a year out from our wedding, and I'm so glad we did. With her Wedding Management Package, we did the initial vendor booking and planning ourselves with Rachel's expert guidance, and she took over everything about 2-3 months out so we didn't have to worry about anything as the day got closer.
I had a pretty specific vision for our wedding and was nervous about how it would all come together and if it would work out the way I envisioned, but Rachel took care of everything and made me feel so at ease and confident in the weeks before our wedding day. We also have a lot of strong somewhat difficult/negative personalities in our family and Rachel managed them with ease.
On the day of, everything ran so smoothly and we were able to have so much fun without worrying about the details. Most events usually have a hiccup or two, but if there were any I had no idea! Rachel and her team made sure we got to eat throughout the night, always had our drinks full, and even made sure my best friend who recently had a baby had a private place to pump during the reception.
We are so happy with how everything turned out and can't stop talking about what a perfect fun night we had. Thank you Rachel! -

Rachel is exactly the kind of planner you want in your corner on your big day. She is not only meticulously organized, she never forgets a detail, a conversation, an ask, and she never misses a beat. The best advice we got was to forget about what time it was, what event was happening next, and just put our full faith in Rachel. For someone who hates giving up control it was beyond comforting to know that Rachel was more then on top of it. Rachel wasn't just a meticulous planner but she was also a friend. You don't realize how comforting it is to have someone in your corner who is unbiased and is solely there to make sure you (as the bride) are ok on your big day. She handled family dynamics ease and felt more like a friend by the end of the night then a vendor. It's normal to get compliments on the food, music, florals, which we all got, but we also got just as many compliments about Rachel. We're so grateful for her partnership on our big day! -

Rachel helped us ensure that every single moment of our 140-person wedding in DC was joyful, organized, and true to us.
In planning, she helped us stay organized, gave sound advice, and made sure we stayed true to the original vision. She helped us think through so many details that we wouldn’t have otherwise considered and made some truly bomb vendor recommendations (without unnecessary pressure). When we ran in to an issue with our venue, she gave us great advice and helped us navigate communication with them. The planning calls were efficient and helpful.
On the day of, she, Sydney, and Juliana made it so that we could relax and enjoy without any concerns. If any issues came up, she solved them without us even needing to know. She worked with us to design a timeline that made sense for us and helped us stick to it. She coordinated with all of the vendors and helped manage our families kindly and clearly.
Rachel is soo good at what she does, and hiring her was the best thing we could have done in planning our wedding. Highly recommend! -

Whatever it is, Rachel is on it!
Rachel was recommended to us by a coworker who also had Rachel plan their wedding. We went with Rachel's Partial Planning package and used some consulting hours, which we loved because the flexibility allowed us to take care of the things we could while having Rachel's help if needed without exceeding our budget. From our first consult to the day of, Rachel was super easy to work with and talk to. Compared to some other planners we talked to, we really felt like Rachel was invested in us as a couple and our impending wedding. She was super helpful with vendor recommendations, contract review, answering our various questions and concerns, and keeping us on track with all of the things we did (and did not) think of. Rachel was super detail-oriented in planning and making sure all of our vendors were on the same page. All of this planning really showed on the day of, where everything and everyone was always exactly where they needed to be when they needed to be. Rachel and her team managed last minute changes and mitigated issues with ease, and even managed the seemingly impossible task of getting my parents in place on time. It all felt so effortless and there is no way we could have done it without her. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone - you won't be disappointed. -

I was impressed from the start with Rachel's honesty because I initially planned to hire a full service wedding planner, but after meeting with Rachel for the first time, she told me honestly, based on having my vendors primarily booked already, I only needed her about two months out. It would have been very easy for her to take more money regardless, but that's just how she is! She was still there for me anytime I had questions, even through a venue cancellation. When she did take over two months before our wedding, I was immediately glad she was on our vendor team. She thinks of everything, so you don't have to and made our day run so smoothly. From logistics, to paperwork to responding to vendor emails, I was grateful for her expertise and help every single day! I couldn't recommend her enough! -

The best partner we could have asked for!
Rachel and her team were absolutely incredible partners for our wedding reception! They were technically our month-of coordinators, but Rachel worked with us closely over much longer than that to help us stay on top of everything we needed to get done. She and her team stuck with us through multiple COVID reschedules, helped us navigate how to reschedule and keep our vendors and guests in the loop, and helped us find new vendors when not everyone could join us on the new date. Rachel is super organized, professional, kind, patient, and has tons of advice to share based on her experience. Through it all, she helped us stay calm and talked us through everything when we became overwhelmed with all the details. On the day, her team kept everyone on time and everything and everyone in the right place. If given the chance to repeat our dream day, 10/10 I would hire Rachel again! Rachel is amazing at what she does. She started really working with us eight weeks out, and just wow - so many things happen in that last month or so, you don’t even realize how much help you truly need. Best Planner!!!!
tldr We were full planning clients. Hire her!!! Getting married doesn’t have to be stressful if you find the right person. Rachel is the right person. ;)
When my now-husband and I got engaged in January 2021, we were completely overwhelmed in starting to think about HOW we were going to get married. The wedding was to be in DC while we were both living in Boston, and I was thesising and job hunting. Worse, neither of our families had any experience planning weddings at all. By March, we knew we needed help, and we scheduled interviews with 9 different wedding planners/coordinators.
Rachel was the first person we met with, and her professionalism, style, confidence, and leadership set a very high bar. We looked at each other after the meeting and literally said, “should we even go to our next one”. But we wanted to do our due diligence (and are completionists), so on we went. Our other interviews helped give insight into the various ways planners may approach things, and several things stood out: Rachel is able to quickly distill our jumbles of "ooh this looked cool" thoughts and our rambling answers into beautiful, realistic and actionable items. Rachel efficiently guides conversations while allowing us to be heard. And Rachel isn’t afraid to (politely) tell us if something isn’t likely to be worth it. So we booked her for full planning.
In the year leading up to our wedding, Rachel's candor and warmth turned any wedding-related anxiety into calm and progress. On calls with vendors, she was able to liaison on our behalf, acting as a translator as well as building a friendly bridge between strangers. And of course there’s the style guides and vendor/design options she pulled for us based on our early conversations. We didn’t have to interview 9 different professionals for each vendor category, since we could trust that Rachel would refer us to vendors who passed her high standards — we could simply look at her suggestions and pick 2 to interview. When we were indecisive, she would help us gather necessary information or reassure us that we were making a good choice.
At some point, I got super super busy and had little time to work on the wedding. Rachel and my husband worked together to make sure important things like invites got sent out. Of course there’s many details that only the couple can fill in, such as gather everyone’s addresses or write their vows. Rachel set clear priorities, wrote to-do lists, and regularly followed up, which gave us a lot of confidence that we wouldn’t miss anything.
Our wedding was better than we even imagined. Everything flowed flawlessly from our and our guests’ perspectives. When our afterparty venue discovered sometime the day-of there was something wrong with their liquor license, Rachel found us a new afterparty venue. The entire issue was resolved before she told us about it! When I kept stepping on my very poofy dress, Rachel had an army of safety pins ready to save the day. When it was time to say hi to groups of guests after dinner, Rachel was there to literally whisper in our ear “now’s a good time”. Not least, Rachel knows when the best solution to a problem is simply confident reassurance rather than another hammer. Our guests kept commenting on how amazing our planner was, and we had to disappoint some of them that she has not yet expanded to Boston (as far as we know). Having gone to a summer’s worth of weddings now, we can also see the great difference Rachel’s various suggestions made on the enjoyability of our wedding.
People like to say the only thing that’s important is that you walk away from your wedding married. And that’s true. But the year leading up to that can either be stressful or fun. I’ve heard friends say they hated planning their wedding, or that the wedding is for the guests, not for the couple, or that the couple doesn’t get to eat their own wedding food. Thanks to Rachel, our wedding planning process was full of good memories. I can't say enough about the RKE team and how seamless they were in planning our wedding, navigating any problems leading up the the big day and executing on our wedding day. While planning, Rachel (business owner) was so responsive and even made an incredible virtual "inspiration packet" after talking about my hopes and dreams for the wedding. I really loved this because I could show it to vendors, family and friends when they inquired about the wedding instead of trying to fumble through my explanations. Rachels expertise and guidance helped with all the big and small things that are included in planning a wedding. There are so may things you don't even realize but Rachel was always a few steps ahead of us and behind us making sure we were on schedule. On the big day, we didn't have Rachel there, but one of the members of the RKE team Sydnee ran our wedding day. Sydnee ROCKED it and I felt so safe with her. I was married to my husband Tom a year ago, almost to the day, on September 21, 2019. I find myself often thinking back knowing it will, for a very long time, carry the title as the Best Day of Our Lives. I am a to-do list person and appear organized but knew on a such an important day that we wanted to hire a wedding planner. After reading through blogs of other weddings I found Rachel's name in a blog post written about an event she had planned at our venue in Chestertown.
I reached out and a day later we were talking on the phone. It was an immediate connection, she volunteered with an animal shelter (loves dogs) and sailed all around the Chesapeake Bay actually living on the boat for some time. The feeling I got when talking to her on the phone was similar to the one when I found my wedding dress. I know whole-heartedly that our wedding was as incredible as it was thanks to her. We selected her Wedding Management package and it was absolutely the best choice we made. She suggested trusted vendors (I mean she even had a vendor who she had worked many times before that would watch and care for our dog Abby so she could be in the wedding without worry from us). She reviewed every contract to make sure everything was covered and had incredible recommendations both for layout and flow as well as decor. We had what we feel was the most incredible vendor team supporting us on our big day and we owe that to Rachel.
She was there to help us organize, visualize and guide us through the process. She kept my mom looped in on all communications which I had asked for and was incredible at fielding questions from us both. She made it all happen and our day moved flawlessly as planned. Her attention to detail, experience and prompt communication made her a perfect wedding planner for us but it was her genuine care that I know made our day as special as it was.
I am one of four girls and while the oldest was married with another wedding planner and the other two are not yet in the process, our whole family knows that Rachel will be a part of those celebrations and other events in the future.
We still to this day have people say our wedding was the best they have ever been to and most importantly Tom and I had the most incredible day. We absolutely owe a huge, and very belated thank you to Rachel for making it all happen and cannot recommend her enough.
Thank you Rachel for helping us through the process and for all of your work behind the scenes both leading up to and on our wedding day. Thank you for being there as it provided a comfort to us both as well as our families on that day knowing that you were coordinating everything. We are celebrating our 1 year anniversary tomorrow and cannot thank you enough helping us celebrate a day that we will never forget.

Rachel was so amazing all throughout the wedding planning and day of the wedding. I really do not know how we could have the wedding we did without her. I knew Rachel had not done a wedding at our venue but I never doubted her!
She was ALWAYS on point with the smallest details! After telling her the wedding vision she was always so helpful with suggestions on where I could find what I needed. The seating chart she came up with was unique to the space and looked SO GOOD. She even had the event coordinators at the venue get excited!
On the day of the wedding her and her assistant made sure that everything ran smoothly or on time. She was so good with adapting all of the personalities that my friends and family have. Throughout the wedding Rachel and her assistant made sure that me and my now husband were happy! If we were empty handed, they made sure to ask if we needed anything.
I will never forget Rachel and how she made our wedding so stress free. I don't even want to imagine what things would have been like without her. We should have gotten a picture with her! She is truly made for this industry, and I couldn't imagine there being a better wedding planner than her. Thank you, Rachel and Caitlyn!! You make an awesome team!!!!!

Where to begin!? When we were looking to sign on with a particular venue, we learned that it was a requirement to also work with Rachel Kendall Events. We heard nothing but incredible things about Rachel from the start, but wanted to make sure we were a good fit, before signing our contract. Rachel met up with us one evening and we had the best conversation ever! Rachel is down-to-earth, fun, professional, has great ideas, and you can tell that this is her area of expertise! After our initial meeting, we signed on with our venue and to work with Rachel. For us, although Rachel was hired only as a month-of wedding coordinator, she was a great resource throughout the entire year up until our big day. She was able to help with suggesting certain vendors and was always there if I needed to run an idea by her! She always responded in a timely manner, was clear and precise in her explanations, and always clarified any miscommunications through e-mail. When our big day was approaching, we learned the week before, that Hurricane Florence would possibly be arriving during our OUTSIDE wedding. In a short amount of time, Rachel was able to find an alternative venue that we could possibly use if Hurricane Florence would be hitting our region (talk about incredible!). Luckily, between all of the weather dancing and good vibes, the hurricane took a southwestern turn and we were spared! Our wedding day turned out spectacular and it was everything and more than what we imagined! At first, I did not even think that a wedding planner was necessary. However, now I understand how important it is to hire someone to take care of everything so that the people getting married can relax and LIVE in the moment! For me, the thing that meant the most to me was that she treated us with respect throughout the entire process. I can't thank Rachel enough for all that she did to make the biggest day of our lives, beyond stellar! Thank you, Rachel! -

They Are The Best
So, first mistake was assuming, because I work in movies and television and deal with tents, caterers, tables, chairs, etc. etc. on a daily basis, that planning and overseeing a wedding would be a piece of cake. Wrong!
Second mistake, was assuming we could handle all the details, on top of our busy personal schedules, without becoming overwhelmed. Wrong… again!
The only thing we did do right was hire Rachel Cumberland (Rachel Kendall Events) and her team, Caitlyn Kirby and Ana Blickenstaff, to oversee all the details and interface with all the vendors on a regular basis making sure that everyone's concerns and needs were being addressed. This included regularly updated intricate timelines shared with everyone so that we were all on the same page, especially literally every moment of the wedding and reception. The most important thing was that they never lost their cool. They were always pleasant and accommodating, reassuring us that this was going to be a spectacular wedding. Which it was!
Rachel, unfortunately could not be there on the wedding day because she had already been booked on another event. But, she left us in very capable hands with her team. Just before the start of the evening they approached me and said… “Now, we want you to assume that you are just a guest here to enjoy the wedding and leave everything to us”. I, without hesitation, immediately stopped worrying from that point on because I trusted this team so much.
Late in the evening, after her other event was finished, Rachel made a point of driving all the way over to our wedding to check in to see how we were doing. That was an indication of dedication and professionalism that did not go unnoticed. I was glad she did it because it gave me an opportunity to share with her how many people had said this was the best wedding they had ever been to and how much I personally enjoyed it thanks to the confidence that she and her team instilled in me. They set the bar with an exemplary level of efficiency, class, and style. We literally could not have done this wedding without them. They are the best. -

Caitlyn Sent on 06/08/2018Rachel is a master of making things happen and making things just beautiful! My husband and I got engaged in July 2017, and decided to get married April 2018. However, we didn't decide on that date until, like, Christmas! So I had four months to throw a wedding together. That wasn't going to happen- until I found Rachel Kendall Events. Rachel immediately started collecting information from me so she could turn and burn, and boy is she on fire! The whole wedding was planned- I kid you not- by February. She found the exact vendors to fit my vibe and helped me organize the finer details. She also helped me do some DIY stuff that helped bring a totally personalized touch to the wedding decor. Did I mention I didn't know weddings had to be decorated? Good thing I had Rachel- she took the time to explain and curate the finer details that really did end up mattering to me and making the day extra special. Here's the thing- your wedding should be the happiest, most fun, and most memorable day of your life (so far.) Rachel will completely take away the stress of planning and emailing and calling people you don't know- allowing you to just enjoy the whole experience. She's also cool and nice, like, I would totally just hang out and have a glass of wine with her.

The week after our second daughter Becca became engaged, we made the call to Rachel Kendall Events to secure the October 30, 2021 wedding date! Rachel and her wonderful team were the planners for our first daughter’s wedding in April of 2018 and we had zero reservations about having her and her team plan every detail of Becca and Ryan’s wedding.
Rachel and Sydnee (one of Rachel’s lead planners) met with Becca early on to gain a clear understanding of her vision and how she wanted it all to come together. As the days got closer to the wedding day Sydnee took the lead and did an excellent job of helping Becca and Ryan bring their dream wedding to fruition! We loved Sydnee's warm, at ease personality and appreciated her willingness to answer any and all questions quickly and in a way that was clear and concise. Sydnee helped with each aspect of the wedding day and when Becca and Ryan decided to move the wedding location (yikes) three months prior to the wedding day she was a pro at making that a very smooth transition. The day of the wedding was perfect. Rachel’s team was exceptional! Due to the expertise of Sydnee, Caitlyn and Abby the day ensued without any bumps or bruises.

Sue Sent on 11/28/2017As mother of the bride, I was thankful to have Rachel as our wedding coordinator. We opted for a DIY type of wedding at a summer camp (great fun!) and we knew that if we wanted to enjoy our efforts, we needed a wedding planner to help.
Rachel made things easy for us. She reviewed contracts, made recommendations, coordinated day-of arrivals & handled all the last minute details. She picked up on the little things such as the exact number/size of tablecloths needed and followed up the big ones, like the vendor who was running late. Our family was able to appreciate the precious moments of the day, without focusing on the details.
Rachel is capable, calm and pleasant. She is organized and effective. We had a lot of fun planning the wedding, but when it came to the week of details, we just wanted to enjoy. This goal was achieved with Rachael by our side. -

Our wedding was a DIY backyard wedding, and we knew we needed someone to implement everything we had been planning for MONTHS, cue Rachel. In the month(s) leading up to the wedding Rachel answered every email (and there were many emails) with thoughtful and informative answers! The few weeks before she started emailing our MANY vendors, making sure everyone was on the same page. Then the day before the wedding she did a very thorough walkthrough with me, noting all the decor items and everything that would need to be set up the next day. Aside, from going through my long and extensive decor/set-up list she ROCKED the rehearsal. Managing my family and friends is no easy task and she made it seem effortless.
Now, the day of. Rachel was amazing. The minute Rachel arrived I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. She immediately starting setting up decor, and made sure to pop into the house every now and then to make sure that we were still on time. I am sitting here typing this realizing that NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. Well, a horse did escape while we were taking portraits, but Rachel "literally" came running in order to make sure Tyler and I had nothing to worry about. Not only did she impress me and my husband, but our guests couldn't stop talking about coordinator and how amazing everything was.
Long story short, If you want your wedding to be picture perfect and perfectly executed, hire Rachel, you won't regret it!!

She worked with us to plan a magical DIY wedding at a summer camp (not a typical wedding venue), and despite us constantly coming up with new ideas and developing new pieces to include in our day, Rachel kept perfect track of how we wanted each item placed and involved in the ceremony and reception. Our wedding proceeded perfectly without a single issue, something we can certainly attribute to Rachel's genuine caring about our special day, dedication, and extreme attention to detail. Danny Sent on 10/23/2017As a photographer/videographer, working with a wedding planner can be a make or break deal for how the wedding will go. Needless to say, Rachel was AMAZING! She perfectly planned the entire day, brought me into the conversation timeline wise from the very beginning, and gave me every opportunity to alter the timeline if I felt it necessary. She also did an amazing job or managing all of the little detail moments of the wedding that most brides will begin to stress and get frustrated over. She was very communicative and thorough in every conversation or engagement we had and it truly made working a wedding with her that much better. There was not a single moment of the wedding day where I felt rushed or frustrated with how things we're moving, which honestly is VERY rare. All-in-all, she was awesome to work with and I certainly hope for future opportunities to work together in the future!

I decided to read a few reviews of planners local to our Maryland venue and gave a couple of them a call. RACHEL KENDALL HAD ME AT HELLO. Her professionalism and kindness shined through immediately. And, she did not disappoint! Five months before her "Month Of" responsibilities began, Rachel drove 50 minutes out of her way just to meet me and my daughter face-to-face which was very impressive. Rachel's dedication and commitment to make my daughter's wedding day exactly what she wanted was never-ending. Rachel established a timeline for both the Rehearsal and the Big Day and I never had to worry about a thing....she kept us AND the vendors on track.....even when there were a few "surprises" she handled them beautifully!!!!!! I am a full time working, type-A personality bride who had A LOT going on when it came to the planning. Rachel's guidance and direction leading up to the day before she was even technically in that "month-of" go-time was so helpful. When the time came for Rachel to jump in with vendor communication, coordination of decor, seating charts, etc. it was like all my worries had lifted and I could focus on the special time happening in my life and how exciting it is to be engaged. The wedding day she continued to amaze - she kept things on timeline to a T, even when we had to switch things around secretly when one of the bridal party members mentioned a surprise toast.
