We utilized Dailey Forte Designs in a full capacity for my August 2024 wedding in Baltimore, MD. I can't express how thrilled we were with them!
From the moment we began planning, the team was nothing short of extraordinary. They took the time to understand our vision, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Every aspect of our wedding, from the venue setup to the floral arrangements, was executed flawlessly.
They also assisted on the creative side. This truly shone through in every element, making our special day not only beautiful but also unique and personal. They were incredibly organized, which made the entire planning process stress-free. On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch, thanks to their meticulous coordination.
I received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning everything looked, and we owe it all to them and the incredible vendors they helped us pick. If you're planning a wedding in the Baltimore area I would highly recommend them. -

Gabby and Vanessa, or "the ladies" as we lovingly called them, are the dream team for a couple getting married in the DMV. We are not from the area, so they connected us with vendors who exceeded every one of our expectations. They kept the planning on track and their coordination of the wedding day was seamless. My main goals for my wedding day was to not have any of our family or friends have to help - I wanted them to experience the day and not see the behind-the-scenes setup - and I did NOT want to be the point of contact for anything that entire weekend so I could be present and not worried about logistics. I will forever be grateful for Vanessa and Gabby for making that happen for me. Every bride gets the advice that your wedding day goes by in a blur. I am lucky that I was able to enjoy every moment of that day because I was confident that Gabby and Vanessa were making it all happen. -

We had the privilege of working with Dailey Forte Designs and specifically Gabby on our wedding day for all of our day of coordination needs and absolutely loved our experience! We were able to meet a month earlier to discuss our timeline and get everything locked into place. From there, Gabby and Vanessa really took over and made the few weeks before the wedding as stress free for us as possible. They are organized, fun, communicative, and just so easy to work with. Everything was on time and just perfect thanks to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! -

My wedding was.... well, unique. We were already married, so there was no ceremony. In fact, the only traditional aspects that we really kept were food, dancing, and speeches. Other than that it was a complicated, tailored party at a brewery for 150 people. I met with a few wedding planners, and some of them just didn't really see my vision. My wedding had a lot of moving parts, much of which was home-made or individualized. I needed a team that would say yes to my 3 or 4 "musts" and then advise on ways and best practices to see through the rest, all while keeping it low-key and as stress-free as possible. They reviewed the contracts and organized all the vendors I already had in line, and recommended vendors to fill in the remaining open spots (who performed wonderfully with only a few weeks to go.)
I didn't need a planner who "told" me what I needed. I needed a planner who helped me organize my requests, without adding more than I wanted or needed, without making it too fancy (I'm sure they can do fancy if that's what you want, I just wanted something more trendy and unique, and other planners' attempts to put me in a box were terrifying), and most importantly, all while managing sometimes conflicting communications from my mother and I. Seriously, they came in exactly when we needed them, did what we asked and more, and made the process a lot less daunting. Plus, the day-of was beautiful. I'm so thankful they were there to organize my day-of. -

Dailey Forte Designs - The relief I needed.
I can not put into words the amount of admiration I have for Vanessa & Gabby at Dailey Forte Designs. Although I was not planning a wedding, I was tasked with multiple large events for our associates at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital within a months span. Dailey Forte Designs helped me with everything for our Associate Service Awards and I couldn't be more happier with their services. Immediately after our first consult I knew I would be in great hands! Gabby & Vanessa were on top of everything for me down to the smallest details. While I was stressing about other events I knew for sure the breakfast and luncheon were taken care of. I was impressed by the amount of contacts and relationships these women have with awesome vendors who turned our warehouse into a beautiful space that even wowed our President / CEO and executive team members. Thank you Gabby & Vanessa and I pray we are able to work together again soon! -

Working with Gabby and Vanessa was incredible. They helped us plan our wedding every step of the way — providing recommendations for vendors, giving advice when needed, and managing all emails and vendor coordination. Their support was invaluable as we live out of state. On top of all of that they managed the entire day of the wedding perfectly — I cannot imagine our wedding without them. We were able to truly feel relaxed and calm throughout the entire day knowing Gabby & Vanessa had everything handled. They also adjusted the wedding day timeline seamlessly when anything unexpected arose. We seriously could not have had such a perfect day without them! -

Gabby and Vanessa were wonderful to work with. They were organized, professional, knowledgeable and fun. I was on the fence about hiring planners, but they were well worth the investment, especially for the peace of mind on my wedding day. They were efficient and helped everyone stay on track, timewise. I also chose them because of their experience working with my venue, which came in handy. I still had to keep an eye on things, and there were some details that needed correcting (e.g. misspelled guest names, reversed chronology for some of the events on the day schedule, linen and china choices, etc.), but they were prompt in remedying those when I signaled them. All in all, I recommend them to anyone interested in a well-run, and I wish them the very best with future endeavors! -

Dailey Forte Designs was recommended to us by a friend and hiring them was easily the best decision in our wedding planning. Through postponements, a surprising change in venue, and other small hiccups, Vanessa & Gabby never wavered. Their professionalism, responsiveness, organization, support, and most importantly, the absolute joy in what they do, made the entire process so much smoother and enjoyable. I can't imagine doing it on my own! Their communication with us and our vendors was clear, concise and when our wedding day arrived, we enjoyed a seamlessly executed event that surpassed our wedding dreams. Vanessa & Gabby are truly the dream team. You won't be disappointed in choosing to work with them! -

Like a lot of girls out there - I had a lot of ideas for our wedding but didn't necessarily know how to put them together in a way that would mesh well.
Enter, Gabby & Vanessa. They took all of my ideas (plus ones I hadn't thought of!) and not only helped organize and act on them - but truly brought them to another level! Their attention to detail and ability to see how every little thing would affect the big picture was incredible. There are so many vendors out there that narrowing them down seemed like an exhaustive task - but Gabby and Vanessa's recommendations, and relationships with the vendors we chose, were invaluable and made it so much easier than I could have ever imagined. On the day of the wedding I didn't think twice about logistics or any of the million moving parts it took to make things happen - Vanessa was ten steps ahead of anything that came to mind and we got to truly relish in all the beautiful moments of our day! At the end of the day, our wedding was perfect and I cannot thank Gabby and Vanessa enough for bringing to life all of our wedding dreams, and more!!!! -

Outstanding Wedding Planners
Dailey Forte Designs did an incredible job helping me execute my dream wedding. Gabby and Vanessa are detail oriented, attentive, and knowledgeable on the best vendors in the DC/Maryland/VA area. The year leading up to my wedding was filled with venue visits with Gabby and Vanessa, multiple planning phone calls, budget help, vendor suggestions, and a thorough amount of help with planning out the schedule for the day. Whether it was a long phone call or a quick text, they were always so quick to respond and so very helpful. I live in the NYC area and having a DC wedding was a hurdle I initially was nervous about, but with the help of Dailey Forte Designs they made the wedding planning process a breeze. On the actual day of the wedding, they managed every single detail of the day. They made sure every vendor was in position, all of the bridal party was in the right place at the right time, and that all of the behind the scenes details went unnoticed to me. My husband and I fully enjoyed our day and we didn't have to worry about any planning details on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend Dailey Forte Designs - they will be there for you each step of the way in the wedding planning process and I truly felt genuine enthusiasm and support from both Gabby and Vanessa which is so important as you plan a wedding. Reliable, professional, reasonably priced and made things easy!
Gabby and Vanessa helped plan my wedding day on Oct 12 — wedding in Fells’s Point during the Fall Festival, reception at the Sagamore Pendry with almost ALL out of town guests. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely responsive to emails and when there was too much to discuss via email, they were happy to jump on a phone call to talk through plans. I love how they came forward with a timeline, told me what i needed to make decisions about, and kept me on track. One of the best decisions was to have them attend my initial tour so we could all see the space, and then they also attended the final walkthrough to make sure we were all on the same page with final details. at first I could really understand why I’d need a wedding planner because I’m extremely Type A and feel pretty competent to handle details but I came to appreciate (very quickly!) the value they brought to the process. On wedding day, I had both of them on site — managing the flow of people, vendors, reception set-up, me (which was no easy feat!) and the entire bridal party - including 2 sets of older and very needy parents. They were consummate professionals and there’s no way we could've pulled an absolutely PERFECT day — an epic wedding that people have been raving about - without their help. I am incredibly grateful for Gabby and Vanessa and their talents. THANK YOU so much for everything you did for Josh and I!! -

Gabby and Vanessa... LIFE SAVERS!!
I do not even know where to begin. First and foremost, thank you to these two, whom were there the entire step of the way for my husband and I. We said it multiple times leading up to the wedding that we wouldn't be where we were in details, planning, organizing without Dailey Forte's help and professionalism.
The actual wedding day - nothing but pure joy, happiness, STRESS FREE, and fulfillment. My husband and I still cannot believe it is over, but we know it wouldn't have been as successful if it wasn't for Dailey Forte for keeping the groomsmen on time, the bridal party in check, and especially keeping my husband and I on time... Everything went seamlessly.
Vanessa and Gabby maintained professionalism throughout the entire planning process and did it in a way that had my husband and I feeling relaxed and confident with their judgment calls.
Again, It was the best decision we could have made to bring Dailey Forte on board and represent us. If we could provide 10 stars, we would!! -

If you’re looking for a day of coordinator, no need to keep looking. Vanessa and Gabby were awesome to work with. They were very responsive to all emails/any questions I had. They made sure our day ran smoothly and came up with a very detailed scheduled that ended up working out perfectly. I had no worries on the day of, everything was handled for me and I wouldn’t have even known if anything went wrong. They made the day perfect and I could not have asked for anything more! -

If you are looking for a wedding planner we highly recommend Dailey Forte Designs! They helped us create a venue at my parents family lake house bringing in multiple different vendors from different areas and the wedding day went seamlessly (and was also the best day ever!). They handled everything the day of the wedding- from organizing all the vendors, helping us stick to the timeline, decorating tables, helping with floral arrangements, adding chalk board signs- they go above and beyond to make your day perfect.
They are extremely professional, respond quickly and have great ideas and input throughout the whole planning process. They are very detail oriented and your biggest advocates so the big day goes smoothly! -

Gabby and Vanessa were absolutely amazing! Our venue required that we have a day of planner to ensure that things ran seamlessly on our side. After interviewing and evaluating several planners and coordinators in the DC area, it was clear that Dailey Forte Designs was our first choice. They were so easy to work with and listened to what we wanted without any judgment or inputting their opinion (unless we asked!). They were so fantastic during the last month with coordinating all of the remaining details that I just did not care to take care of anymore! On the actual day there could’ve been several mishaps and I would’ve never known because everything was taken care of professionally. Seriously do yourself a favor and hire them - their work is so underrated. Everything they took care of really helped me relax and bring my mind at ease when I was going crazy with planning. They’re fantastic! -

I think I don't have words to say how happy im with their services. Beside my husband, they were my best decision in all this wedding process. I'm a OCD person and I found my perfect match with them.. details, attention, responsible..they exceed my expectations!!
They reply email fast, they really take care of you and the day of the wedding the were the boss. I trust them with my eyes closed and I will be always greatful with them..to create my special day!

Vanessa and Gabby are wonderful! They got our vision from day 1, and did everything possible to make it come to life. When I had a difficult time finding a florist who could meet our needs, they were able to recommend the perfect florist who did an amazing job. We had a fairly complicated wedding set-up needing multiple vendors. They worked with the vendors to ensure we had everything needed and coordinated the walk-through, timing of set-up, and tear-down with all of them. Before the wedding, they sent a very professional timeline to all of the vendors and to us to distribute to the wedding party, which was extremely helpful. On our wedding day, they were imperative to keeping us on schedule.
Overall, I highly recommend DFDesigns. This is probably the best money you will spend on your wedding, they are worth every penny! -

We could not have been happier with Gabby and Vanessa from Daily Forte Designs! They worked with us within our 1-month plan to help us align all vendors, check last minute boxes and ease into our wedding day with minimal anxiety. They were an extremely hands-on and helpful presence on the day-of and made sure we did not have to worry about the details as we were enjoying our day! Dee Sent on 10/27/2017On behalf of my husband and I, thank you for helping us pull off a fantastic first birthday party for my son! I received many compliments (especially from experienced moms) on how wonderful everything looked and presented. It was rewarding to see that all of our collaborative efforts from our initial consultation, countless emails and texts, and final touches paid off! Both Vanessa and Gabby were professional and courteous, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a design team that aims to please.
We also wanted to thank Ariel's entertainment team for being great a great choice for the kids. They were very nice and professional, and we could tell the parent's enjoyed themselves since the kids were so occupied with face painting, pumpkin painting, and storytime. They even helped with cleanup, and were so gracious before leaving.
Lastly, your strong recommendation for Susan Hornyak as the photographer was great! She was just a joy to work with, and her pictures came out great. It can be difficult to capture candid moments with family, friends, and kids, but she got some pretty great shots!
Again, the decor, the theme, the ambiance, was appreciated by all. Your recommendations were lovely, and your coordination with the Turnhouse led to a well executed event! Thank you again for all your hard work and support- we hope to get a chance to work with you both again in the future! -

Gabby and Vanessa were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us out when we needed them the most. Vanessa supported us as our day-of coordinator, and we appreciated having her there to assist with setup and help keep things on track throughout the evening. Her presence allowed us to relax a bit more and focus on enjoying the celebration with our friends and family.
She helped make sure the major elements of the day stayed on schedule and that the decor came together as planned. It was nice to have someone there to help manage the flow of the event and provide support behind the scenes.
