The single greatest decision we made for planning our wedding was hiring Angelita (about five months in advance) to manage it for us. Not only did she go above and beyond repeatedly - in going to bat to get vendors to lower prices for us, in being just a text away every day the month proceeding the wedding, in putting up with three hour calls where we also discussed family dramas -- she was always friendly, professional, and a genuine delight, helping manage stress and ensure everything went smoothly, even when the best man was doing things like forget he needed a suit, or jeweler wasn't responding to bride's texts and I couldn't get a quote back for rings weeks before the wedding. She took over all communications with the vendors beforehand, organized and ensured everyone had their marching orders (literally when it came to her air-traffic controller maneuvers down the aisle). That the day-of was drama free, an absolute blast, and so much fun, we hoped for -- but that the months before were, was an unexpected joy, and that was because of Angelita. Angie and Danny were simply the BEST. From day one Angie was an essential part of our wedding. From small suggestions to huge ones, she was there for us during the entire planning process to help us stay on track even though we only hired her as more of month of planning. She even included some honeymoon prep with us as well so we knew where we were going (even though I forgot my passport renewal so it wasn’t usable.. sorry Angie).
