Just Breathe Events is a wedding planning company that provides day-of wedding coordination in the Maryland and Pennsylvania regions. Wedding specialist Amy Lindsey takes and implements your vision that you have spent weeks, months, or even years planning. She guides you throughout the process and is there every step of the way. On the day of, she is there for setup, coordination, and tear down to help you relax, enjoy, and "Just Breathe" on your special day!

Services Offered: Just Breathe Events does partial planning/day-of coordination.

This includes:

• In-person meetings and walkthroughs
• Creating a monthly timeline from now until your wedding day
• Design and outline the layout of your event/wedding.
• Create a time-flow schedule for the event/wedding.
• Send vendor recommendations and coordinate load in scheduling.
• Act as liaison for all vendors, including but not limited to caterers, florists, and photographers.
• Assist in creating a seating chart (if applicable).
• Collect all personal items prior to the event (this includes, but is not limited to, place cards, menu cards, favors, directional signs, cake knife/server, champagne flutes, votive candles, card boxes, etc.)
• Run your ceremony rehearsal so everyone at your wedding party knows where and in what order to enter, exit, stand, and sit.
• Ensure all vendors have a copy of the schedule prior to the event date.
• Arrive early to set up all personal items and make sure any directional signage is present.
• Ensure rooms are fully set up prior to guest's arrival.
• Coordinate music timing and procession of the ceremony.
• Direct guests from room to room when scheduled.
• Make sure food is ready at the designated time, with special food requests clearly noted and delivered correctly.
• Run the Reception program per the schedule, including, but not limited to, special dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter delivery, and present delivery.
• Collect all personal items at the end of the event for easy transportation.
