Everything But The Vows is a boutique wedding planning company located in Baltimore, MD, serving the greater DMV area. I founded EBTV because I know that the planning process can be stressful, and that the day-of is organized chaos! My hope is to help you feel prepared so that you, your fiance, and families can kick back and have a great time.

My services include:

Best wedding coordinator!

Katherine and her team (Nick), were PHENOMENAL! My wedding day was absolutely perfect because of them! I truly was able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew the two of them had everything covered. I have no idea if anything went wrong, because I was never bothered by a guest or wedding party member. I am so thankful to Katherine and Nick for being there and making sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes. They even packaged up the entire reception at the end of the night and delivered it to my parent’s house. And Nick was making sure my husband and I’s drinks were never empty and making sure the Polaroid camera was always in use! I can’t recommend Katherine and her team enough! It is because of them that I was able to enjoy my wedding day and it was 100% stress free! THANK YOU!

The Best Team!

We genuinely don't know how our wedding would have happened without Katherine! As a couple planning a wedding from across the country, it was a huge relief to have a coordinator in Maryland on the ground wrangling all of our vendors. Then, at the actual wedding, we were truly so immensely grateful for Katherine and Nick! They made our vision a reality -- it was a stunning ceremony and reception -- and we were so truly taken care of (I don't think my husband or I ever had an empty drink in hand!). They made sure we were fed, having a good time, that our tips were delivered to vendors, and that the venue continued to operate well and look beautiful. It was such a wonderful weekend and we know it would have been so different if not for the phenomenal work of Katherine and Nick too.

I would have been lost without EBTV!

So, I realized late in the planning phase that I needed a day of coordinator for my July wedding. Thankfully, Katherine was available to save the day. With all honesty, hiring Katherine was the best decision I made. She took care of EVERYTHING from décor to favors to wrangling my family members. I didn’t have a bridal party, so I depended on Katherine for all the details of the day. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. She anticipated everything we needed and just made it happen. Her calm professionalism was a lifesaver for an anxious bride. I am so grateful that I came across Everything But the Vows.
