If you're planning a wedding in the Chestertown area, look no further, hire Nina! Simply put, I don't know how we could have pulled off such a smooth and stress free wedding without Nina's help. For so many little logistics we were worried about, she had us covered, and for so many other things that we didn't know to worry about, she had us covered too. Nina had strong relationships with all of our most important vendors which made coordination super seamless. Before the big day she also made great recommendations (she matched us with the perfect caterer). Nina knows what she's doing but also didn't push us to follow any conventions, my husband and I felt very in control of all our choices and Nina supported us to enact our vision (and remain within budget!). On the big day Nina and her very professional team rolled with the punches, helped us glide from one thing to the next, and made sure everything was handled so that we could just show up, be present, and soak up the joy of being with our friends and family and getting married. Chester River Events coordination service is a real gift, we are so grateful for their help!

Sarah (the owner) is amazing. I met her at a bridal show in early 2020 and instantly loved her. I booked her for my November 2020 wedding. Her work speaks for itself. It was her attitude and professionalism that really stuck with me. Due to covid, 4 days before my wedding we had to cut the guests list by more than half and we now no longer needed 8 table arrangements that were already ordered. She was on vacation when I emailed her and not knowing what I should do. She responded to me at 10pm and instantly put my worries to rest. She was able to repurpose all of those unneeded flowers to my arch and WOW. It was breathtaking. ALL of it was breathtaking. Sarah is truly amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. I will always recommend her. Thank you Sarah so much!
