I highly recommend Amy helping to plan your wedding day! From the very beginning of the planning process, she kept us organized and relaxed to take away the stress of the process. She is very familiar with all of the various intricacies of the day and ensures nothing goes missed. We're grateful to have her help plan the day for us!

We brought Amy onboard as our day of wedding coordinator quite close to our wedding when the stresses of organising the components for the big day were becoming quite overwhelming. Just Breathe Events is the perfect name for Amy's company as that is exactly what it allowed us to do - to just relax and enjoy our day.

From the very start of hiring her, Amy joined on to calls to vendors, communicating what we wanted and coordinating between them, pulling everything together into a cogent and coherent plan that would just flow. Between her extensive contacts and knowledge, and her warm personality and excellent communication skills, she accomplishing the organisation far more effectively than we ever could on our own.

Although we were married in Baltimore, we live in the UK and the bride’s parents in Hawaii which added an extra layer of complexity to arranging the wedding, coordinating the planning, and getting all the equipment and favors, etc. in the right place at the right time. Amy was absolutely invaluable in collecting everything ahead of time and getting it to where it needed to go.

On the day itself, Amy single handedly set up several rooms at our reception venue, kept the event moving as per the timetable, but always seemed to still have enough bandwidth to ask how things were going, provide calming pep talks, and even bring over drinks and food when we looked like we might need them. At the end of the night, she very efficiently collected and brought together all our stuff to take away.

As a professional service provider, Amy is extremely efficient, organised, knowledgeable with great communication skills. As a person, she is wonderfully warm, was fully engaged from the get go, and genuinely cared that she could help us to have the day we wanted. She absolutely went out of her way, and far beyond what could have been expected to make things happen.

We couldn't have asked for a better day if wedding coordinator and would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone else who wants a smoothly running, well coordinated wedding day. AMY IS AWESOME!

I honestly don’t even know how anybody has a wedding without Amy. She took care of every detail to a T and only concerned us with things when necessary. She was so kind, genuine, and organized, it made our day flow effortlessly. I received many compliments for her from family and friends. She was genuinely excited for us and our wedding. From the moment I met Amy, I felt like she truly cared about me and was confident in her ability to make my vision come to life. Amy is an absolutely amazing person and so so good at what she does!

Amy absolutely went above and beyond to make our wedding day incredible! Even though we hired her as a "day-of coordinator," she attended our venue walkthrough and our rehearsal in addition to the wedding. We gave her all our personal items at the rehearsal so we didn't have to worry about transporting and setting them up the day of. We also gave her all our extra flowers (we did our own florals) to do whatever she wanted with, and she made our reception look BEAUTIFUL!! We can't thank her enough for all her help. Plus she's also just a lovely person and great to work with. Seriously don't know what we would've done without her! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator!

Amy was absolutely amazing!!! She made our day go smoothly and helped make our wedding the best it could be. She was on top of every detail and was always responsive. She took off the stress of dealing with vendors and helped to coordinate everyone so the event ran smoothly.   She is the absolute best and made our day perfect! Working with Amy has been absolutely amazing! From our first consultation, it was clear that Amy is a person who cares sincerely. And she also has a magical ability to bring joy and fun, which is always appreciated in those stressful moments of planning, and of course on the day of the wedding. Even though she had never worked at our venue, she was able to come up with the perfect rain plan, better than suggestions from our other vendors who had worked at our venue. She provided us helpful resources for planning in the year leading up to the event. She's also incredibly organized and her notes from calls and walkthroughs were great to refer to in planning every wedding detail. On the wedding day, she handled every detail gracefully and professionally. My partner and I never had to worry about anything because Amy had already thought 10 steps ahead and taken care of it. We are so grateful for all of her help!

Amy was attentive, supportive, and made sure everything flowed seamlessly, from the rehearsal all the way through our wedding day. Her communication was clear and easy throughout the entire process, and she provided great guidance, insight, and reassurance every step of the way.
