Katherine is the person you need for your wedding! Her quick wit, can-do, and straight-to-the-point attitude was just what we were looking for in someone to help plan and coordinate our day.

In the last couple months leading into the wedding Katherine's organizational skills kicked into high gear as she helped coordinate all our vendors for the walkthrough, helped us plan out our schedule and offered really thoughtful suggestions. She asked questions we did not even consider but ended up being critical details to our day.

On the day of, she and her dad were ready! She came with a day-of emergency kit with deodorant, scissors, bobby pins and the like that the bridesmaids and especially the bride appreciated. The bridal party and family responded well to her respectful, yet highly helpful, instructions! During the set up, she and her dad nailed every little detail we asked of them. So many guests complimented the work she put in and we cannot thank her enough! She kept us on time, and was the perfect middle person for all our vendors helping to keep our day stress-free. She even helped the bridal party coordinate their walkout dance!

Katherine went above and beyond and our day could not have been possible without her! Thank you, Katherine!

Working with Katherine was so wonderful. She was so helpful in making our vision come to life. I'm still blown away!!
Our wedding was at a summer camp that we rented for the whole weekend. We had to bring in basically everything ourselves minus tables and chairs. I was so nervous because it was a lot of work. But she and her lovely helper Nick knocked it out of the park!! Everything looked beautiful and I didn't have a worry all day. She took charge and communicated with all our other vendors to make the day go smoothly. Nick was so attentive during dinner/dancing, my drink was never empty. Our favors didn't get put out in time so we went back home with a lot of smores packets but no one noticed but us. Katherine and Nick also cleared everything and boxed all the decor back up, which was such a huge help. No way we could have pulled off this magical day without her help. So grateful to have met this lovely human!!

We genuinely don't know how our wedding would have happened without Katherine! As a couple planning a wedding from across the country, it was a huge relief to have a coordinator in Maryland on the ground wrangling all of our vendors. Then, at the actual wedding, we were truly so immensely grateful for Katherine and Nick! They made our vision a reality -- it was a stunning ceremony and reception -- and we were so truly taken care of (I don't think my husband or I ever had an empty drink in hand!). They made sure we were fed, having a good time, that our tips were delivered to vendors, and that the venue continued to operate well and look beautiful. It was such a wonderful weekend and we know it would have been so different if not for the phenomenal work of Katherine and Nick too.

Katherine and her team (Nick), were PHENOMENAL! My wedding day was absolutely perfect because of them! I truly was able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew the two of them had everything covered. I have no idea if anything went wrong, because I was never bothered by a guest or wedding party member. I am so thankful to Katherine and Nick for being there and making sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes. They even packaged up the entire reception at the end of the night and delivered it to my parent’s house. And Nick was making sure my husband and I’s drinks were never empty and making sure the Polaroid camera was always in use! I can’t recommend Katherine and her team enough! It is because of them that I was able to enjoy my wedding day and it was 100% stress free! THANK YOU!

The experience we had with EBTV team was beyond amazing. They helped us with so much of the day of planning that we were able to remain in the moment and enjoy our friends and family. I would highly recommend EBTV.

So, I realized late in the planning phase that I needed a day of coordinator for my July wedding. Thankfully, Katherine was available to save the day. With all honesty, hiring Katherine was the best decision I made. She took care of EVERYTHING from décor to favors to wrangling my family members. I didn’t have a bridal party, so I depended on Katherine for all the details of the day. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. Hiring Katherine was one of the best decisions I made in wedding planning. It was so easy to relax and have fun on my wedding day knowing that Katherine had literally everything in order. Her flexibility, professionalism, humor, and kindness made her the perfect planner/coordinator for us. We spoke several times over a few months guiding me in the planning process and recommending vendors where I needed help. She worked seamlessly with my vendors--my wedding came out better than I could have thought and Katherine was absolutely integral in making it happen. Cannot recommend her enough.

Katherine in her team are truly the best. Day of coordination was seamless and flawless. No question was too much and truly we had no concerns or thoughts the day of our wedding other than having fun. They are PROS! The entire planning process was made so much easier because of Katherine. She let us contact her any time with any questions. Truly gave the best advice and suggestions and did it in a way where what you wanted was still reflected and the priority. We could not have asked for a better planner for the entire process and a better executor for the day of. Truly looked better than we had envisioned. The only down side is that now that it’s over we don’t get the pleasure of working with Katherine anymore. She doesn’t warn you about that! Thanks Katherine for literally everything. Katherine and the EBTV team went above and beyond to make our day so special. She LITERALLY saved our day after a venue cancellation, and used her network to find a new space that was even better than the first. Katherine was attentive to every detail during the planning process and execution of our day. She was incredibly communicative, and made sure that all of our vendors had the timeline, pertinent information, and that our guests had an extraordinary experience.
