Hiring Stephanie is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Stephanie is professional, kind, organized, and just so fun to work with. She is very well connected and set us up with the most wonderful vendors. We felt so fortunate work with such great people in every aspect of the wedding planning process. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly, it was so beautiful and a ton of fun! Stephanie understood my vision and executed on it perfectly. I knew we were in such capable hands the second I even emailed with Stephanie. We had such a stress free planning process because of her and I will sing her praises every time we talk about planning our wedding!!

Our experience working with Karey and Katie at Mint Julep Studio was so wonderful. My fiancé and I knew we wanted assistance during the wedding planning process. My only wish is that we hired them sooner! We bought a partial planning package through Mint Julep and it felt like it was more than enough. They were available for check in meetings in person to keep our wedding planning on target for our wedding date. We also corresponded via email frequently about planning. Karey helped prepare our flowers and table arrangements for our wedding. It was so nice having them do our flowers as well. Also, we had access to the online planner, Aisle Planner, through their company. This was such a wonderful resource for us to coordinate details. RSVPS and meal choices were included here and also seating arrangements. It made our wedding day coordination even easier! Finally our wedding week arrived! One of the best parts was the coordination of all of our vendors the week prior to our wedding. Katie contacted all the vendors and gave them a timeline for our wedding day. The wedding timeline was also shared with us and we were able to share it with our bridal party. Katie worked tirelessly on our wedding day going between my room and my husband’s room at the Four Seasons. She helped coordinate lunch for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen. She had her cell phone with her all day to get in contact with her about anything we needed. It made me feel completely at ease knowing she was taking such great care of us for our wedding to go perfectly (and it did!). Finally, at the wedding reception Katie was everywhere we needed her to be and helped with any requests we had. She stayed throughout the wedding until the event ended and helped us gather our things for our farewell. I cannot thank Katie enough for all of her support and work on our wedding day. Karey and Katie are a phenomenal team and I would trust them with planning any event in the future.

Brittany Meade Events + Design was amazing! I seriously can’t thank Brittany enough for all the work she put forth for our wedding! I initially started working with Brittany in the capacity of just renting some of her inventory. As the wedding approached, my needs grew to be much more than what I originally intended. Brittany’s attention to detail was so reassuring and answered my many questions with professionalism and in such a timely manner! Additionally, Brittany excelled in every project we sent her way with such an optimistic attitude! She needed little direction or explanation and I never doubted her ability to complete all our wedding responsibilities accurately and efficiently. Plus, Brittany’s innovative ideas made me feel like my wedding was unique and not like every other wedding! She knew what the next big thing would be and shared her input and feedback openly which I greatly appreciated! I relied greatly on Brittany for so many aspects of my wedding and she most definitely delivered! I would highly recommend Brittany Meade Events + Design to any newly engaged couple!!

Really enjoyed working with Allison for our wedding! She was very friendly and flexible and never seemed to be an "outsider" - very much a part of our family that day. She also provided some nice vendor recommendations that I ultimately really loved. Really helpful and I was planning an out-of-state wedding, so her assistance was all the more necessary.

My daughter and her fiancé were having trouble moving forward, with how overwhelming planning a wedding can be. Bringing Karen in was the answer. Her consultation is so thorough, she really gets to know you and brings in her experience to help you more clearly define your vision. Literally, the wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. As a destination wedding, Karen put in additional work which isn’t the norm in Maryland. She is in constant contact with vendors. One of my definitive moments is when I was checking on some detail and she said ‘you go on and enjoy yourself, I’ll take care of it’- which is exactly what you expect and want of a wedding planner! Even if it was something not specifically discussed, she has worked with you so well, she knows exactly what you want 😊 highly recommend

Jen was an absolutely incredible wedding planner, and we are truly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding a wonderful, unforgettable experience. She handled our numerous questions and need to dig into every little detail with amazing patience and good humor, which provided constant reassurance throughout the planning process. The confidence and calm she brought was exactly what we needed, and her steady belief that everything would go perfectly proved to be true—our day was flawless! We highly recommend Jen to any couple; she was a truly important part of us having the best day of our lives.

With Karma as our day-of-coordinator, we didn't have to worry about a thing! She was on-site for more than 12 hours, coordinating everything from vendor arrival, venue decoration, and ceremony flow to the meticulous placement of florals on the wedding cake and making sure the happy couple ate most of their meal before being pulled away by guests. Karma has a calm, reassuring and positive presence that allowed us to just enjoy the day with the confidence, knowing that she was handling all the details. It was an absolutely perfect celebration!

If I could give six stars I would. My mother asked me for her information so dhe could also review we were so impressed. She was sending us timelines, in constant and easily available communication, and made sure I was not worried about time or order day of without making me feel rushed. Two people have asked me for her information. Couldn't recommend enough!

Let me begin by saying I truly enjoyed working with Special Occasions by Kona! Kona made every aspect of planning a wedding much less stressful for me as the bride. I don't know what I would have done without her! She was very well organized, professional and a pleasure to work with. With her ideas and knowledge of the wedding industry she created an elegant and beautiful wedding and reception . I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with the services that she provided!!!
