Gabby and Vanessa, or "the ladies" as we lovingly called them, are the dream team for a couple getting married in the DMV. We are not from the area, so they connected us with vendors who exceeded every one of our expectations. They kept the planning on track and their coordination of the wedding day was seamless. My main goals for my wedding day was to not have any of our family or friends have to help - I wanted them to experience the day and not see the behind-the-scenes setup - and I did NOT want to be the point of contact for anything that entire weekend so I could be present and not worried about logistics. I will forever be grateful for Vanessa and Gabby for making that happen for me. Every bride gets the advice that your wedding day goes by in a blur. I am lucky that I was able to enjoy every moment of that day because I was confident that Gabby and Vanessa were making it all happen.

I am not local to the Baltimore area so I knew I had to find a planner who I could trust and could support me from afar. I found Dailey Forte after doing some research in the planners on the area and am so happy I did! Vanessa and Gabby are a great team and were consistently available when I needed them. They ensured I understood the entire process, timing and provided wonderful referrals for vendors. One thing I also really appreciated was that they allowed me to be myself, focus on what I was looking for but also challenged me to think outside the box on that vision I had for the day, and helped me pick out some really beautiful, unique aspects that ended up making our wedding look better than I could imagine and I would've never chosen for myself. On the actual day of my wedding, Vanessa was a true god send, she helped me remain calm (despite some unexpected rain and last minute change of an outdoor ceremony) and reminded me that she had everything under control but most importantly she ensured that my husband and I were able to actually enjoy the day! Working with Gabby and Vanessa was a wonderful experience from our first friendly conversation with them through the day of our wedding. They worked with us every step of the way and handled several special requests with ease, including arranging wheelchair transportation for our elderly parents. They were always available via email, text or phone call if we had any questions or concerns. Their recommended vendors (DJ, florist, invitations, officiant, and photographer) provided excellent service at reasonable prices and were easy to work with during the lead up to our wedding day. When there was some confusion about blocking hotel rooms at several different locations they stepped in and took care of the problem for us.

They were always very open to any thoughts or suggestions we had and gave us several ideas and tweaks that we incorporated into the ceremony and reception. Gabby was with us for 10+ hours on our wedding day and made sure we and our families had anything we needed and that everything stayed on schedule along the way. We were able to relax and enjoy our special day thanks to their hard work along the way.

In short, Gabby and Vanessa are simply the best.

We were able to meet a month earlier to discuss our timeline and get everything locked into place. From there, Gabby and Vanessa really took over and made the few weeks before the wedding as stress free for us as possible. They are organized, fun, communicative, and just so easy to work with.
